Tiny Town Animal Clinic Clarksville, Kentucky

Got a puppy last summer and took her to Tiny Town. It just always seemed expensive, and then one day she needed emergency surgery. At 4 months old, tiny town charged us over $3K to save her life. Throughout the process it was one thing after another (bloodwork, pain killers, etc). Once we told them we had no more money and we weren't approving anything else, our dog had a Miraculous overnight recovery and we picked her up that day. I feel that they abused our love for our pet to rack up the bill. I have since changed vets and I'm already more happy with All Gods Creatures.

Slow. Very slow spent 2 hours here. And it's too hot in here.

Staff is very customer friendly and attentive to the needs of the pets they administer medical care.

We just moved to Clarksville a week and a half ago and our dog’s ears became irritated and full of fluid. All the different vet offices in Clarksville seem to be booked out at least 30 days. Not only did Tiny Town squeeze our crazy pup in that morning, EVERYONE from the front desk, the techs and Dr. Reese were absolutely amazing! Kind, knowledgeable, and whole heartedly care for the animals they see. I can’t say enough good things about them!! Thank you for being great!

Availability has been great when boarding is needed. Little pricey, but affordable.

Very safe place to take animal’s, clean, and very flexible in cases of emergency. Also the boarding program gives you much needed peace of mind.

Had been taking my 5 month old puppy to this vet since we picked him up. Our puppy ended up getting sick and we took him in on multiple occasions to figure out what was going on. The vet did some some tests however, the treatment that was being provided was done in a lax way. Our puppy ended up getting worse- took him back in and they ran more tests dx him with a fever (and discharged him at 5months old with a fever). Gave us meds and told us to come back at the end of the week if still not better. Our pup ended up getting worse in the course of 24-48 hrs and the staff were unable to get our puppy in when I called explaining my concerns and worries. They were unable to provide me with any feedback in what to do. Our 5month old pup ended up passing away. Poorly handled situation by the vet and staff.

This morning I took my ESA to TTAC. I chose this office due to the positive reviews and I am extremely happy with their service. All staff were courteous, helpful and extremely loving with not only my own baby, but with others as they came in. Thank you ladies for your loving care!

We took our German Shepherd there for his 12 week shots and they were very nice and professional! They even gave us a sealed bad of training treats to give him! Amazing service! Edit: our issue was swiftly resolved and the owner was able to get our boy in for the surgery he needs. Very nice staff that took the time to go over all concerns and were very flexible with me as a pet sitter bringing in a pet.

This is the third time that Dr. Amy has canceled me, if not because she is on vacation or because she has an emergency, having made an appointment in advance, always at the last minute, they call me and tell me that he will not attend to my dog ​​that lack of professionalism, they better have or they do not have a vocation that hurts to lose clients for years and for all that they charge that is not cheap and the people who answer the phone have a rudeness when answering, I will look for another vet to give my baby good hands

Update: we forget that everywhere is understaffed especially during the pandemic. I sure did and took out my frustration with reception, but they’re finally letting people wait inside and you can see first hand how busy they are and really trying their best. All that matters is all my pets are well taken care of and it’s thanks to this place.

We lost our dear sweet dog, Ziva, due to the intense heat hitting Middle Tennessee yesterday. The staff was superbly professional & patient with us in our grief. Absolutely top notch care. I can't thank them enough for the kindness they extended to us in such a difficult time.

We take all of our animals here. The staff is always super friendly and take the best care of our babies. Our daschund was recently attacked by a bigger dog and required immediate vet care. They got him in right away and Dr reese is the vet who has been treating him and he's been amazing..he has taken such good care of him and the techs have made him so comfortable during this ordeal. We are thankful for this clinic.

I really don’t know what to said about my experience today, I have been going there for almost a year, everything have been really good but today I just want to recommend that the clinic should hire people more caring for the front desk because today was everything about really bad costumer service, after waiting outside for 40 minutes and having been waiting on the phone twice, the lady said that we were late for our appointment and they can’t not attend my dog… really bad my experience today that made change all the good opinion that I had about this place.

Love this clinic! Everyone is always so patient and kind, they take the time to explain your options well and give a thorough price breakdown. They always take such good care of my kitties.

After an emergency visit a few days ago, we met with the most amazing staff. Unfortunately our sweet dog didn't survive, but the staff was compassionate and so caring. They allowed our children to say goodbye and we're very dignified in the cremation offerings. Thank you for being so empathetic and professional with our last moments with her.

This place is great with customer service but not only that I went there for my 9 week old puppy and they did amazing with him. He was very calm and at ease with them and that meant the world to me my other dogs go there and they have done an outstanding job with them

Literally the best vet clinic I've ever used! The staff is so good with my pets and they go above and beyond to help us out when things come up!!
