Today was my second visit here and I’m so happy I took my girl here. Everyone is extremely welcoming, kind and professional! Dr. Ben has been so great with my girl and answers all of my questions. My girl and I love it so much here, I’m going to start bringing my boy here too. Thank you all for taking care of my Ellie Mae!

We’ve been taking our pups here for a couple of years now. The vets and staff are so loving and caring! We’re usually in there with a wound (we live on a farm) or an allergic reaction (our Shi-tzu seems to develop new allergies constantly). They are very good at working in any semi-emergency case. We absolutely love this vet clinic! Our pups love them, too!

Called and got appointment for next day for my 2 yr old lab that wasn’t acting herself for the past few days when her regular vet couldn’t see her.Dr.Ben was very thorough and did blood work which was all good and made me feel better. Everyone was very nice and welcomed us like they’d been our vet forever…so we decided before we left,they will now be our regular vet. Very clean and spacious office!Prices reasonable also.

Dr Ben was very nice and helpful while patient with both my cats and dog. I liked the fact that I could get in right away.

So thankful for the vets and staff here! We are so glad we found Concord Rd. Animal Hospital. After an emergency with our two year old kitty, Tango, we rushed her to another hospital that was open. After two visits with the other hospital we knew we needed a second opinion. From Concord Rd. answering the phone so kindly and working with our schedule to our numerous visits in the last few weeks they have been wonderful. They love on our furbabies and explain what is going on with our Tango. They gave us different options for her care and we didn't feel pressured on the price, at all! They are great to work with for scheduling. I love the environment and all the little pet toys out front. Our little dog LOVES the cod treats but not as much as she loves one of the techs, Dallas! I highly recommend you visiting this animal hospital!

I had to make that impossibly hard decision to send my sweet 15 year old lab to poochie heaven. I was a complete puddle. Hannah helped me get her out of my car, Dallas was so helpful, patient and compassionate when I called. Dr Ben let me cry. I never felt rushed. I told him as I was leaving I’m never getting another dog because Lucy was one in a million. But if I ever change my mind, I will take the new pup to this wonderful caring place.And thank you for the thoughtful note I received today in the mail. You all are the best. Linda E

Awesome place for pets. The doctor is very knowledgeable and the staff is very helpful.

They absolutely lied about their prices on the phone I was quoted for $175.. when I told him my quote on the sign was 175 and the reason I was being charged over $300 for a visit that was supposed to be for free she said she had no idea who had talk to me and that wasn’t the case they absolutely lied I still waiting and arguing for over 30 minutes they gave me a five dollar discount!!! Definitely never going back there again nor will I ever recommend anyone to go!!

Wonderful Vet care! We were even from out of state visiting family when we needed to be seen and they were very helpful and accommodating! Very caring doctor and staff!

I went to Concord Road Animal Hospital for the first time today with my older cat. It has a lovely clean and cute lobby and more importantly the staff were all kind and professional. The Doctor was excellent with great (pet) bed-side manners. He was very thoughtful and didn't rush me through anything and answers all my questions, some of which I had to ask more than once as I was a little distraught.

Awesome vet. Everyone there is so kind and they genuinely cared about our dogs. Very patient with our 1 dog that was a little skiddish. Reasonable prices.

We had an emergency with our dog and they dropped everything to take care of him. Very thankful for the vet and the staff working here!

The groomer is very attentive and fast. My baby stresses more with the places that keep her all day. She has been out in less than two hours both times I have had her groomed here. The last time was with bathing, too. Mini Schnauzer.
