Fixed my car and every since shes been bleeding when she pees. They charged 50 dollars to test urine when theybare the reason shea bleeding to start with. Said shes fine sent her home and shes still bleeding.

Great caring and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Treat you and your pets like family.

Twice I've left my dog there to find no staff there to tend to her. Just up and decide to close shop for the day. Very unprofessional.

This place is the best. The entire staff is so friendly and loving. They seem to genuinely care for your pets and want them well. Calling after appointments to check in and see how new meds are going and to check in after procedures. I’m so thankful I was referred here.

Visiting our family from Richmond Va and we picked up 2 small dogs that were running on a busy road, after trying other vets and the animal shelter (it’s a holiday weekend so a lot of places are closed) I called and spoke to a very nice receptionist who told me to bring them in. K.C. scanned the dogs for chipped and called around to try to find the information, unfortunately the chips were not registered. They spoke with animal control and took the dogs. Everyone we talked to and encountered were super great, friendly, and reassured us that they dogs would be taken care of. I cannot recommend this vet office enough! I would give them 100 stars if I could!

We have been taking our dog, Buddy, to see Dr. Brouillette for 5+ years. I really can't imagine that there is anyone who would have been as professional, yet caring, in taking care of Buddy's needs as Dr. Brouillette (I call her Dr. Shelley; it's easier). The staff there has always been great, and Buddy likes them all! As long as Buddy is alive, he'll always go back to see the good folks at Veterinary Medical Center!

I brought my pups here to be boarded at the last min and they were able to help me as well as assist in the boys medical needs while I was away. The staff were polite, respectful and honest. I will continue using this facility for all their treatments.

VET Amanda Alexander and her staff are AMAZING professionals, and the amount of kindness they have shown me and my family through this terrible time has meant so much. They took my dog who was attacked and needed emergency treatment immediately when no one else would. Extremely knowledgeable. They are SO SKILLED with aggressive dogs as well. We are so impressed and thankful for this vet clinic.

I was recommended this vet from someone on Facebook and I am so glad I was. Today I went there for the first time to get a kitten I found checked out. The staff was so friendly and the vet and her assistant gave me so much knowledge on how to care for the kitten. Very pleased with their services.

My pup hurt his foot and our regular vet was closed for Labor Day weekend. We had no appointment as the injury happened the evening before so we walked in at opening time planning to have a lengthy wait. They were able to get us into a room within a few minutes! Dr. Alexander, the front desk staff, and the vet tech were so kind and attentive and gave my pup excellent care. Reno and I are so appreciative! HIGHLY recommend VMC!!
