The pet lodge is perfect to let your dog run and play with other dogs and socialize so that don't freak out when they do get around other dogs.

They are great, they treat my dogs amazingly well and even though they can be needed they are always super happy when I pick them back up. Prices are reasonable and they take my pets special needs into account when boarding her.

I have been taking my dogs here for the past three years and never really had a problem. They have a nice clean facility and my dogs have always seemed cared for when I got them back. However, this past time I experienced an extremely unprofessional and rude incident. I boarded my dogs for five days this time and the following day after I dropped them off I decided to call them because I had forgotten to sign my dogs up to get pictures taken and posted on their Facebook. I always look forward to seeing them while I'm gone. While I was on the phone I spoke to a man who seemed like he had no idea what to do, but the real problem was the person talking in the background. There was a woman who was basically yelling the whole time I was on the phone about how annoying it is when customers call about such things and how they are only there “once a week”. I know this woman was talking about my phone call because the man had asked her where the sign up sheet was and that’s when she started saying all this. I just cannot believe someone could react this way over such a simple request and it’s really making me never want to take my dogs there again which sucks because there’s really not many places to choose from.

My boys seem to like it here. I do like that they aren't in cages or small kennels, I hate seeing animals caged. The staff is friendly, I've called numerous times and spoke to the person I leave my pets with. The facility doesn't actually smell like dogs which matters. Ive also seen the 'rooms' and was pleased. Its also easy to find on the road and also with google maps. Its not far out but also close enough to Fort Campbell. Thanks guys! Ill continue to use your services.

Looked very nice and clean. Haven't boarded there yet 2/14/19 Update I boarded my 2 dogs there for 5 days while out of town. I included their food, which I keep in a plastic container for freshness, instructions for feeding and giving treats, the treats and toys. The container holds a whole bag of food which usually lasts a month, I have small dogs. The day before I returned they ran out of food and gave them something different. At drop-off we discussed their feeding and I showed them the instructions. So they ignored my written and verbal instructions and fed my dogs a months worth of food in 5 days. Then they didn't call me when they ran out and just gave them something different. Both dogs gained a lot of weight and 1 came home sick. The toys were never given to them. Said they had their own toys. This was the first time my dogs have been boarded, both are young. Something familiar would have been very comforting to them.

From what I could see when I picked up my fur baby. He seemed to happy and well taken care of compared to another boarding experience some where else. I love love the set up of the "condos" that's what I call it. Not being stuck in a kennel all day made it even easier to leave him here. Not to mention, the ladies working here. Truly care and made it smooth for me to leave him in their care. It's very clean, organized, and reasonably priced. From now on I will only board him here. They also have inexpensive items for sale. Check out Gage's new coat. I'm very pleased with our experience at Pet Lodge.

I am very sad to have to leave this poor review. The first time our dogs stayed here, we were very happy with the services. We had sent in all of the required vaccination records, brought their food, and a few days later we picked up our happy and clean dogs. We had a bad experience in the past with a boarding facility so we were so happy to find a place that we could trust and our dogs would enjoy. A few months later we decided to go on another trip. When I called to book they informed me that our dogs vaccines are about to expire. I got the list of their required vaccinations and took my dogs to the vet that afternoon to get those done. While we were at the vet they recommended doing a heart worm test since one of our dogs hadn't ever had one, and our other dog had one performed about 2 years ago. When the tests came back, one of our dogs was heartworm positive. We immediay started treatment and was informed by our vet that heartworms are NOT contagious by any means and it would be safe to still board the dogs while we go on a short trip. The following day I called the Pet Lodge to make sure they got the updated records. I informed the girl at the front desk that Pepper was diagnosed with heartworms so she will need to be on an exercise restriction. The girl immediately told me they could not take her and she cannot be at their facility if she is heartworm positive. I want to start by saying this is not the front desk girl's fault, however this is a management issue that needs to be addressed. 1. Heartworms are not contagious and we have been cleared by the vet twice (before and after being rejected by your location) that her having heartworms should not be a problem with boarding or being around other dogs. 2. A heart worm test is NOT apart of their required vaccines. For all we know she was proboly heart worm positive the first time she stayed and if I hadn't chosen to inform them of her diagnosis, then there would not have been a problem with her staying there. 3. You turned us away the day before we were leaving for a trip. Luckily our vet office happily boarded them for us. Let me just say although I completely disagree with this policy and think it's based on completely nothing, I do believe businesses should have the right to choose how they want to run their practice. My problem is not necessarily that this is your policy, but it's that a heartworm test is NOT required to begin with. If this is your policy, then all of your animals boarded should be required to have a negative heartworm test. I checked the website to make sure it is not listed under their required vaccinations and boarding policies and it is not. I will try to add a screenshot of their vaccine policies. Due to this poor practice, we were left hanging and could have been put in a bad situation if it wasn't for another facility's help. I contacted the office the next day to speak with a manager because I was very upset by this. The girl took my message and I have yet to be contacted back and it has been over 4 days.

