Animal medical hospital is great! The ladies up front so nice, they remember your face. Booker really like it there. We have the VIP wellness plan. They go over everything with you. They answer all the questions you have. Dr. Mason is great.

AMH is wonderful! They have been helping wildlife in the area for over 30 years. For 20 of those years, AMH has been a drop off for compromised wildlife that will go to Centre Wildlife Care. We really appreciate their support over the years. Thank you!

Dr. Mason and the entire staff at AMH are amazing. Always ready to help with any questions or concerns. We took Nick to AMH for all 17 years of his amazing life and now we have beautiful Tess, our 1 yr old Lab who is a patient there. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the time your phone call is answered to the time your walking out the door from your appt., you and your pet are in the best of hands.

I received many reminders in different formats including text, phone call, and email about my dog’s upcoming appointment for a dental procedure. After my dog was dropped off I received updates about his procedure and post-procedure via text message (my preferred method of contact). I felt very confident in his care and his teeth have never looked better and his breath is fresh! We couldn’t be happier! Great facility and staff! I highly recommend Animal Medical Hospital!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and I was very happy with the care and attention my cat received during his procedure.

I took my healthy pet for a well check visit and came out paying over $329.50 for the visit. I was a bit shocked as my dog had no other issues. He just needed a few immunizations.The staff was friendly and professional but never indicated prices when suggesting services for my pet. I love my pet and he is worth it but in these economical times, I wish I would have know the pricing structure as I am certain I would not have just happily said yes to the extra services. Thankfully I took my stash of cash with me to pay or I would have felt embarrassed. It is sad because I probably won't return as often, knowing the expense it will cost for just a well check visit.

My rabbits have been coming here for several years now. Everything has been good.

We have been with Animal Medical for every fur baby since 1991. Freddie is the newest member of our family and makes number five. We trust the staff and doctors to always have our pets best interest at ❤. Freddie is a rescue from a hoarding situation in Texas and is very scared of most everything. The staff were all very patient and kind with him, as they have always been with all of our pets. Thank you Animal Medical Hospital Staff. We appreciate you!

I called and scheduled a wellness visit for our recently adopted puppy. They were able to get us in sooner due to a cancellation. They worked well with Brewster as he is still decompressing from being away from his mother and litter mates. I have used Dr Mason for most of my previous dog's life long care and I am looking forward to working with him for Brewster's care as well.

I have been going to Animal Medical Hospital for years. This is the primary vet I take my guinea pigs too. When I had reptiles I also took them here. The pricing is higher than some other offices in the area, but you pay for excellent quality when you pay their prices. I have visited other offices in the area when I was in a pinch due to availability, but Animal Medical is by far my favorite office in town. They also offer the payment plan (VIP) if you need to make monthly payments for pet care. I find all of the staff to be enthusiastic, and clearly love what they do. Thank you for taking care of my pets.

Wonderful atmosphere and the receptionist was super nice. The exam was quick and they were very kind and gentle with my cat.

I have taken my dog there for the past five years (I recently moved) and they have been very consistently good. The VIP plan took care of medical exams, visits, and shots. My dog also did teeth cleaning with a discount from one of the plans. Highly recommend!

Got an appointment the same morning I went in to book. Front desk staff is always friendly and techs are always wonderful with our always reluctant dog. Vets have been helpful, kind and caring as well.

They left me waiting for the vet for 39 minutes. I had to yell for someone to come in and take care of us. I was late for work because of it. Extremely unprofessional.

Was worried about my ferret, they found bladder stones Robert and the surgical technicians Cindy and Trish did an amazing job with my little man. and clear directions post surgical care for him as well. If I had any questions the dr. was more than happy to take the time and answer anything I would definitely recommend this animal hospital/vet to anyone worried about their fur children, and I will always come back to make an appointment if I ever have a problem.

It was easy to drop off Jasmine and she was ready when promised. Pick up was a snap, pull in and park, call, wait and shortly our pet was returned to us. Have always appreciated the Animal Medical Hospital. Thanks!

AMH and it's staff are absolutely wonderful! Even though we're not clients of their's, they took us in when we had no other options at the of our emergency. Thank you all so much for the care you gave my kitty.

I am so thankful for AMH! Every time my dog has had any problem they have made it so easy and simple to get him in and get him feeling better! The staff are so helpful, and always take the time to explain everything to me- I am a bit of an overprotective dog mom- but they are so kind and understanding, and I know that when I take my dog there, he is in excellent hands. They are also the highest quality pet care for the most reasonable prices in the area. I have used other vet services and some charge hundreds just for the initial exam! AMH is very affordable, but they still provide an exceptional quality of care. I have already referred lots of family members and friends, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone who has a pet!!!

Took our boy here because he had a major issue and we also didn't know he'd act around strangers without one of us there... They were absolutely amazing. They also helped us with a treatment plan for what was going on with our baby. I 110% recommend this vet service for your animals. They're so thorough and they communicated with me via phone as they decided on procedures. This is his new vet. Wonderful staff. Clean facility. Easy to find. They also got him in sooner than anywhere else in spite of COVID-19. Thank you for taking care of our family! ????♥️

So disappointed. Called today explaining my cat was dying, and needed to see someone as soon as possible.. I was told the doctor was busy and met with a very annoyed attitude when I was pleading with her on the phone to please help me. They accepted her, but clearly not happily. My cat passed later that day. When I went to pick her body up, I was met with zero compassion. They were more concerned that they stayed late (clearly annoyed it was a half hour after) so I could gather her, rather than the fact I was crying at the desk because my girl just passed away, and more concerned about me paying before I could take her. Not even an “I’m sorry”- nothing.

I go to college at Penn State and decided it was time I found a vets office in State College. I decided to go here due to the positive reviews I was reading, and I am glad I did! I felt comfortable and welcomed brining my cat in for her kitten checkups/vaccines. All workers were very kind and took great care of my animals on a timely manner. Also, amazing place for college kids due to the monthly payment plans (VIP) that they offer! If you are a student who struggles with animal medical bills, I definitely recommend switching to this vets office!
