They are on the more pricey side but the vet there is awesome. If you need someone to look and see what is going on with your animal, this is the place to go.

The people were very helpful, nice, patient with me and my pets. Thank you for that ????

I took my cat to the vet to get him surgery. After the surgery was done and I took my little guy home, they switch out my cage out. My new cage to their old cage. And they took my cat’s blanket and never give it back to me. Don’t ever go to Flatts Veterinary Clinic if you don’t want your stuff to get taken by them. They are THIEVES! That is sorry.

The staff takes such good care of all my animals from our bearded dragon our chinchillas and kitten ..you can really tell about a person by the way animals attract to a person. I would highly recommend...

I brought my Monster cat here because I could tell he was in pain. They took x-rays and found out he had arthritis in back hips and and back knee joints! They were very nice to our big guy!

Forever grateful to the fantastic vets and staff at Flatt Veterinary. My senior cat needed emergency euthanasia on a very icy day in January. Most offices were closed due to the bad weather, but not Flatt Veterinary. The staff immediately told me to bring her in, met me at my car, and were extremely kind and gentle throughout the most heart wrenching experience of my life. They had to shave a patch of fur to insert the IV and saved it for me to keep. They also gave me time alone to say goodbye and to mourn after she had passed. They were even kind enough to send a bereavement card. I know these aren't the moments we like to think about when choosing a vet, but these are the moments that matter the most. When my pet was in incurable pain, Flatt Veterinary was there to help her find peace.

Very fast and take well care of animals x rays are a little expensive but thats expected because its a very expensive machine

Took my Annabelle here for her first shots and worming. They were very friendly with us and we got her first shots for a great price. My dog is very scared of things at this age and they made her feel very comfortable!

Pet care is okay here. Biggest issue is scheduling. Make an appt but you wait awhile before anything happens. Been going here for over 4 years, and wondering if it's time to find another vet.

Would not go back here again. Office was dirty -which with animals as well as people is important. The office needs to be clean ! I also did not care for the vet that we seen. She showed no caring for our animal at all- should not be a vet if you don't care about the animal that you are treating.. Look elsewhere- your animals health is not valued here.

Needed a script filled from my vet in florida i forgot to get filled when came to cookeville daughters,called had a script faxed to Flatt veterinarians they filled it for me,we are moving back to cookeville i now have a vet for little dogs

Every time I go to this clinic, they tell me one price over the phone and always charge more for the exact procedures they quoted to me at a lower price. Sigh...

I have an older dog that jumped out of a truck and dislocated his left rear leg he was in extreme pain and they refused to see him because he was not a regular.

They won’t see my dog that has a dislocated leg they refused the emergency and told us to go elsewhere very unprofessional didn’t even want to check the dog out he can’t move without making a noise

Dr. Wilton at Flatt Veterinary Clinic aided us in our time of need. Being animal lovers and devoted to the well being of all earthlings we found a helpless baby bird thrown out of her nest due to the tornado. Though originally denied by the receptionist Dr. Wilton came to the rescue of the baby bird. We need more people like this amazing young man in the world.

The staff here is amazing! We took our cat in because we had complications with her delivery of kittens. The staff all took great care of our babies and even checked in on us the following day!

Took my dog here to get spayed and the staff was so nice and informative and they treated my dog great. I will be going back in the future for my other dogs.
