I bring my bunny Eeyore here and every time the nurses and doctors are so kind, patient and willing to be sure I understand instructions they give. They also always call and check up on us and make us feel very cared for.

Sparta loves Little House! I could tell she got some affection while she was in there for her exam, she loved it. I've been seeing them for a long time now for my rats and they always recieve the best of care, all the way to the end. Little House is the best in exotic care and I will stick with them for as long as possible

Was referred here by a friend who drives an hour just to go here, and I immediately could understand why. I had Dr. Pace this afternoon who was a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. The vet techs were just as nice, caring, and the whole process went smoothly. Very happy to have found my new permanent vet!

We love them and have gone for nearly 5 years. They were recommended by a colleague as well as an out of state vet in our family when we moved to the area. They are so empathetic, they listen and are calm with pets. They have the best interests of the pets' quality of life in mind as well as what is manageable for the family. We've had a terminally ill animal as well as well animals under Dr. Pace's care and wouldn't go elsewhere. Highly appreciated their thoughtful approach to Covid-era visits and their outdoor waiting area (front porch), given we know of vets with clinic outbreaks in other areas.

Their knowledge, passion, kindness, patience, JOY AND DELIGHT shine in every interaction. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you and your pet are in the BEST hands possible. We love Little house animal hospital! We got recommended by a friend and we take our guinea pigs there. They tried their best to save sweet Primrose and were very thoughtful and passionate during the process. They truly care about every patient.

Haven’t been here in a while because they are on the pricey side but ended up going today and remembered why they’re worth the money. The customer service and care is unlike any other vet. From the receptionist to the vets everyone is extremely caring, attentive, and kind. You don’t have to wait weeks for an appointment that is an emergency. I find other vets to be dismissive but little house they listen they consider everything and give personalized care. You just can’t find this kind of service and passion for your pets anywhere else in franklin. I feel so confident in every staff member there that my pet is in the best hands. You pay a little more for far superior care. They know you and your pets you aren’t just another customer they want to get in and out. And on the expensiveness- office visit cost is 50- pet vet I believe was 58. I especially enjoyed the receptionist- didn’t quite catch her name. Give that girl a raise! Called many vets today looking for emergency appointment and her attitude and uplifting personality was a nice refreshment from all the stale “can you hold? Thanks. What’s the problem? Mm. I see thats an emergency- how about next year April?” You get from surrounding vets. They are doing it right here.

Extremely helpful and very caring. A tad pricey, but you get what you pay for. My first experience with them and will be returning for future needs.

I've been bringing my pets here since 2012. The staff is wonderful! Kind, compassionate and caring as well as very thorough. From the receptionists to the Veterinarians you will not find better folks to bring your pets to!

I've been taking my cats and bunnies here for years. They have done everything from shots to cancer treatments. They have always shown as much love to my babies as I have. I recently had to put down my bunny due to skin cancer. They were so kind and comforting. They came to my house and brought soft blankets and flowers and sat on the floor with me the whole time. They have always gone above and beyond what is expected, and I can't thank them enough for that.

I would highly recommend taking your rabbit to Little House Animal Hospital! My young rabbit was spayed by Dr.Pace who did a great job! They are very knowledgable, prescribed a good among of meds, and are reasonably priced.

We had been taking our dog to this vet for almost 3 years, and also, boarded our bunny when we were out of town. Recently, we had an unpleasant experience with some prescription(s) that were recommending for our dog. We got the feeling that they put profit over pooch. We will be taking our animals elsewhere moving forward.
