My new foster dog was in rough shape, and these sweet people clipped his nails pro bono. Beyond their generosity, they were cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable.

I don't like posting negative reviews, but I must. I took my dog ???? to be taken care of before Fall break. Just because it was going to be Fall break they charged me a $50.00 deposit. When I picked up my dog they charged another $110.00. So $160.00 for 8 days for an 11 year old Chihuahua that stays in her kennel most of the day. The worst was when I picked up my dog something was wrong with my dog. She was sick. Took her to the vet and spent another $100. She was diagnosed with Kennel cough. I was wondering why the girls in attendance were so nervous this was why. This happened back in October. My poor dog is still sick. This is a cure for me. I will Never again take her there again.

Reservation super easy. Staff very polite. My dog stayed over the Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately my dog came home with Kennel Cough and lost 1#. Yes... he had the bordetella vaccine. This was the first time using this boarding facility. I had a bad feeling when they told me the kennel cough vaccine wasn't required. Also a bad feeling when they specified not bringing personal bedding. The boarding facility I used in AZ allowed personal bedding and required kennel cough vaccine. My dog never came home sick in AZ. I won't be using Kathy's Pampered Paws again. I will say I appreciated the one picture they sent of him during his stay.

My boy has a blast there and comes home tuckered out everytime he has daycare. Very nice people working as well, and love that it is reasonably priced!

If I could leave no stars I would when I first started taking my dog there they had a groomer that did an excellent job now this new groomer they have shows up late and can’t follow simple instructions every time my dog has had his hair cut I’ve had to take him back to have it fixed. I ask her to do the same haircut every time with specific instructions I even provided multiple pictures and yet the haircut still comes out messed up! This groomer is awful and for some reason can’t grasp how to cut my dogs hair even with pictures. Just to make sure I’m not crazy I asked the other staff if my dog looked like the pictures I provided and they all laughed and said no he does not this groomer is not good at all if you want a disappointing haircut this is the place to take your dog the groomer can’t even show up on time. Don’t waste your time and money.

Picked up my dogs after boarding them for 5 days and their feet were blistered from hot floors and noses raw. I will never take my dogs back here again.

They always take great care of my pup! They offer great service at a good price. They also do the best furminator service in Clarksville in my opinion!

My dog absolutely loves his time there

I booked my dogs for about 5 days and they were amazing. We were able to book our 2 dogs together and we could give them treats and toys from home. They are all super friendly and you can see all the dogs running around outside and playing. The price wasn’t high like all the other places. The only thing I kind of didn’t like was that I only got one update from them the whole time. They sent a picture on the second day but I didn’t hear from them till I picked them up but I know they were really busy. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to board their babies!

I take my boys for doggy day care and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They address all of my concerns and answer any questions that I have. I’ve also had my boys groomed here- which is not an easy task with two German Shepherds. I highly recommend them!

My first time boarding my dog here and I love the service, I have a cane corso with extremely high energy and they had no issues dealing with him at all, I thought I was gonna come back to a horror story of what he got into but they handled him perfectly and he seems to of had a good time cause he is sleep like a baby...thanks again

I had to have my cat and dog boarded last minute. I can't tell you how beyond amazing it was. I really just needed a day because we had house work going on and they were extremely helpful. Every staff member I spoke with was amazing and so nice. We will definitely be returning for any boarding needs we may ever have.

We left our dog there for a week. She was well cared for and seemed to have a good time. My only negative is that they lost her rope, which was a very large, multicolored rope. They said they would look for it and call, but it’s been almost two weeks and not a word. Disappointing.

Left our pet perfectly healthy on May 22 and received her full of open wounds (8+) and a chipped tooth. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. Their response was basically summarized of being stuff happens.

We really enjoy the service they provide to our boy..and when he leaves after a day of play, let's just say he is one TIRED BOY!!

They have kept my dog a few times, I think they do a great job.

They did great with ky old beagle. Bathe and pampered her. She came home smelling fresh and clean.

They loved my dogs and my dogs loved them. They were wore out for hours after they got home. I think they enjoyed themselves and we will be back!

My dog really liked it there. They were friendly and very nice my dog can be a handfull. The place was clean and well staffed and I could log in and see pics of my dog living his best life.

We put our dog into daycare at Kathy's Pampered Paws and he loves it there. The staff is so friendly and caring. The rates are reasonable and it's a nice facility. Our puppy loves going to camp at Kathy's.
