The staff here is wonderful. They took care of our little guy as if he was their own.

Absolutely loved bringing my fur babies here in the beginning. They made me feel comfortable coming here. Unfortunately, I now have to find a new vet. 2 times I've tried making an appointment for something serious and was given appt dates at least 2 weeks out. What's the point of that.

Words can’t describe how good of people that work at this at this establishment.

Very professional, caring and quick. My dog Dug went through surgery with them. His incision healed perfectly. They followed up with me to make sure everything went well. They were there to answer any question I had. I would recommend this vet to anyone who wants a vet that will not only take care of your pets, but make a personal relationship with them to the point they are excited when they see the building.

I love the place, they take special care of my fur babies and I don't feel like I'm over paying for quality care. Thank you Jordan and the rest of the staff and Drs for making us feel like we are part of the family.

I really wish there was a half star because I would have chosen it. So super disappointed with Sango Vet after taking my dog there for 6 months and never having a problem, until today. All I needed was my dogs monthly meds like always, and was told my doctor no longer worked there and the new doctor needed to see my dog for some reason just to get meds that I typically get. But I couldn’t get an appointment until mid December and they refused to give me the November meds, fyi these meds are flea/tick and heart worm. Clearly these people do not care about my dog only the money. Nor do they care about a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of dollars already because of different issues like random ear infections etc. to not service a regular paying customer. My parents were business owners and that’s not how you treat your regular paying clients. Now I have to establish myself at a new vet and hopefully they will care about my dog’s health above money!

Dr. Wert and the staff are amazing. They have been very detailed and worked with me on my dog about preexisting health conditions. They have listened to my concerns and have gone the extra mile for him. We are very thankful for her. Mullet man, Kratos, is a nervous dog in general but they understand and work with him. The prices are very competitive and affordable for the everyday pet owner too!

I have utilized this vet clinic on multiple occasions with a high standard for my animals. They have continued to produce a standard of care that I have always been happy with. The quality of work here and professionalism that I have experienced with my animals here has been great. From a price point, they are slightly more expensive than previous vet clinics I have utilized in the past. However, I feel they make up for this with the professionalism and quality of care they give my pets.

They’re good if it’s for something routine and you have an appointment. However if an emergency pops up like today for me with my dogs face swollen she’s lethargic and has a fever, they pawn you off to another vet. So yea as long as nothing unexpected happens your good.

As always - love Sango Vet! Everyone listens so carefully to concerns, and provides great information. And so tech savvy! Everything can be done online in their app - making appointments, ordering meds, etc. - which is SUPER-convenient.

Rude vet. Over charged flea meds. Trying to school a person that has raised animals longer than she's been alive. Then told me I'd be back. She'll never seen any of my animals again. Because I refused their over priced medication. Like she the only vet in Clarksville. Get over yourself! Being a vet you should know even with flea prevention medication, a dog can get a flea bite. I told you I was there for medication for her reaction to flea bite. Good grief be professional. Lie price sure went down after we left. Our other animals have never been to see you. Tell me again I'll be back. LoL

Although we waited a while to get our kitties checked in, the staff was very kind and professional. They took good care of our boys, who were NOT happy to be getting their shots!

Absolutely love this place! Took my leopard gecko in and they were able to help him. Will bring him back for anything in the future.

Due to human error and negligence in watching my pets I had to bury my baby today. What was something as trivial as a neutering surgery ended my Neptune's life. Maybe I can forgive the botched surgery. However, what i cannot forgive is that my baby bled out internally in your clinic and finally died. Had someone been watching him properly post surgery like they should have been then maybe this could have been prevented. But thanks for not charging me a bill and for the clay plate of my baby. Although I would have paid double the bill had that meant keeping my Neptune alive. Dont take your small mammals here unless you want the same heart wretching phone call I got

Dr. Whitbeck and staff could not be more compassionate people! They love what they do and it shows through the care of our pets. I am so grateful for them and the services they provide.

They took such great care of my fur baby! The tech take came to the car to get my fur baby was so wonderful and calming since it was our 1st appointment. Everyone is super nice. My dog had ear infection missed by another vet. The prices are very comparable to other vets but it’s the staff that make this clinic top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to take your fur baby to such a caring clinic.Definitely the best vet office in town.

I took my puppy here for her vaccines. It was all done over the phone because of Covid restrictions. The receptionist was very detailed at explaining everything, and asking what all i wanted and gave me an estimate up front. The Doctor called after the visit and explained what was done and the details of her exam. It was very affordable, and I was extremely happy with everything. The clinic is not in the shopping complex, it was a little confusing where the sign was. Will definitely be going again.

From the moment I arrived with my girl,Sadie Blu,we were promptly treated with care & respect. The care we received was professional & caring..all my questions were answered in full & everyone was courteous. I do recommend sango veterinary clinic to all!!!

We brought in our mini Doxie Dottie a few weeks ago due to multiple seizures and even though there was nothing they could do once we had gotten her in, I will tell you I have never experienced such kind and caring people at a vet in all my life! As soon as I walked in they took her straight back, Not only did they not rush me saying my goodbyes I was able to stay as long as I wanted. We received a sympathy card with everyone’s signatures and sweet condolences, I was amazed, I tell everyone our experience and that we will never go anywhere else! Thank you Sango Vet, you have made a horrible experience so much lighter.

Took in a 5 week old kitten we rescued from the streets for a health assessment/check up. We found him covered in flees an hour or so after coming home from Sango Vet and the vet totally missed them. I felt like flees should have been looked for closely knowing he was a stray. If they can miss something as obviously as flees, I’m uncomfortable putting the overall health of my pet in their hands. Will be taking him elsewhere next time for a more thorough assessment.

Today was my first visit with SVH. I have to say I will return with any of my reptiles when they need veterinarian help. I have an Iquana who I need to be seen. They did not have any scheduled appointments available, but allowed me to drop him off. Everyone I spoke to from my first phone call to when Rick was brought out to me after he was checked and treated was wonderful, polite and very professional!! Seeing his is an "exotic", I was ready to pay a hefty bill. But I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are. With 4 reptiles, it is great to know I have found a veterinarian office who makes me feel comfortable leaving my babies in their hands. Thank you guys so much!

Someone registered an account here with my info and now I get spam emails regarding this place and "ginger" and "lance" and their visits. I live in colorado. Called the staff and they werent any help.

Today (Sunday) I brought my rescued shepherd mix in as she appeared in some sort of distress and not acting quite right. The wonderful experience began with the person who answered the phone, who was so polite and understanding and stated I could bring her in. She is a rescue who has a lot of fear when in new situations. Dr. Whitbeck and her assistant (Jordan, I believe) were INCREDIBLE with her. They really took their time, and Lexi warmed up to them like I've never seen her do at the vet. Their expertise and patience handling her with such care made this the 1st vet visit that didn't traumatize us both. This IS Lexi's new vet office! Thank you so much!!!!

This vet is amazing. My nearly 10 year old dachshund mix was so well cared for and examined at his check-ups and the staff really go above and beyond. He had everything from regular check-ups to major dental surgery and I’m so glad we switched to Sango for my dogs care. We sadly moved from the area but I wanted to thank them for their wonderful care and give a Special thank you to Chuck who went out of his way, literally, to help us out. We are so very grateful!
