excellent comunication and definitely went above and beyond.I have 2posh dogs and a himalayan cat and have received excellent service from the staff and doctors.

The entire staff is professional and friendly. They saved my 16 yr old Chi who was in Kidney failure and gave me 2 more years with her. I would never go anywhere else. They are THE BEST! Dr Mitchell is knowledgeable and great with animals.

My dog saw Dr. Kaufman for the first time today and it was an absolutely horrible experience. Her and her technician are careless. The doctor herself is rude and abrasive. She is very good at talking over you every chance she gets. My sweet baby girl (who has never acted like this at a vet before) was literally running away from this woman at the end of the appointment. She answered "I don't know" to all of my questions. I would not trust this person to even give my dog a vaccine. If you care about your animal's wellbeing in the slightest, find them another vet. We've seen Dr. Harper before and she was lovely. Stay away from Kaufman.

They take such good care of my furry companion. And since Kota is skiddish around men, the female doctors are a huge plus for us!! ????‍????❤

My dog was there a 2yrs ago, I had to leave my dog there for awhile until I got my living situation figured out. When my dog arrived there he was healthy weighing 50lbs. I would go check on him every weekend or every other. I started noticing that I could see and feel his bones, he also had sores. There was no reason to why my dog should have been losing weight when I was buying the food. Well when I finally got him out of there he was weighing 40lbs. If I would've kept him there any longer he prolly would’ve died! I dont know if it was because my dog is a pit or they jus didn't care. I really thought I was leaving my dog in good hands, but come to find out i wasn't. And to think i’m gonna pay them the rest of what i owe after what they did to my dog. Please people DO NOT ever leave your babies there.

I cannot overstate how responsive, professional, and knowledgeable McMillan Vet Clinic, and in particular Dr. Mitchell, is. Dr. Mitchell is 100% dedicated to animals. Years ago, he came to the office for one of my baby’s issues on a Sunday morning (and this is not an emergency vet). With another baby (who got ran over!), he cared for her and found the perfect specialist surgeon for her needs. On the reg, Dr. Mitchell works tirelessly to find solutions to your pups’ ailments as if they’re his own babies. I wish Dr. Mitchell would be the nanny for our future children, ha!! He’s the man. McMillan Veterinary Clinic is the best in Tennessee.

Excellent experience! It’s hard trusting anyone with your beloved pet, but everyone at McMillan made me feel 100% comfortable. Dr. Mitchell and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely found our new vet home!

Tiffany cleaned my dog’s teeth and trimmed her nails and she did an AMAZING job. She is a god send to the company. She needs a raise!!!

We've been taking our dog Max here for a year or two and the entire staff is absolutely wonderful. Today, we saw their newest veterinarian Dr. Harper and she was fantastic. She took the time to answer all of my questions, was patient and caring with my nervous dog, simply made the experience better for both Max and myself. 10/10 I highly recommend this place, everyone there is caring and compassionate. I wish I knew the vet tech's name so I could give her a shout out too.

We love McMillan Vet clinic! They are great with our GSP. Clean office, caring staff, and always professional.

McMillan has had rude and insensitive customer service and has shown no effort to work with us financially on chronic health issues with our dog. They also have been unprepared and uninformed at our visits and not provided solutions that have helped our dog. Very disappointed on all fronts.

Both Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Harper are great! Every time I’ve been they’ve always been thorough and so sweet with my animals. I recently had a cancerous lump removed from my cat’s face and although my cat wasn’t a fan of the cone and managed to disrupt the healing process a few times, both Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Harper helped get him back to normal and fix the stitches/staples. The office staff is always friendly. As long as I’m in the area, they’ll be my go-to!

So happy that Dr. Mitchell has bought this practice. Glad to be able to change my rating back to five stars.

You know how sometimes your dog will get to shaking and literally put the “brakes” on when you try to go in? Doesn’t happen here with my dog! I have been in Gallatin for 3 years and from day 1 we used McMillan vet. The main thing is how your pet is treated ❤️

The staff is so friendly and caring. Prices are very reasonable. Dr. Abma is great and explains everything very well. Also, they are very respectful of your time. Also, they have an after hours answering system, which is a huge plus!

For the last 15 years we have made the 45 minute drive to McMillan Veterinary Clinic with our pets. Starting with Dr Jerry McMillan and continuing with Dr Mitchell and the other doctors our pets have benefited greatly from the depth of knowledge they possess. The doctors, technicians, groomers, and office staff clearly love animals. They care equally for pet owners. My husband and I highly recommend McMillan Veterinary Clinic. Your pets simply cannot get better care.

Have always been wonderful to us and our pets. We will never go anywhere else. Thanks for all every one of you do! You guys are amazing!

Great staff. I love taking my fur baby to this Veterinary clinic.

I cannot rave enough about this place. From emergency visits, to the on call vet, to regular check ups. The front staff, vet assistants and doctors themselves are fabulous. Shay was absolutely amazing with her approach and handling our new puppy, and I’m excited to start getting her groomed with them as well. We also have a senior dog and a cat and the care has been unwaveringly excellent. I love the online pharmacy too to get whatever we need refilled for our babies. Definitely bring your fur children here!!

They are very nice and doctor Brad Mitchell is very good Vet and very professional and knows his stuff.I took one of our dogs(children) in Friday after having to take him to another vet Thanksgiving night due to office being closed . Mr. Mitchell took the time to lay out his game plan to help Trevor recover from diabetes issue(Trevor was very sick ) He did what he said he would be doing and called me as he said he would each day with up date on Trevor and what his next steps would be. I have been to some Vets in VA even the VA Tech animal hospital and never met a Vet that was this nice and did what he said he would do and treat your pet as if it was his. I have slot of respect for Mr. Brad Mitchell and his staff. I would recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone that has an pet.

All around awesome experience Dr.Mitchell was great I'm so blessed my sweet girl Ellie got to be in the care of such awesome people she's will fight when you do her nails and Dr.Mitchell did it with no problems also he knew exactly what would fix my baby girls allergies now she isn't miserable anymore thanks so much!!!! not to mention the prices we're unbeatable I will NOT TAKE MY DOG ANYWHERE ELSE!! thanks for simply being the best!!!

Spent 230$ at this vet for a skin infection, because our regular vet could not fit us in. We were given food (wet and dry) and pills for her skin, which didn't work. I will not be trusting this vet with my baby again. HUGE waste of time and money. Would definitely recommend Enoch vet (our regular vet). Their prices are great and you're not prescribed medicine that doesn't work and or not needed. ***Update*** We went to Enoch Vet received excellent care and medicine! Our baby is starting to feel better and her skin infection is already starting to clear up! The vet appointment and medicine was not even close to over 200$. Please don't waste your time! McMillan charged us over 200$ and our veterinarian even admitted she had NO CLUE what was wrong with our dog. Unless it's something simple (like buying tick and flea medicine) I wouldn't go to this vet. Enoch is the way to go!

We love Dr Mitchell, all the Vet Techs and front office staff! I can't speak for the other vets there, but Dr Mitchell has been great to work with. The techs have also all been a delight and the front office has always been patient and friendly with every visit!

I can honestly say. After several vets over the years. This clinic is by far the best one.
