Very helpful staff and excellent array of treats for all types of pets (especially the fresh dog cookie counter)

I’m so thrilled to have run across this awesome pet store with self serve dog baths inside!! I paid $5 per dog ($10 regular or $5 each with punchcard). The staff was so helpful & friendly. One lady who worked there helped me get Max to the back since he doesn’t like walking on hard surfaces. They provide hot water (with great pressure & spray nozzles), shampoos, towels, aprons, and dryers. Also the bath stations were the exact height to not break your back!! And the best part… I didn’t have to clean up the mess!! ♥️♥️♥️ And now… I have two super clean & super happy pups!!! ????????????

Their husbandry practices for the pocket pets is amazing. They have everything they need to keep them happy. I was really surprised to see all the toys and wheels (safe ones) in their cages. I really appreciate how well they take care of the pets.

Friendly and helpful employees. Store is always clean and well stocked! Although, the ferret cage was dirty and needed cleaning.

I like this place a lot better than the pet food center. Especially the self service bathing area. The staff are helpful and friendly also.

I have been shopping off and on at Pet Supplies Plus since they opened. They do carry great products at competitive prices that meet my puppers needs. However, their customer service is sometimes a hit or miss. For the past two Sundays I have popped in to pickup a few items, and the most helpful young lady has checked me out. It's so nice to see someone that young not only working, but whom is so polite and helpful! I'm sure she is new and I will update my post once I get her name. Until then...(this is for the young brunette at the checkout) "thank you" for being nice, helpful, and professional and taking pride in what you do!! I wish I could say this for more places I shop.

Visited on 10/24/21, the store is nice and well stocked so that is the reason for giving them at least a star. However the ferret cage was literally disgusting. There were feces everywhere and you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in days. It smelled very bad and the ferrets didn’t deserve to be living in those conditions. The fish tanks were also fairly dirty and filled with algae. Whoever is responsible for working with the animals should put more effort into the cleanliness.

Very nice employees and convenient. Their rubber small toys are WAY too expensive. I'll spend $8 on a toy, but not one I can get anywhere else for $1-2.

The food was fabulous and it wasn't little bitty portions it was decent size portions. Presented well on the platter and the waiter was nice and friendly!

Great location. Amazing workers. Almost always have what I need and if they don't the great staff makes suggestions.

They always have the best selection on my boy’s canned dog food. I get flavors for him there I haven’t found anywhere else. The prices are extremely competitive and usually less than places like Chewy. The store also assisted me in by donating a ton of food and supplies to take out to Waverly after the flood. I can’t thank them enough for helping so many of our neighbors that were and still are hurting.

Great place to go as an alternative to other big chain pet food places. The staff is friendly and they have a variety of things at competitive prices. They even have a do it yourself dog washing spot.

Great products, services, and prices

Even when the employees are busy restocking the products, they always take the time to get me abs offer help finding where the products I am looking to purchase have been moved to and when new products I might be interested in come out. I love their neighbor rewards program that lets me get the 13th bag of dog food and the 9th bag of guinea pig hay free!

Love pet Supplies. Just down the street so I can walk my Emmy to the store. Plus I get a military discount.

A lot of their fish tanks had ick and stood for 15 minutes waiting on assistance and never received any so I left

Lots of choices. The staff could be more helpful & knowledgeable.

The groomers were gentle with both of my dogs, she came around the counter and allowed my husband and I to sit with our anxious dog during a nail trim. She went at his speed and didn't rush even when he got really nervous. She spoke kindly and gently to him. Their bath area is really easy to use and is always clean. While my husband and I were looking at dog harnesses, a kind woman asked if we needed anything. At checkout the cashier was really sweet and gave our fur babies some cookies. I will definitely continue to bring my babies here.

My wife likes to get her pet supplies here. No complaints.

During my first visit to this store I overheard two employees, Nick and Lena (yes, I asked), talking about how much they loved the store and their supervisor (!?). It instantly brightened my day and made my visit very enjoyable - having employees with such positive attitudes just makes a place so welcoming and I look forward to returning. The selection was great - prior to this visit I couldn't really imagine needing such a wide variety of cat essentials, but my attitude has changed for the better.

This is a great friendly place to buy whatever you need for your pets, including new pets...very friendly staff, had to return something I bought and it was very easy and convenient, and the staff was very helpful. I'll def return and give this business my support and business...

Awesome little hole in the wall pet store, had dog food we've been buying for years at a much better rate than the big chain who sells it. Wish we were staying in the area as it would be my number one pet store destination.

Best selection of bunny supplies in Clarksville, plenty of variety & friendly staff as well, we will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff! I gave 4 stars because they don't have a lot of cat harnesses and as much for cats.

We just adopted a beautiful baby kitten from here and we couldn't be happier

I called this morning to see if the store had Farmina ancestral grain dog food. Lori answered the phone and asked me to repeat the name of the dog food, I did, she then asked me to hold on as she looked for my request. When she got back to the phone she immediately replied no we don’t have that. I then proceeded to ask if on the website it says that I can curbside pick up the dog food does that mean it’s not in stock or you don’t have it. She replied we don’t carry it. I felt like this seemed weird since it is on the website and decided to go to the store myself to look. I found the dog food and brought this to her attention. She replied “well I asked” and that was it. Who does that? She was extremely rude and did not seem to give a care in the world. If she would have seemed surprised or even just apologized I wouldn’t be writing this. I brought this to the managers attention and he said well she is newer, I just got here, and then asked Lori who told her this which she did not answer. He proceeded to give me a less than genuine apology and said there’s a lot of new people here who don’t know what we have. All in all I believe the store could have potential to be great but instead doesn’t seem to have the time to care if they lose money because they do not know what they have and what they don’t have. I honestly should have just ordered off chewy instead of wasting my time with this place, lesson learned.
