If you are looking for an organized and responsive animal hospital, keep looking. During an annual exam, my dog tested positive for heart worm. That was totally my fault because I was using expired preventative without realizing it. I should have been on top of that. So after putting up with the attempted guilt trip (totally unnecessary since I already felt terrible), I agreed to the treatment plan and the cost. I received an entire printed out schedule of appointment dates, medication instructions and costs. So I kept to the schedule. But this animal hospital did not. Thirty days after my dog's first injection (as per the agreed schedule), he was supposed to get two more injections on back-to-back days. But the staff never made those appointments. So after not getting the appointment reminders I usually get, I called to find out what I needed to do and after a few minutes of discussing, was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then disconnected. No call back. I called back the next day, was immediately put on hold after giving my name, ended up hanging up after 20 minutes. Again, no call back. Ever. So after all of that, my dog has to start a heartworm treatment plan all over because he did not get those last two injections. And I have a bunch of unused, expensive medication that almost destroyed his liver. I do not leave very many reviews. But I love my dog. And I do not want someone else and their pet to have to deal with something like this if I can help it.

They are very loving caring doctors and staff

I brought my chihuahua here for his annual shots about a month ago. They asked me if he was on heartworm medication. I told them that he was, but he ran out, and needed another prescription. They asked me if there were any bumps I was concerned about. I said yes, and pointed out a bump on his chest. The person taking the notes seemed annoyed the entire time she was doing so. Not only did they not give us heartworm medication, but they did not check the concerning spot on his chest, and then charged us $300 for annual shots and some ear medication for his ear infection. The staff were not friendly nor unfriendly, but did seem to ignore us quite a bit, while tending to their regular patients happily. I will not be becoming one of those regulars because of the outrageous cost, the attitude of the staff, and the lack of treatment that was provided to my dog.

I’m surprised at all the bad reviews! I took my chameleon in I think a year ago and they did a check up on him. Said he looked great and that he was in good shape and even gave me some papers on chameleon care. My chameleon is alive and well and I got him from petsmart. | Recently (Saturday), I took my green iguana, Waffles, in for a visit. She’s a rescue, and she came to me in rough condition. Obviously not taken good care of. I felt bad and knew she needed some vet assistance and I would be unable to liven her up without that kind of assistance. Though only having Waffles for two weeks, she is my best friend. it was horrible knowing she was in rough condition, but I felt better knowing she would feel better with their help. I didn’t feel their prices were unreasonable at all. They felt fair considering what treatments she was given. The doctor was sweet and so were all the nurses but one in particular was really she was blonde I didn’t catch her name. Waffles is doing great though I’ve heard from my friends and family that she’s much greener and much more herself I’d say. She’s a feisty one now and that’s the best sign anyone could get from their struggling reptile. I love them and definitely recommend them for your reptiles almost everyone their loved her and everyone showed her the care she needed.

I have been bringing my 2 pets here. They are always so nice and caring towards my pets. Every-time i have brought my cat Callie there, they have always done an amazing job! They get us in and out and do their jobs right. I love going here and highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet.

We had our dog neutered on Wednesday November 09, 2021. Within an hour of pickup, we called with concerns of his poor looking wound & stitches. We were reassured it was normal. The following Friday, we took him back in, only to find out he had in fact ripped stitches open and now, also had an infection. We thought it was because he had broken free from his kennel. He was stapled that day. Now, it is the following Tuesday (6 days from original surgery) and he is once again, opened up. We have had 24/7 surveillance on him, if not by our own eyes, by the cameras. He has been kenneled, sedated, and with a donut and cone on at all times. We went back to the clinic, only to be blamed for his wounds and laughed at by the staff member who was speaking to us. Not only is this organization completely unprofessional, but they are not a place I would EVER recommend sending any of my animals to. Ever.

Morgan is a real good and caring groomer. I didn't see the vets this time but they and their staff are kind and thorough.

The vet took us in on emergency the same day due to my Gunny eye not being able to open at all! I called at 7am they took me in same day and thanks to the vet my dog fur baby is now opening his eye! In just a few hours the medication she gave him helped him tremendously! We are military so its hard to move and find new vets so I am more than happy I have found them! As long as we are stationed here we will be bringing our dogs here! She was super sweet and comforting him as well as very gentle with my Gunny! A million percent recommend them to my other friends who are stationed her as well!!! Here are pictures of my Gunny eye to a day after going here! Tremendous difference!

I’ve used this clinic for about a year now. They removed a cancerous tumor from one of my dogs about 90 days ago and did an excellent job. Two days ago, they put down my other dog who was suffering from Cushings disease. We calle dans they were able to do it ASAP because he was suffering. They were very kind and gentle and I couldn’t ask for anything more. My dog never touched the cold table in that office. My wife held him while he passed, the staff were all talking to him and petting him even though his skin had gotten very nasty. What else could you ask for? Thank you very much Overwatch staff. I’m forever thankful for the way that you treated my family.

