Curbside service only. Drive-up, call, and they come get your pet when they're ready. Treatment is discussed by phone before it's administered. Your pet is returned with meds if needed. Another person comes out with the bill. Cash and cards are accepted. I assume until the pandemic is over, this will be the norm. Appointments are recommended, though you may still have to wait. I have used this clinic since 2005. Prices are lower than average for this area on most procedures.????

I love Dr. James, both dad and daughter:) Dr. James is the reason I've been going there all these years, and if I were soley rating quality of service I'd give a 5 star rating. I've been going there for well over a decade, spent literally thousands there, and my animals have been well taken care of. But they've been awfully busy and perhaps under-staffed? My daughter had an older cat with many issues and BV told her they couldn't see him for over two weeks. She took him to another vet and he had FIV. They said he needed to be checked for cancer but that they didn't have the equipment for that (Magnolia Vet) so on Dec 3 I called BV and they still couldn't see him for over 2 weeks. Spoke to Jessica and was told that frankly, just frankly, they have a lot of folks who've been with them a long time and if he's eating then what can she do for me? I was just floored. I understand being busy and overworked, understaffed, but speaking to someone that way who is worried about a seriously diseased (and communicable) cat living in a multi-cat house is not acceptable. Our Odey with the sea-green eyes stopped eating soon after, and we were lucky to get immediate care at Central Veterinarian. Six days after calling BV our cat passed away. I'm thankful we found a kind vet to help him at the end. Dr. Patterson was lovely to us and we and our Odey were treated with kindness and compassion.

North Broadway Vet are always great in taking care of our dogs. They are professional and kind with their interactions and with our animals.

It’s the beginning of December and they have they’re animals housed outside at night!!! Not acceptable. Don’t shelter it but you don’t have the space indoors!! People go get your animals!! They are outside

First experience with them when we adopted a rescued pupper. They were already his vet and I was so impressed with their caring approach that I elected to keep Bear's care with them. Precious people here!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. However, extremely slow. Be prepared to wait. Even if you have an appointment.

My lil brother (I'm an only child so my mom dog is my lil brother) has been going here for at least 8 yrs now (pepper) now I have a dog and take her here as well I love this place...the wait is long but the service is unmatched!!

Everyone at this clinic loves and cares for critters and it shows. They are absolutely amazing with SpeckleLynn. She gets nervous with other people but when they came out to get her she was completely comfortable with going in... Thanks all y'all!!!

The vet himself was very good as was most of the staff… in person. However it took three months for them to deposit my payment, five more days and the check would have been deemed void by my bank! And when I called about it I sat on hold for nearly ten minutes only to be treated rudely and disrespectfully by the lady who finally picked up. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere if you don’t keep $400 in your checking for months on end for their convenience. They do not respect their customers concerns after they get money off you and if you are inconvenienced by them taking their time with depositing your check then, “that’s your problem ma’am.”

Dr James is one of the best veterinarians I have ever met if you need a wonderful vet tech he's the man thank you Dr James for many years and hope many years to come

They'll set you up for a 'walk-in' appointment and let you sit in the parking lot for over an hour... just to not be seen. I suggest Fountain City Animal Clinic.

This is a FANTASTIC Vet that truly cares about his animals!! My mother uses him for her dog Misty and he's wonderful. Not only does he take time with the patient he also takes time with the parents who bring them in. His staff is friendly and efficient. If you're looking for a new vet look NO FURTHER! You have found him!

Been taking our animals here for many, many years. Issue with long wait times and availability of getting an appointment. They are still in the 'Covid' stage, so not allowed to go in. Had a few issues over the years, otherwise, a good vet clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Broadway vet. The vet techs were very informative about my dog's issues and were very kind and professional in their advice. They were very sweet and upbeat with my dog -- I felt that she was in good hands. Thank you!

My babie wasn't feeling well. it was a Saturday and they were all booked up. I could be a work in but it may be hours to wait. We didn't have to wait hours. We were worked in as soon as we could be seen. They took such good care of my babie. And explained everything to me, they were patient as I asked questions, lots of questions. Thank you so much!!!!!

Definitely the best veterinary care in Knoxville.. Our dog fell down the stairs... They gave her great care... And she's back home... I thought we were going to have to put her down... They said no way.. And fixed her up... We're still going to have to work with her.. But she's doing fine.. to the Doctor and his Staff.. Thank you..
