I wouldn’t take you animals here. They made me muzzle my dog. Cause he was aggressive? He’s never bite anyone yes he growls but that’s gonna happen when you take a dog with terrible separation anxiety away from there openers. It was already fighting for an appointment and he needed to be seen and when I got him in there finally. They called my boyfriend number instead of mines I was the one outside waiting and he was at home. The nurse proceeded to tell me that if he wouldn’t calm down they would have to cancel his appointment and I can reschedule and come back and pick up a seditive for him to take before I bring him In. My fur babies are all I got. It’s always something else wrong with him rather than what I know is wrongs.

I have been coming here for years with my fur babies and would go no place else. I especially like that Dr Kapoor has always been very open and responsive about my treatment preferences, and does not try to pressure or force his opinions on me. I've been to other Vets who have the 'I know best' attitude and disregard my questions and desires. I trust his honesty and genuine concern. Plus ALL the tech crew and front office are super nice, efficient, helpful and caring. More like Friends actually!

Very nice staff and Drs, knowledgeable, and helped with my cat’s ear problem when two other vets couldn’t. 4 stores instead of 5, because they still make you wait out in your car instead of coming in with your pet. Most places do that now, but I really don’t like it.

I brought my puppy, Gearz here for the first time and they honestly were great. Customer service is on point and so is communication.

I’m very picky about vets, so I did my homework. Great care. I just wish they did boarding for my Cat because I would trust them.

Professional staff who answered all questions helpfully and offered information where needed. Nothing negative to share.

Some of the best vets around. Dr. Kapore has taken excellent care of all of the pets in our family since he began. Tonya Hinkle is superb also. If you really love your pets, I would HIGHLY recommend! a trusted, educated veterinarian clinic.

They do good. Reasonably priced but didn't tell me my cat was a boy until his 3rd visit when his name was Princess because breeder told me it was a girl! ????

They were friendly and really good with Noble. Their prices were also very reasonable.

They don't treat bunnies but they were nice and helpful and referred me to another location.

Dr. Kapoor and all of the staff at Pinecrest have been amazing! We have worked with many vets over the years and feel Dr. Kapoor is unmatched in the care and attention he gives every time. From complex health issues to simple checkups, the care given is exemplary. I also appreciate the consideration given to our family when all options are explained well from the start and then we have the opportunity to thoroughly discuss the best route for our pets. Pinecrest has been all around phenomenal and I would suggest them to anyone and everyone!

I wish there was a way to convey just how much I love and adore the staff here. How much I respect and appreciate everything they do for me and my fur baby. Over the last seven years, they have treated four of my babies. One that was very sickly, they helped keep her(Jiggy) happy and comfortable for years. Then when it was time, they were right beside me. Then crazy Folly puppy. When we got her she had parvo. They brought her back from the brink of death and made her a happy, healthy puppy. Who eventually got adopted into a great family. Then old man Scrappy Jacob. A 90 lb pitbull that most would be terrified of but they saw how incredibly gentle and sweet he was. They helped us keep him to the wonderful age of 15, and again when it was his time they were right there on the floor with me saying goodbye. Now to my crazy, crack dog Snowbell. He is my heart. He is the only fur baby I've ever known to have such anxiety over everything. He acts like a killer but is such a chicken. I've not been apart from him longer than a few hours. So when he had a visit during this terrifying pandemic I was all to pieces that he had to go into his yearly visit without me. That's my baby boy, my everything. Then Dr. Hinkle called me and told me what a good boy he was being, which I still don't believe LOL. Just hearing her calming voice, knowing that every single person on staff there treats my baby as their own. Knowing that if he got scared they would get one of his favorites in there to calm him down. Knowing that Dr. Hinkle knows his crazy ways and still loves him anyway calmed me down and reminded me he is just as safe with them as he is me. These amazing people truly take the time to talk to you, explain to you and sometimes even give you a shoulder to cry on. Trust me, I and Snowbell test them a lot, but they never waiver. I can't say enough good about them all. Dr. Kapoor, Dr. Hinkle, Ann(both of them), Tammy,  every tech every helper, everyone who answers the phone and calms my fears and thousand questions are absolutely amazing. Thank you all for everything. Please stay safe during these crazy times!

We had a stray kitten come to my niece house. . just wanted them to scan to see if she was chipped. So she could go back to her owner. Cause she was limping and needed a X-ray. We were told any vet could scan her. We were already in the parking lot when we called Pinecrest. We knew it would only take a second to scan her. They WOULDNT do it. A simple thing as running a scan reader on her neck and ears. We had to go to another vet farther away. I think that pretty sad. That they wouldn’t even scan her for a chip.

Very friendly staff and vet. It was under sad circumstances, but they handled the euthanasia beautifully. Highly recommended.

I cant say enough about Dr Hinkle, Dr Kapoor, and the whole staff at pinecrest. Im so happy to have found a vet clinic that makes me feel comfortable and like family every time I visit. Everything from nail trims to the scariest and toughest of times i wouldnt go anywhere else.
