Dr. Holt was wonderful from the time we made Lucy's appointment till the time we picked her up. Dr. Holt was in communication with us every step of the way. Great animal clinic with good people that love animals.

I took my bunny marshmallow in to get her spayed. They took really good care of her and called me when the procedure was done to let me know how she did. I highly recommend this vet.

It was the longest holiday weekend ever! My Buster Brown (Beagle Healer) split his nail and was in so much pain. On Monday morning I called and explain the situation. The staff was extremely helpful, caring and compassionate and was able to work my boy in and fix him up! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my best friend! I highly recommend this veterinary facility and can attest to the fact that you’re furry friends will be well cared for!

Excellent care!! This was our second emergency visit to Animal House. The first was for a surgery that saved our French Bulldog. The second visit was for a possible obstruction in our other French Bulldog. The staff, vet techs & vets were informative and thorough. We could not be more pleased with the care given to our babies. ❤????

We were given an accurate diagnosis of the ear condition of our beloved Hachi. They also groomed him and flushed his ears to help with his situation. Monica was helpful and professional with explaining the treatment plan for our dog.

We were struggling to find a Vet in our area that saw guinea pigs. Not only did they have 2, they were accepting new patients and able to get me in to see her. My little piggy is already on the mend after some painful teeth were filed down. So grateful for their help!

The staff and vets at Animal House are always so wonderful to work with. I have gone there for years and they provide this highest quality care. Dr. Holt is the absolute best and I trust him explicitly with my pups needs. The staff is always caring and kind. They always take their time to talk with me and discuss Artis’ needs. I would not go anywhere else for my pups care!!!

My dog absolutely loved the girls in the office.. They took their time and asked many questions. I felt very good about the information I was given.. I’m so happy !! Good news is good news… I’m sure at some point as my dogs grow older it won’t be the case but I feel better knowing I have a good place to turn to!!

A year ago I switched to animals services locally that offered a pet care plan as I thought it would benefit me financially and my dog being on a regular yearly schedule with her preventive care however the past yr has been nothing but back and forth on a few health concerns I have with my furbaby,. Additionally testing that was not always necessary, drop off services which resulted in my dog being left in a kennel for 6 plus hrs even with a scheduled appointment my dog would be seen at the last minute getting rushed exams. I got very few definite answers from the vet resulting in my concerns which only left me feeling like my visit and money was a waste. Recently I have returned back to Animal House as I know ill get the answers and even though they don't have a yearly payment plan I feel I am not billed carelessly by the staff and right off the back my concerns and care they show towards me and my furbaby are 100% on point. I feel that between all the staff they have at this clinic the knowledge and professionalism they show is top notch. I appreciate their true concern!

I love how every one of the people you encounter truly care about the animals. I have always been extremely happy with the level of care we get and the knowledge! I am completely confident with every visit that my pet is getting the best possible care.

Took my 3 year old Yorkie in for emergency cesarean on Labor Day Weekend .... after hours ... the on call people put her under to deliver the puppies, none survived. They sent my Paisley home with me still under anesthesia and she didn't wake up. She had passed away just a few hours later. Just stopped breathing. And this all cost me the loss of my sweet Paisley and $1,000. Sometimes on call vets would rather party than do their job. They should have kept her until she was awake and stable. PERIOD. I took my Paisley to vets to help her. I'm not a vet. They basically killed her by not watching her while anesthetized. They sent her home with me fully anesthetized and unfortunately she never woke up.

The office staff, techs ands vets at Animal House are top of the line. We have large animals (cows). The folks at Animal House has always been helpful, knowledgeable and kind to us and our animals. Mr. Brandon Butts is the best, he is always helpful! Questions and advice are always welcomed by staff, techs and vets. Professional, reliable and friendly are the best words for The Animal House Vet Clinic!

The appointment system at this facility has always been a joke, but my last two visits have been even worse due to the people working. The customer service has been horribly lacking the last couple of encounters I’ve had. The first appointment I misunderstood the drop off time for my pet’s procedure, which I understand is my bad, however when I was finally able to speak to someone, they were extremely short and dismissive and in short told me “tough luck” with a shrug and flat grin, when I explained I couldn’t wait any longer than the 30min I had already been waiting due to needing to go to work. The 2nd encounter I showed up at the appropriate time for drop off, I arrived at 0733 (drop off is 0730-0800), when I arrived I was told “have a seat, it’s going to be a while”. Confused, I asked if there was an estimate on how long, so I could inform work, I was told “no, there are a lot of people before you”. This doesn’t makes sense as I was only there to drop off. I waited for over 45 min, until the entire lobby was empty, some with drop off and some with appointments, then for another 30 min after the 0800 “drop off time” before anyone spoke to me again. None of these wait times would be that horrible had anyone been kind initially, or at least attempted to show some understanding for the fact that the time I was told had come and gone by a long shot and I’m still waiting. I don’t understand the real purpose of their appointment system, or allotted drop off times if there seems to be no adherence to the schedule.

De. Edwards has been taking care of our chiweenie. He has calcium issues and she has gone out of her way to try to make sure he is well taken care of!

The Animal House website gives the impression that they do dentistry. What they really do is extractions... that's it!! Cleanings, xrays, and extractions. When I called and made an appointment, and informed the employee that my dog's teeth had been chipped badly, and I went into detail about what I was hoping to do, she didn't bother to tell me that they really only do extractions. So I made an appointment, waited several days and paid for an exam and they had absolutely no way to perform the necessary dental work!! That is just basic dishonesty. Oh, they'll for sure "refer" you to a dentist in Nashville, and I would imagine they will gladly accept a "kick-back" for doing so, but in reality, what did they do for my dog? Absolutely nothing, just charged me for a visit, and sent me on my way. Since moving to Clarksville two years ago, I can unequivocally say that the vets in this region have no credibility and no ethics.

My little fluff and I went through quite the ordeal trying to get a diagnosis. On our most recent visit she went in for a dental with a possible CT scan of the dental didn't give us a clue as to what was causing issues for her. Dr Samra was very communicative and open about risks of the procedure based on what was found. I decided to have the doctors continue with the procedure since she was already under anesthesia versus going to a specialist. Everything turned out beautifully and i received the call to tell me that as soon as they were finished. The staff were attentive (indulging my little fluffy girl), holding and carrying her around as she demanded, attending to her every need. I'm very pleased with my experiences with Animal House, and grateful to Dr Samra and Dr Johnson.
