I bring my disabled cat companion here to get groomed because the other place I overheard them making fun of my cat on account of her wheels. They never make fun of her here and they never make fun of her wheels. Since she has dietary restrictions I feed her on a raw meat diet which I purchase here. Im very happy with the meat quality. I usually eat half myself or whatever she doesn’t eat ill add eggs and fry it up.

Just went in for a few treats but staff and owner were all very friendly. And of course the pups loved their snacks!

We had an amazing experience with my pups first groom and they took such amazing care of him!

Grooming: They treated my pup well and he came home with a nice haircut and groom, but I can't say it is what I asked for. I asked for face to be longer than body and no tail shave. He came home with a short face and tail!!! I was so sad. We even wrote this info down and it still wasn't what we asked for! My pup wasn't given a bandana either, as promised in their grooming description!!! :( Probably won't be back...

Halley is a fantastic groomer! I took my cavapoo to a few groomers for about a year and then found Halley at Holistic Pet. Not only was she fabulous in communicating with me during the appointment, she has such an awesome demeanor in working with our pets and loving on them - giving great advice on how to make grooms easier on our pets and calming them. I know Crystal is in good hands while she’s with Halley and Crystal looks great and smells amazing when I pick her up! Thank you Halley!

We take our senior Aussie here. She loves her groomer. She comes back so happy. Halley does a great job being patient with our girl because she can't stand for along time. Halley works with her on her time. It is important to us that our dog is comfortable. I highly recommend.

Love everyone here. Great staff and grooming dept. Some groomers have alot of people fooled but didn't have us fooled! Thank you to Holistic Pets for being a great part of our little Williamson County Community!

Great pet and animal loving staff who know their stuff when it comes to proper food and treats! Kenna in the grooming department always does a great job of pampering my dog. She comes out smelling fresh, super soft and perfectly trimmed! Definitely recommend Kenna’s grooming services!

I love this store! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They always make a point to pet my pups when I bring them in. I bring my Australian Shepherd in to see Kenna for grooming, and she makes her feel so comfortable & look so cute.

Horrible customer service with no real love for pets. I caught the workers closing 30 minutes early, and asked them to please let me get food for my dog because I was completely out. I just got off of work, and they were still technically suppose to be open. They were walking to their cars laughed at me to my face and said no they were closed and continued to get in their vehicles. It was the scowls and laughing that did it for me. Like they were to good to do business during their scheduled work time This is disgusting behavior from a so-called pet store. This was on August 22, 2020 at the Franklin location. I hope whoever was closing that evening gets repercussions because not my dog can't eat a proper dinner because the only food my puppy eats is sold here. I will be ordering directly from the dog food company. NEVER do business at this overpriced, self-absorbed company again.

Best place to get your dog groomed!

Marci is just the best groomer and all around doggie therapist anyone could wish for. She is absolutely accommodating of my toy poodle’s many needs after being rescued from a Korean puppy mill. Marci has helped her be the dog she was meant to be and she makes her look good doing it. The front staff has also been very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Marci for grooming And Holistic Pet for all your fur baby needs.

Friendly and helpful staff! If it isn't good for your fur baby, they don't stock it. I feed my chocolate lab Origin/Acana dry food and supplement with Primal Pronto and Honest Kitchen bone broth. I've never had a problem with finding what I need there. They also carry a great selection of treats, collars/leashes, toys, etc.

Love to stop by this store when we are in town to stock up on goodies for our pets. Very nice & knowledgeable staff.

Terrific pet groomers! My labradoodle always looks so great when they’re done with him. Reasonable prices...pleasant staff. It’s always a good experience. Recommended highly!

Came for Farmina dog food. Fair price on this brand but low selection of flavors. Had to order chicken & pumpkin. Was supposed to be in on a specific date. Good thing I called, it was backordered. I thought they should have taken my number to let me know when it came in but instead I have to keep calling to see if it's there.

I wish I could give this negative stars!!! I have been going there for a few years for grooming. I followed my groomer Marci there who I love!!! Unfortunately she hurt herself and was unable to groom my dog. Another groomer said she could do it. After canceling me and rescheduling she then called again to change the time. I was fine with that but then when I dropped my elderly dog off she called 3 times within 10 minutes of dropping her off telling me my dog was peeing blood and peeing everywhere. Okay so I have all hardwood floors so I am pretty sure I would have noticed this, I rush back to the place and she shows me this nasty old dirty towel with pink stains on it. She then tells me she is not comfortable grooming her. I was like seriously??? She already had 2 other dogs on tables and was grooming them and mine was just sitting there on the floor. I took her to the vet and guess what after $260.00 there was no blood or anything wrong!!!!!! Also just to note there has been zero pee or blood on my floors all day? (hmmmmm) I have figured it out! She was over booked and did not want to be! So since I was not her usual client she pulled this BS on me!!!! I waited almost 2 weeks! I now have a dog ungroomed and I am going away on Friday!!!! I will NEVER EVER go back.

Absolutely the best place in town to buy top quality dog food. I've been buying my dog food here for year and am always so happy with the selection of products. The service has always been outstanding, and it is always a joy for me to shop there. I love having such a great local place to shop for my dogs.

We've been taking our dog here for over a year. They have been great with our dog. We take him in at our scheduled time and he is finished a few hours later. We highly recommend them for their grooming.

We had a horrible experience. They used to have one groomer that groomed one client at a time. Now they have multiple groomers in the same sized space, grooming multiple pets. Rather than each pet having an appointment time, they just stack them up. It's probably okay if you don't mind having your pet there for a long time caged. They are nice people. But we started going there because they didn't cage our dog and keep her five or six hours. Now they do. But the price is the same and it's not inexpensive. So it's not the place for us.
