Fui esta mañana con mi perrito su primera cita la primera vez que hiba. La atención fue horrible ni tan siquiera la secretaria pudo decir buen dia al ser la primera cita no sabiamos los protocolos nos trato tan mal me senti tan mal que me fui y llame para otra cita en otro lugar.

Dr. Smith has treated our pug, parakeet, and cat. Each visit, she takes the time to explain thoughts behind diagnosis and is patient with all of our questions. They have been available for last minute emergencies and she is very gentle with our pets. Dr. Smith is knowledgeable and has never made me feel like she is running unnecessary tests to make money like I've felt at other vets. Highly recommend.

Waited over hour and half in parking lot..then wait some more in office..called and put on hold everytime for 3 or 4 min..they have the audacity to ask if you still on phone..Dr Smith is great.. office customer service needs work

I have no problems with this veterinarian. It's nothing like the over priced, terrible service you get at the Pet Smart vet. The main difference is the front desk. At the pet smart vet, they act like you are a piece of trash for making them work. Both places have friendly veterinarians.

Love the fact that they have walk in hours early in the morning no appointments needed and the staff is so helpful and inviting.

Absolutely love the whole staff here! They've been out vet for over five years and they're amazing. Super amazing with our dogs and us stressed out pet parents.

Our cat was in a lot of pain on a Sat. Our normal vet isnt open on Saturdays. Dr. Walker and her staff were able to get us in and be seen quickly. Quality of care was amazing. Treatment plan is proactive and based on getting our kitten better and staying well. All staff was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and professional. I was really impressed. Animal Clinic of N. Cville might just be our new vet.

I had to bring my cat in this morning and they were very responsive. I am still waiting to hear back but so far the experience has been quite good and I am thankful for them. Update: I was able to pick up my boy and he is doing so much better. Quick backstory he had a similar problem happen last year and it was 2600 at the vet that I went. This time around I went to Animal Clinic of North Clarksville and was charged less than 200. They spent time answering all of my questions, they were extremely friendly the entire time. I highly recommend coming here.

I had called in advance to find out if I needed to make an appointment I was told no we do walk ins so a week later I brought my dog in and called because of covid 2 total am I'm in the parking lot and I sat there for 2 hours watching people pull up and somebody from inside the vet come out and get their dog so after seeing this several times I called inside on the phone and said why am I feeling like I'm being passed up I've been parked out here for an hour and a half they said oh they have appointments so after 2 hours of sitting in the heat with my dog in the car I decided enough's enough my poor dog was thirsty so I called and told them I'm leaving the girl was rude and told me I should have made an appointment and when I told her I called the advance she said I don't know what to tell you and then hung up on me so I really don't want to do business with people that treat people and their pets in this nature

We have been sitting out here for an hour. They were notified that my dog is not able to eat and drink, he throws up anything that is taken in. He is lethargic and they are making us wait in almost 100 degree weather. This is ridiculous. I do not have a vehicle and was able to catch a ride up here. If something happens because the lack of compassion and dignity these employees have, I'll be contacting a lawyer.

We showed up for walk in hours and they had closed an hour early. And instead of being helpful they were rude and didn’t offer any assistance. I’m a patient person but we drove all over Clarksville to get the animals that needed shots because they had to travel soon and needed them that day. I spoke with them the day before to verify that walk in hours were 8-11 and they said yes. They did not mention that closing early was an option.

This clinic and the “office manager” for the second time has been truly awful. The first time I needed my cat looked at but I specified he needs to be sedated. He was left in a carrier for 6 hours without any sedation before k got a phone call. This time, my husband is deploying and we badly needed my cat to be seen for a rabies update and to get sedatives for the flight. We were told it would be no problem and to call when we arrived, which we did, then I was told I was here too late. They wouldn’t vaccinate or even consider seeing him and they wouldn’t allow us to speak to a tech or a vet tech. They said better luck somewhere else, and have a good day - as if to shut me up. I’m not confrontational so I left. The people that work here are cruel and careless, except for the silver haired vet lady, who is a saint and should get better staff.

If you would like your animal to die in the parking lot waiting for someone to assist you, then this is the place for you! Office staff lack not only customer service skills but compassion. What I do not understand if they are so rude to people, how do they treat our animals? I have lived in 11 different states and 2 countries, this is the WORST customer service and vet tech I had ever dealt with. I have no idea how they 1. Stay in business and 2. what they do to the animals in the back since we are not allowed to go with them. I would not doubt at all they abuse the animals since they act so annoyed and bothered having to take care of them. If you hate your job, quit. If you hate people, good chance people do not like you so you are probably the problem. If the only thing you can do in life is answer the phone with a bad attitude, marry rich and stay useless.

Rude office staff that doesn't care about clients or pets. This clinic uses outdated software, and refuses to give courtesy texts, calls, or emails. If you care about your pet, I would recommend finding a different clinic.

I have been coming to this location for two years now and I had no issues with the Veterinarians, but Ramie at the front desk made my perspective change towards this clinic.. She provides the worse customer service and experience ever! I have paid so much money for my three dogs to get treated the way I did. I don't recommend anyone to come to this location, they don't care about you nor your pets! All they want is your money!!

Good Experience at my Vet our Baby got all her Shots and her Nails cut ,she will have her Tooth removed on Monday and Teeth cleaned while under Anesthesia. ????

Horrible. Doors were locked I had to call and they said someone would be out shortly. I sat in my car with engine running. Heat index was 105. I waited for over 30 minutes I left. I have never seen a vet's clinic operate this way. I would not recommend this clinic to friends????

The office staff needs to be reminded that their job is in the service industry. One bad attitude of one does not affect all. I was greeted by a rude person who almost caused me to abandon my appointment. But taking care of my pet over ruled and I did enter the clinic. Then I was greeted by a comforting and respectful veterinarian assistant, who I voiced my issue to and who assured me the issue would be addressed. The veterinarian was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. So one bad apple hasn't spoiled the whole bunch.

None better than Dr Jacqueline Smith, all my cats and dogs love and trust her and her assistants. Dr Smith has taken care of all of these furbabies as well as others that we've had over the last 20+ years

Took my three dogs here to receive heartworm prevention and rabies vaccinations. I appreciate that they didn’t try to tack on anything unnecessary or guilt trip me into additional services like other veterinary offices.

Such a great place. Took both my dogs, staff was very nice and it was quick. Treated my rottweilers with much love and made the whole visit very easy going.
