Very professional & sweet to my little girl.

On January 10th I had an appointment for my dog Kai at colonial heights animal hospital. I arrived early so I could fill out paperwork. The lady at the desk was very nice and checked me in. I waited just a short little while and a lady cane out and called my name and we went in. I was very pleased at how they took care of Kai and he was happy. I recommend this place to anyone for their pets care

Everything went great with our kitten's spay surgery. Dr. Gray and Kellie Lady were very professional and caring, as always, with our fur baby!

Been going there for 25 years. Good service. Even used their boarding services for our dog. They helped with our dog, getting 4 or 5 years of quality life for him.

Glad we found this place for our fur babies. Only been a couple times so far but because of the friendly staff and knowledgeable docs, we expect to have a long association here!

Good experiences with all of my dogs! Lost 2 and they were wonderful with laying them to rest! But all it takes is one bad experience and I'm done! All I can say is that all you had to do Doc was call to let me know the situation instead of just making the decision on your own... not good... and left a really really bad taste in my mouth for the care of my dogs in the future...I have decided to find another animal hospital to care for my 3 dogs now due to that one bad decision. My dogs are my babies and I only want the best for them. Thank you for all you have done good for my babies but I'm sorry to say I can't trust the communication that should have been there in the first place ...

Wonderful experience getting my dog groomed. I called and they got her in that day. The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. Will absolutely be using them as my vet and groomer now.

I had a wonderful experience with my dog Eva. They were so loving. The care she received was exceptional. I drove from Asheville NC to have them take care of my dogs torn ACL. I don’t believe they could have done anything better. Thank you so much for taking care of her!!! She has completely healed and has done great since the surgery. You all are wonderful!!! I highly recommend them!!!

This vet’s office has been ours for 5 years; since we moved to Kingsport. All the staff here has been exceptional and are very friendly. We have 3 dogs, 2 older schnauzers and Lab pup. Dr Arnold is who we see, and she always asks about the other dogs if we have to bring one in. I would highly recommend this office

This is by far the absolute best place around to take animals!! The staff are friendly and caring and Dr Hyatt is the best vet I've ever known. He is truly a kind and gentle soul who loves animals. I will never go anywhere else! I brought in a stray cat someone dumped at my house and she was attacked in the middle of the night by a huge fat racoon. They were so good to her! I'm very thankful to the staff & Dr Hyatt!

Colonial Heights is one of the best veterinary places I have been to. They are all caring people. They all care about the animals as well as the humans. Great place an people!!!!

In my search for a new vet I was referred to Colonial Heights. My cat was having a reaction to a medicine And in a panic.Even though I was new to them they worked me in that day. They were extremely professional, kind and listened. From the phone call to make the appointment to every person we encountered at this practice we felt at ease and welcomed. We were guided through each procedure and what to expect. I highly recommend them.

The staff are amazing and so is the care they give! My little 7 lbs dachshund got paid by the and is only going to have a scar maybe 1/2 long and day 2 of recovery she is back to normal except tired. Highly recommend colonial heights animal hospital!!
