Update December 3 2021: Nurse told me something and she was right about it but I didn't like it though. March 8 2021: Staff are kind, however I was overcharged for a routine service. Jan 5 2021: First visit here. We're in the middle of covid weirdness right now but they managed to do the job to my expectation anyway.

Friendly and courteous staff very thorough and caring i would highly recommend this clinic.

I am so glad I found this office to care for my girl! They were able to squeeze me in to see my dog who is not doing well. Everyone was so kind, from the moment that I walked in to checking out. I had a difficult decision to make and the techs and doctor were very helpful and transparent with my options and pricing. I cannot express how much I appreciate their help.

I have been using Hermitage Animal Clinic for my pet's needs since I moved to the area in 1982 and Dr. David Wilder and Dr. Mike Fenwick were my vets. They saw us through a lot of illness and Rainbow Bridge crossings over the years. When one of our precious animals need help to go across, Dr. Fenwick came to my house. Things have changed a bit since those days, as they have every where, but HAC is still my choice. Dr. Ray and the staff are carrying on the tradition of excellent veterinary care.

We trust and rely on Hermitage Animal Clinic to take good care of our one dog and three cats! We see Dr. McLean and she is such a great vet! We love her! I cannot recommend Hermitage Animal Clinic enough!

I wouldn't trust any other vet. They are kind, considerate and genuinely care about your pet.

If I could give 10 stars I would. They are so kind and caring and have gone above and beyond for us. So incredibly grateful.

Carrying and knowledgeable vets who were more than kind when time came to euthanize our 15+ yr old dog. Staff stayed with my husband and I throughout the process. In addition, we recently brought our brand new 8 wk old puppy to them soon after to begin his care. They've been a wonderful source of knowledge and care.

I only spoke with them over the phone,but answered all my questions and was helpful and polite

Friendly service but very pricy! Saw my dog for 30 min checked bp, gave fluids and sent us to blue pearl who actually had meds to save my dog! Charged us 412.53 opposed to blue pearl who charged 360 and had my dog for 6 hours, checked bp multiple times, gave my dog the meds that saved her life and fluids the whole time! Not to mention that when we called for meds before it took a week of us calling everyday and we had to go and pick it up when finally ready! Very nice people just 412.53 for 30 minutes of service and then sent us somewhere else that had the meds to save her! They could’ve just told us to go to blue pearl and they didn’t have the meds needed and we would be able to pay all our bills this month but I guess $412 was too much to pass up for them. Super polite ppl though. I’m telling you there should be a law against vets charging outrageous like price gouging

My pup Bogey was super Sick and I really think they saved His life! He was in there (outpatient) for 5 days on an IV. They were great!

My three Basset Hounds are in HAC all the time for something! They are treated like family. Dr. Fenwick and Dr. Ray are both very responsive and give us great advise for keeping our fur babies healthy. I would highly recommend HAC for professional, reliable and responsive care.

Going to a new vet from now on. It seems they want to put your pet on expensive medicine for allergies instead of doing any actual testing for allergies or further infection. My husband took our dog when he was scratching himself more and more for a period of over a month, he’s over 4 and never had allergies or scratched like this. They told my husband they did a “full body exam and his skin looks good, no signs of infection or irritation” $150 for that and half a bottle of marked up allergy meds. I immediately found a hard sore on the top of his lower back where hair was matted badly to it. My husband and I agreed he needed to go back ASAP and be rechecked and we should NOT have been charged for a second “exam fee”. Took our dog back and they charged us HALF PRICE EXAM FEE…what?! There should have been no charge for a reexamination of the very thing we had just had him checked for. Also, the allergy meds don’t even work because it’s likely an infection and NOT allergies as I suspected. Another time I called very concerned about my other dog who had been bit on the leg and could not put weight down, and the rude girl who answers the phone would not even hear me out on what happened to him because they were “completely booked that day” and I needed to go somewhere else. My old vet in Murfreesboro was amazing and their staff would have heard me out and given me advice in that situation, at the very least. There’s been numerous other things over the years. It’s just a revolving door to collect cash with no compassion toward the owners or pets. You guys need to make some serious changes. This is pathetic to treat customers (animals and owners alike) this way.

I love this vets office! We just switched here recently as our vet for the last 3 years closed their local office due to covid. While our old vet was good, hermitage animal clinic is just much more personable and friendly and my dog seemed more at ease the couple of times we’ve been here. We’ll definitely stick with them!

Very kind and attentive staff

It was a wonderful experience so they fit me in when they were booked up for a week or two. Luckily I could work with their schedule and get my cat Milo seen sooner so they could look at this eye. All the staff and the veterinarian were very pleasant and eager to help also very professional. They examined him and gave him some eye drops to do tests on his eye. They found the problem and subscribed him some eye drops. The exam, tests, and medicine drops ran me about a $152.00 total. So all in all it was a great visit to the vet.

I have been taking my beagle puppy here for over a year. Each & every visit I have been met with such kindness. All our interactions with a variety of staff members have been so positive. They always act so happy to see us & to see Daisy, & their care for her has been exemplary. I am so thankful for the whole team! They are amazing!

I love Hermitage Animal Clinic! They are professional, kind, and great with my dog. They saved his life a few years ago. I trust their judgement and the excellent care they provide.

Best vet experience I've ever had. These people are really great! I only wish I could thank them more given the curbside appts.

Doctors Ray and Melissa Ann are wonderful. The techs are really good, and the front office is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great ppl and great place.

This was my first visit here. They were able to squeeze my baby in at a time that all other vets were turning me away. I was a mess worrying about my baby and they were able to figure out the problem and give me a treatment all within an hour! They helped me relax and I am please to say that my baby is now doing good!

When my dog had an emergency, they seen her very very quickly. Staff was professional and polite and my dog was well taken care of. I'm definitely going back to have her checkups done via this clinic.

I had to bring my dog in for an emergency exam and when I called first thing in the morning, they had me come in to see my dog in between appointments. I'm so appreciative that they were able to see her day-of and she is feeling much better!

* UPDATE 5/18/2021an amazing price. They saved our Doobie's life. And did it forHe ate something he wasn't supposed too and cause him to have a blockage. ( we adopted him after he had already had a surgery for this very reason). They actually already knew his goofy personality and noticed right away he was acting different. ( yes they actually get to know your pets even tho they have a lot they know each of them) they did rush me into an expensive surgery they were patient and tried everything else first while going ahead and booking the surgery if we needed. I can't praise the entire staff enough. They were so kind and attentive and kept me informed all the way. They were so nice and seemed to legitimately care for are baby. They were were very informative and helped us new puppy parents get off to the best start for out fur baby. And there value plan is a great deal.

They are working in a drop off style environment, but still treated our pet very carefully.
