Spring 2020. Loved this place. Only been there once or twice. Super friendly and helpful. Showed me how to wrap my dogs foot after a different vet price gauged me making me come in every other day for them improperly bandaging my dogs foot.

Omgaaa the people here are AMAZING! My baby was very sick and they took him right in and immediately started caring for him!❤️ Love them! They do everything here for all furbabies.. Dental, surgeries, emergency care, etc. New to the area and I'm glad I do them!! BitBit is my service dog and my everything! And they are taking great care in making him better!

Just need it to buy puppy food and they refused to let me buy it because I would not pay the vet visit just to get food

Great experience in a terrible time. My dog was hurt too bad to save, but the compassion and care we received was deeply appreciated. Will be back for happier visits.

Amber Brooks is the best veterinarian! So devoted to each of my pets! Goes beyond the call of duty! Have been taking our cats and dogs to her for years and will continue to do so! Thank you ???? Dr Brooks!

We had never been here before and they had never seen our cat but she was having trouble breathing. We just lost one of our babies 3 weeks ago (was seeing another vet that messed up!) so we were upset. They were about to close but Dr. Katie talked with us about everything and even stayed after hours to make sure our baby was taken care of. They are the most caring doctors. They even let our daughter in with her dad even though only one person was supposed to come in so that she could hear the doctor tell her what was going on. I definitely recommend them and we will be going back!

Please please please do not take your animal here for any bladder stone removal procedures. Take a quick look at the pictures with this review. Those photos are exactly how my dog was returned to my wife for post operative care...without any warning or instructions as to how we should care for him moving forward. Covered in his own urine and blood drenching his entire rear end... Dr. Bailey managed to turn a very routine surgery into a life threatening nightmare for my dog. Following a seemingly successful bladder stone extraction, our currently prescribed ID food - (which was performing flawlessly to keep our dogs pancreatic sensitivity in check), was modified to a different prescription. The newly prescribed food was a measure to reduce likelihood of future bladder stones. Makes sense, right? As it turns out, the newly doctor prescribed dietary modification induced a flare up of pancreatitis. (Pancreatitis was the ENTIRE reason the initial ID prescription food was chosen...by this facility...years ago). Talk about not knowing your patient... It gets better. After the weekend at the emergency veterinary clinic for the pancreatitis and barely barely over a week after the bladder stones were “removed,” my dog developed complete blockage in his urethra. Next he starts leaking urine from his fresh surgical incision. Shortly thereafter the leak dwindled to just a few drips of urine each time we went to pee. I called Crossings in a panic for advice. Dr. Bailey was supposed to consult with Dr. Broyles and she was to follow up with a plan to move forward. Guess who never called me... The next day I had to literally video my dog dripping urine and email the video to Dr.Bailey with instructions to respond. I’ll stop wasting your time. You can probably guess where the relationship was headed by now. Long story short...To keep my dog alive I had to take him to have a $3800 corrective surgery to prevent kidney failure. If we couldn’t have afforded the surgery our dog would be dead. The incompetence of Crossings Animal Hospital has ultimately cost me in excess of $6,000 in less than one month. There is absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone on the staff. Sure, they’re friendly enough and I’m sure they’re all nice folks as far as that goes. They’re also completely inept when presented with a customer service urgency or an emergent time sensitive issue. My family has been going to this vet since I was young. They were always “nice.” When it really mattered that they got it right - they failed - miserably - on multiple occasions - without any empathy for their actions. Crossings was very happy to take my money, cause damage to my animal that they couldn’t correct, and send me on my way without so much as an apology or condolences for the situation they caused. If Dr. Bailey were a Pediatrician and my dog would’ve been a child...I’d be building a malpractice suit. Don’t settle for “nice” when it comes to your animal’s care. They deserve far more than these folks can provide.

Dr. Butler & staff are amazing with all of my dogs. Very knowledgeable and caring. Take the time to talk to you about the best options for your pet. Fair warning....they may not know you by name....but they will your pet!

They're amazing. They work well with both our cats and special needs dog. The place is both innovative and really clean.they have separate areas for cats and dogs.

Overall the clinic and staff I would give a 5 star. However for surgery, I was disappointed I was not able to speak with Dr. Bailey following my dogs surgery, although the surgery went well for my Sr. With a huge growing lump on his tail...for him I would give a 4.5, just because I didn't get to speak with him.

They let us schedule an appointment for two cats at the same time and when we got there they were super quick and they were amazing with our cats. We got four vaccines and a check up. They gave us all the major paperwork need to give to our apartments leasing department. This is an excellent place to take your pets!
