Found my girl on the streets in May '21 and took her here to get spayed, where they found she had heartworms. They have been the best at helping her beat the heartworms and recover, and significantly less expensive than anywhere else! I appreciate the staff and Dr D immensely!

Could not have asked for a better experience at the worst of times. We needed to put our Airedale Terrier down after Thanksgiving the Gentle Doctor was just that gentle and compassionate at the worst of times.

They are so loving and patient with our fur babies. They are not in a rush and make you feel comfortable.

Having to take my children's cat there for the removal of his eye was a little rough anyways. They done an excellent job and it looks like it's healing well. Would highly recommend.

I want to start by saying I have never had an easier experience with an animal doctors office - vet! The staff is so friendly, and treats our furry children like their own. I had my male Lab Fixed at the best rate I’ve ever seen. About a week later he started experiencing a cough that worried me to death, but they told me it was totally normal and prescribed Duke (My Lab) medication antibiotics. They gave me almost two weeks worth, and already within day 3 his cough is gone! He is so much better, and after the neuter his attitude has changed so much for the better! He doesn’t even mark his spot or get territorial! Any questions I have are always answered to where worries vanish. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if possible!!

My first trip to this vet. Pleased with the care given my dog & the cost seemed reasonable.

I brought 2 of my fur babies (dogs) here for dental cleanings, exams, and heartworm tests. The staff was very professional and treated my babies with care and compassion They did an excellent job with the dental cleaning and polishing. They sent me home with detailed information about the services performed, information about each dog's teeth, and after care instructions. I highly highly recommend this vet clinic for the exceptional care they provided and the value of cost, especially since I have 3. I am making the appointment for my 3rd tomorrow! They are a treasure here in the Knoxville area!!

Friendly environment and very friendly staff!

This place is great. It is the only place I take my cat and dog. I would and do recommend it to everyone. They are very reasonably priced which shows they do care more about the pets they care for than the money being made. I struggled with being a single mom and felt I wasn't in a position to have any pets due to being unable to financially care for their veterinary care. Now I have a 3 yr old cat along with a 15 week old Chihuahua puppy.

Our first visit with 2 new puppies. Dr. Was very nice, explained everything. Assistants were very caring and loved on the puppies.

Always good experiences so far (I've had some bad experiences with other local vets), and no I'm not expecting anything bad with this one

We took our 2 dogs and cat to have their well checks and vaccines. The staff were masked, kind and professional. They answered every question I had, including showing me how to care for our cats ears. I am very thankful we found them and will continue to use them! Well worth the 30 minute drive!
