I have been going to my other vet for years. They have seen me at my worst when my pets passed away at various ages, the oldest was 22. They held me up during those unthinkable moments and I have loved them since. As my family has expanded, we moved further away from that location which made it just impossible to continue driving the distance especially when my new puppy is car sick. So I went out on a limb and picked the neighborhood vet and was transported to a whole new universe. My old vet still ran a very old school practice and I didn’t think much of it. This vet has an app, wonderful staff, convenient location, excellent reviews and the nicest office space. They loved on my puppies and were so lovely to me as well. They didn’t rush me and answered all my questions yet ran a very efficient operation. My dogs and I were so thrilled with our experience I had to leave a review. So great job team! It’s a pleasure joining this pet care family.

My Jazzy-Boy Is Treated With Such Affection & Great Care I Dare Say He Considers His Vet's Office An Extention Of Our Home. He Is A Beautiful Seal Point Siamese Who Never Seems Shy Or Lost Without Words. He Chitter-Chatters With The Tech's & Dr. & Amuses Us All. He Is Leash Trained & Dumfounds The Sweet Dog's He Encounters, So He Truly Does Feel Quite At Home. The Office Is Clean & Orderly, Organized & Pretty Free Of Stray Odors Which Might offend a sensitive feline Nose.. Which Also Makes Bringing In Your Sweet Furr-Baby A More Comfortable Visit. I Highly Recommend This Office. As Do Our Family's Pet's.

Great staff!! Had an itchy dog, no appointment, and it was Friday. They worked me in; between morning appointments. Helped my schedule and solved Charlie's scratching!! In and out in 30-45 minutes.

My cat got fantastic service at Pet Vet in Franklin. We were able to get in quickly and Dr. Mays did a great job of getting to the root of her issues. He spent a long time on the phone with me the day after her bloodwork and explaining all of the options. The staff is very knowledgable and caring!

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic. We transferred here from another office after several years due to our vet moving here and had to see Dr. Mays last minute due to our doggy have severe upset GI. He was extremely thorough and knew exactly what she needed to get better and quickly. We followed up with our regular vet, Dr. Bowling and I would recommend her to anyone. She’s always been so good with our fur baby and eases my anxious fur mom mind! ???? The techs and front desk staff are great, too, and you can tell everyone works so well together.

I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 6 years. I have never had a bad experience or felt like my pets weren’t top priority. I have one very troubled pup and Dr. Mays does an outstanding job being patient and thorough thru his issues.

I've been taking my cats to Pet Vet for 15+ years. Even after moving to Bellevue, it's worth the drive. Dr. Butler and Dr. Alexander have been the best for our family and have gone waaaaaay above and beyond to take care of our cats when they needed it. If it weren't for the skill, determination, and compassion of the folks there at Pet Vet, it's unlikely that my cat CJ would still have his leg today. But it's been 7 years since his accident and he's still waking on all fours and living comfortably. Thank you Pet Vet!
