Jack absolutely loves this place. He goes once a week and when I pull up he knows exactly where he is and can't wait to go in. Friendly, caring staff. Truly a 5 star experience.

I recently had my puppy groomed here by Michelle and couldn’t be happier with her work. She is an amazing groomer and we look forward to scheduling again soon!

Great for a one day doggy daycare while visiting from out of state. Be forewarned - they never answer the phone.

They treat my baby like I do at home. I love them!

I take my 2 elderly dogs here for basic grooming (baths and nail trims). The pricing is reasonable and you are able to drop them off in the morning and pick them up in the early evening on the way home from work which is very convenient. My one dog is especially timid and fearful and they always make sure to take extra care of her. I have never used their boarding services but all the animals I have met there seem happy and very well taken care of. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I can't express how amazing Nicole was today when we brought our dog Basie here for his temper test. She was so friendly and kind. Being new to the area I was very nervous about bring my dog to a new environment with new people and new doggie friends. Nicole made me feel comfortable, at ease and most importantly at home.

They always know me and my pets by sight and name. Very friendly and always willing to bend over backwards to help out. My pets always come back healthy, happy, and in the case of my dog, well exercised!

Its okay is not the best my dog doesn't always come back smelling like a rose but they do smell good. They are not the nicest ethier but that is not able to not be tolerated. The quality of work is okay i guess it does need a little bit better work.

I have had a great experience with central ky pet resort. The first time I boarded my dog in the camera room they did whatever they could to help my Aussie feel comfortable, considering he only clings to me and growls and will bite others. They worked with him and took there time to make him feel as if he was at home and didn’t cross any lines with him. Then I came back a month later and boarded my Aussie along with our German Shepard. They did an amazing job once again making them both feel comfortable in there environment and taking good care of my babies. They always had food and water like I said I wanted done and made sure they went outside through out the day and night. Great pricing and great friendly staff highly recommend.

My guy always has the best time here. He always gets the deluxe kennel so I can watch him on camera while I'm away. Reasonably priced, compared to other kennels in the surrounding area. The environment is always clean and the staff are always friendly.

The staff here are amazing. My dog doesn't like having his paws and nails messed with so they called over to the veterinarian and they came over and gave my dog a sedative to make him more comfortable and they were able to give him his kennel cough shot while they were there. This pet resort is a top notch facility with caring and loving staff.

Rebecca, the groomer, took care of our dog, Mocha, with great patience and did such a great job. Our first experience there and we will be going back!

Left our 2 dogs here once and they had a great time and the staff were very friendly. The reason for a 4 star vs. a 5 star is that on Sunday when we picked them up we were told to pick up by noon. They are open from 9-3 on Sunday, but if you wait to pick up after 12 noon you get charged for another day. This does not sit well with the overall status of a business. They do not have to do any extra care for the dogs from 12 noon to 3 if you are running late for pick up. We will still leave our dogs there but have will have to adjust our schedule to pick up on Sunday in the future.

We are so pleased with the service we received at Central KY Pet Resort. We walked away from another dog boarding place early in the morning that wasn’t clean (we were vacationing in the area) and really needed a place for our dog to stay for the day. CKPR greeted us and our dog enthusiastically. The property inside and outside was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about our breed; they spoke kindly about all the dogs staying there. They evaluated our dog for group play. He had a great time...we know because of his excitement when we picked him up. We are very thankful Scooter had a great stay.

So glad I found about this place. They have been awesome!

We got our dog out of Central KY pet resort yesterday after a week of lodging. He smells like death... We have him a bath and he still smells terrible. And on top of that, he has kennel cough now. He can't stop sneezing. People, this kernel is clearly not clean.

We will definitely be back. Took our 3 large, hyper dogs (Archie, Lexi, and Bloomer) today for day care and they seemed to love it. They have all been to day care a bunch in various locations (we’ve moved a decent amount) and this one was great. I emailed questions beforehand and had quick and detailed responses. LOVE watching them on cameras, that feature really sets them apart.

When I picked up my dog she had a mucus discharge coming from her eye. When I asked how long it had been there they said there was nothing in her chart so it might have started that day. However, nobody noticed it until I brought it up and her eye was caked with it so it had to have at least been present when they fed that morning. She also came home with food leftover which means that she did not receive a meal as I packed her food for the entire time she was there (Monday AM, Monday PM, etc.). While the staff was friendly and seemed to like her, I am not happy that nobody noticed her eye becoming infected and that she did not receive a meal.

Our dog Luna was here for two days while we were out of town. She was loved and I was happy with the daily fee we were charged. Thank you Central Kentucky Pet Resort! We will be using you again when needed!!

We called for a boarding over this past holiday weekend. They were able to accommodate us. Upon entering the facility Thursday evening the staff was very inviting and were very helpful putting us at ease with our pets stay. We even signed them up for playtime (our dogs passed the testing!). We also had a camera room and anytime just about when we were going to call about something there was one of the staff to correct anything or to just check in on our dogs. Checking out today the manager was so helpful and apologetic about missing an all day play on Saturday, and he quickly corrected the bill. We will definitely be back and looking forward to utilizing the daycare option during the week as well! Thank you.