A Peace Of Mind. My bulldog loves staying here when we have to travel, or a day away. The staff are informative, friendly, and caring. The first time I showed up, I asked to see the kennel. I was completed taken back, how clean, beautiful, lots of fur baby play, and rooms that look just like a home. With the music, or TV, you couldn't ask for a better place to take care of your fur baby. The last time I had dropped off, they were quick in calling the next day over a rash he had. The staff went way and beyond their duties. I drive from Clarksville to here for a reason, I wouldn't have my pet stay at any other place!

If you need a great place to take your dog and have no worries, board your dog here, or doggie daycare. We have taken our English Bulldog Bravo a few times, but recently my mom had past away, I ran out of food, yet this wonderful place, took care of it. You must take a tour! The rooms have TV and music, 5 times a day they take out. A play date, music, pillow treat. It's more of a resort than a kennel! Our dog runs to the girls there. It's everything they say, and more. A knowledgeable staff, carrying, even with our high strung chubby bulldog. My husband recommends every place he goes. The best place you can board your dog! Next time, will have to add photos of this place. It will wow you on every time you go there. You can call each day for a piece of mind. A must to add for all dog lovers!

My dog is a very timid dog and usually had separation anxiety, but when we picked him up they told us he was a good boy. They must have gave him a lot of love and attention. When we picked him up they didn't tell us they gave him a bath, but they definitely did. He was clean smelled good and really soft. It was my first time bringing my dog there and i was not disappointed. They also offered us the option to feed him a special Christmas dinner, and eggs for breakfast. We did not take them up on that offer but it was just the best feeling knowing they really care about the pets that they are caring for. I will being returning to them and i will most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good boarder. Thank you for putting a nervous pet mom at ease!

I am writing a review because i believe that Melissa Dawley is completely ignorant... If you have taken them there a lot before then were is your positive feedback of those transactions.. you only write reviews when you are upset i bet you have written thousands of 1 star reviews... as far as your pets health goes... i am sorry that your dogs got sick .. but when dogs go have fun playing with a lot of other dogs they pick up infections just like kids do at school .... grow up and take responsibilities for your animals and stop crying... As far as the pets lodge .. been using them for holidays and vacations for almost 2 years now .. were amazing 2 years ago and still amazing now .. sometimes diggs comes home with a kennel cough .. but it is as expected knowing how pooped out he is when he gets home from playing the whole time... The staff there truly cares about the animals that are then and are very knowledgeable of all the animals they have in there care.. Thank you pet lodge we will probably be dropping diggs off again soon .. :D also they thanksgiving dinner idea you guys had was fun and adorable . thank you

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at The Pet Lodge. I brought my Siberian husky to spend the day there while I ran errands. He was exhausted when I came to pick him up which is amazing for his energetic breed. He obviously had fun by the way he was acting. The staff was incredibly welcoming and informative. I felt very safe leaving my beloved pup with them. They even update their facebook with photos throughout the day. As an added bonus they have a little storefront that sells some cute collars, leashes, dog vests, quality dog food, homemade dog treats and various other "Mom and Pop" styled items. It was rather busy at pick-up time but it was handled in a very efficient manner with each costumer helped quickly and politely. I was nervous after reading the previous reviews on here. I wanted to make sure others knew how happy I was. I plan on bringing my pup back many times.
