I have 2 dogs and 1 cat that I take here for their annual shots, heart worm prevention etc. Always been wonderful to work with. More competitive when it comes to pricing then the other places, probably because they don’t have all the overhead. Overall wonderful!

Brief overpriced visits to this vet didn’t solve my dog’s yeast/ear infection:eye draining problem, and because I wasn’t invited inside the facility, I don’t even know if I got what I was told I paid for. My dog is still suffering from the ear problem and now has an issue with her eye not being able to blink, very likely because the ear condition was not properly treated in the first place. They say they checked her eyes and did a cytology of her ear that day but seeing as how things have progressed I have my doubts…

We just moved here & I am sooo Lucky to have come across these wonderful, kind, patient animal Loving Professionals who truly only want what's Best for your fur family & not how much they can make on them . We consider them part of our extended family. Thank you guys so much & see you soon! :)

Visit was good overall. Have to wait in your vehicle till they come out and get you. Have to wear a mask as well.

Edit: I hate to change my review but in recent months the service of the front desk staff has gotten terrible. I called on Friday with one of pets that they have been treating for 15 years. She had surgeries and was always treated with so much love. But when I called begging to have her seen I was spoken to like I was an annoyance. I'm not unreasonable, I realize there are other people. But in any other circumstance my pets have been seen when sick. I was left in my car for nearly 2 hours with a dying dog. And when I asked I was told they were seeing the walk-ins that they could get out quickly. Long story short I went to Copeland's and had to say goodbye to my sweet dog. I will never step foot in this office again, neither will my mother. I've also heard from others that recently they've had the same experience with. I wanted nothing more then for Macy to be examined, but because she was to much work I was turned away and called "honey" by a young woman and it was done so rudely. So unless you just need normal shots or meds find somewhere else. Old review :I have been going to this vet for more then 20 years. Recently we took our oldest cat to be seen. The staff are not only knowledgeable, but treat you like family. And Dr. Long is an amazing, compassionate vet. I highly recommend them.

They were very friendly. I felt comfortable letting them take care of my cat.

My fur fam has been going to them since 2012.The staff make us all feel important. The health and well being of my fur kids matters to them. They are reasonably priced. New Dr Arnold is from California. I highly recommend her. She will intensely be watching my dog while listening without interruption. . When she finally speaks, her decades of experience and insight into your pet is something rare and special. Her diagnosis is not just medical, it's also an assessment of your pets emotional and mental state. A full body mind and heart of the problem is considered. Then she will give you her advised form or forms of treatment. No amount of money can touch this level of personal care. And yet, still the most reasonable pricing around. If you want quality over quantity, and people who really care about you and your pet. You need look no further

Very rude when they answer the phone , I called one time and they accepted new pets and then I called today and the lady said it very aggressively and hung up the phone on me.

They are very thorough and do a wonderful job with my furbaby (dog). The vet gave him his annual shots, his cytopoint shot (anti-itch shot), and medicine in both his ears because of infection. His nails were clipped and a couple of other things. They made sure that he could see me the whole time they were working on him. They are very nice, care about your furbaby, and have reasonable prices. I have been taking my furbaby there since he was given to me 9 years ago.

My family and I love this place and know that our 2 dogs are always taken care of when we bring them there.

Found some baby squirrels and brought them here. They didn't charge me for the visit and only charged me 3.00 for some antibiotics. Nice friendly staff.

Great people. Billy and Dr. Green are the best. I never want to take my baby anywhere else.

I moved to TN and had to find a new Veternary doctor we found the animal clinic. Due to the virus going on when we went there we had to stay in our vehicle for our first visit but the staff that we were able to talk to were very friendly. Now that the virus is under control we were able to go in and meet the rest of the staff and doctor all I want to say is I’ve never met such a great staff and doctor he explained everything he was checking on our new puppy when he examined him and answered all questions asked . Highly recommend them to anyone that needs a veterinarian in the cookeville area Doctor and staff are amazing.

Caring vet, all I can say!!!

My IKORA has never been comfortable at the vet, until we changed to Animal Medical Clinic. She had a positive visit , wasn’t shaking and scared, and even gave them a kiss lol. A first ! They are amazing with animals and VERY cost efficient!

Love Ralph that works there and how kind and helpful he is with my bigger dog. Great place with friendly people low prices compared to some others and very helpful.

I love the staff there! They are so respectful and nice to both me and my fur baby. Back in 2018 they saved my schnauzer's life, and I'll be forever grateful ❤️

They were wonderful with my sons sick dog. The dog a 80 pitt mix had a gland infection and felt awful. My son said he was well behaved and they treated him like a "poodle". Hope to keep them as permanent vet.

I called This medical clinic, my puppy was not responsive and barely breathing. This was the closest vet to my home. The gentlemen that answered said and i quote " We are about to go to lunch, i would recommend you take the little feller to Copeland, they are an emergency clinic anyway". I was so shocked and flustered I didn't know what to say. Anywho, Copeland accepted my puppy and he is responding to treatment and fluids.