Everyone at Overwatch clearly cares about animals. The vet techs were super nice, they greeted me when I walked in and had a room promptly waiting for me. I came in for a simple wellness check for my cat and I was overall very happy with the experience The vet herself was also a kind and knowledgeable lady, I was appreciative of her expertise and advice! I highly recommend this vet office. They give you detailed information and tell you their prices before treatment, so there are no surprises. The receipt was also very detailed, perfect for helping me keep detailed medical records for my cat!

Best vet in Clarksville, TN for my dogs without question! I have been bringing My dogs and Molly and Leo all the years I’ve been stationed here and they have always received compassionate and quality care. I’ve never brought a concern about one of them that wasn’t addressed. My chihuahua mix can be very ornery and difficult but this is the only vet I haven’t had to drag him into because I feel like he is comfortable with the staff here. They’ve cared for him and my other dog through illness and wellness with the same attentive approach each time. The staff seem happy to be there and that’s something I look for! They are always friendly and truly care for the animals. We PCS soon and will miss this vet very much at our next duty station and can’t move on without letting them know how much we have appreciated them.

So, my cat Ren was brought in for an emergency visit yesterday. He was really sick out of nowhere and so we called. We explained the situation and they made room in their already completely booked space to see my boy. They called many times, giving me updates on his condition and asking how I wished to proceed. They vet specifically told me both options as well as price. She understood my concerns and went out of her way to reassure me that everything would be ok. Ren is home now and is doing soo much better. I can't recommend them enough! They're kind, accommodating, and aren't going to do unnecessary procedures just to get your money. Edit: THEY CALLED ME TODAY! They called me this morning, and whole day after we brought our boy back home to check on him. They truly are wonderful people that care about your animals!

We had our cats boarded here and everyone was very kind and caring. This is going to be our new vet for all of our pets.

We almost lost our ferrets to simple tapeworm due to inexperience from 3 other local vets in Paris TN.Overwatch is the best !!! Don't make the mistake we made with your ferrets .our babies are doing great ! Thank you sooo much overwatch!!!

I was visiting my parents in Clarksville and my 4 year old Maltese Nikita wasn’t feeling very well. I called Overwatch because they were right up the road and my parents always took their dogs there going all the way back to 1992. They were very kind and made sure to check out my Nikita even though she didn’t have an appointment. I helped ease a lot of stress and have me a peace of mind. Nikita was treated and given meds. She’s doing much better now. Even though this veterinary hospital us under a different name from what I remember, the service is still as wonderful as ever. I have great comfort knowing I can count on them if my fur babies ever need help next time I’m home visiting my parents ????

No other place I would trust my babies.

Didn't like that I couldn't go inside with our pets.

My last review was 2 years ago. Since then, they continue to be outstanding in good times and so much better in hard times. Honest, strait talk and a staff that get things done. To be honest, I don't like taking my dogs to the doctor, but I am so happy they are there for me. Dr. Jill has always taken time to answer my questions regarding my two dogs and the medicines they take. Appointments happen at the scheduled time and the staff makes everything happen with ease.

I left a review in the past, and let me tell you, the service is still fantastic! I just got my cat Yang spayed and the staff was wonderful. They made sure I was able to use the discount codes I had through petdesk. They were very quick to contact me, and let me know that my baby was out of surgery and doing just fine. I was even able to pick my cat up the same day! Also, we have a kitten who tested for feline AIDS. We were so worried about what that would mean for our baby's health, but their knowledgeable staff explained what Feline AIDS did and gave us options to minimize risks. Our kitten is happy and healthy thanks to them, their helpful knowledge and preventative care. If you're looking for a good vet, please give them a call. They've treated all my animals like family and treated me like family too. 5 out of 5 stars from me!

I took my cat here to get checked in on because she was sitting oddly and was wondering what was wrong with her. I was waiting on the diagnosis, so it just looks like a little fracture. Got sent home with some pills to help the cat recover and come back in a month to check in on it. Was charged under $200 for exams & the pills—was ok with this because this is cheaper than what I would’ve paid where I lived previously—in DC. I'm assuming they were backed up on the times all patients were seen/COVID precautions as I was seen maybe 20 minutes later from my scheduled time. I make sure I come to appointments on my days off so this was ok with me. I look forward to seeing them again & for them to check in on my fur baby. Would recommend for value & friendliness. Took off one star due to the fact that many weren’t wearing masks at the time of my visit... we’re still in a pandemic, ya know?

Great staff and friendly environment. I was very hesitant before bringing my cat here because I previously lost a cat due to surgery complications at a different clinic but they really put my mind at ease how they treated my cat and she's doing great now.

They were really awesome with my dog .. What I thought would be a great challenge.. (Giving him shots) they made seem like a breeze.. He never even knew they stuck him .. Great staff real friendly n informative.. Definitely our new vet in Clarksville, Tn.
