Highly recommend. 10/10. Dr Hendrix was amazingly attentive and responsive even after I left the office. She gave quick and comprehensive exams to both my dogs, and helped my Aussie pup feel better. After I left, Dr Hendrix and the staff at Brentwood Vet Clinic were responsive and helped me feel better about his progress as well! Thank you!

The staff is always super friendly and informative. They are very thorough. And I always leave knowing my dog’s health is in great hands!

Dr. Frautchy and Dr. Hendrix are excellent veterinarians and provide wonderful service. I have an elderly cat with many health issues. My cat was having problems, so I called and made an appointment for the next day. However, Dr. Hendrix made time to see my cat the same day I called (in between surgeries she was performing). Dr. Hendrix called me to explain her diagnosis and even checked on my cat after she went home. I have had similar positive experiences with Dr. Frautschy! The clinic has managed to keep my cat with cancer alive for two years longer than expected. I appreciate the high level of care and service the clinic provides.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for Brentwood Veterinary Clinic. We have two greyhounds and, on multiple occasions, have called with emergencies. Rather than being sent to an emergency vet, they have always invited us to come in and be worked in. While Dr. Frautschy is our “normal” vet and is great, I can say that the entire staff is awesome and has always taken great care of our dogs. Prices are reasonable as well.

I appreciate after I mixed up my days that you still made the effort to squeeze me in. Everyone is very friendly and my dog receives great care.

Just wanted to share my experience with this clinic this morning. I have three dogs, one with seizures, one with prescription dog food and a diabetic that have been seen by their office for years. We recently moved to Mt. Juliet which is about 45mins from the clinic. With so many issues with my furbabies I like to be within a short distance of my vet so that during emergencies I can get them care quickly. I have made an appointment to establish care and have yearly shots done with a vet in our new area. However, they cannot see us until Monday and we are going to be out of insulin before then. So, I called Brentwood Vet Clinic which has been our vet for years and last saw Ella (diabetic) for a refill of the medication. We are a few days past our yearly visit so they refused to refill the insulin for our dog. The only solution they had for me was to bring Ella in and have her yearly visit done at their clinic, knowing we had moved and would not be continuing care with them. It is very evident they only care about the money for office visits, blood work, vaccines etc. and are not one bit concerned about the pets welfare and the care they need. Furbaby Parents BEWARE!

We had a wonderful experience there what the doctor and the staff. My fur baby cowboy who was really sick with his stomach. The doctor rotted the right medicine and he was feeling better the very next day. We could not go inside due to covid but they staff came out to get the necessary information and she's get our pet. Prices were as expected.

Dr. Hendrix was fantastic. Our sweet, beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is ten years old, and has never been sick a day in her life. Last week she seemed to pick at her food, and her breath smelled different. This week she began vomiting. Dr. Hendrix examined her, ran tests, diagnosed her, and treated her. When we arrived home Sunny was wagging her tail. She ate a small amount of the special diet and so far so good. Dr. Hendrix was just as kind to us humans as to Sunny. She talked us through all the possibilities. She was kind. We left knowing she is there for us. We were also so very grateful to the clinic staff and management. We have had our first covid vaccine, but we are in our 70s and worried about protocols. No problem. When we arrived, we called, and the staff came to the car and took Sunny in. Very grateful for the care our dogs receive at Brentwood Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Frautschy is always very thorough and has gone above and beyond as we go through heartworm treatment with our dog Gus.

Today was my first visit to the clinic with my first ever puppy (since I was a child). I had a lot of questions and Dr. Hendrix and staff happily entertained all questions and took great care of my new fur baby. Very pleased with the service and would recommend the clinic and Dr. Hendrix to anyone looking for a new vet clinic!

Brentwood Veterinary Clinic is the best. We have been taking our pets here for 8 years and we would not trust anyone else with our fur babies. They provide the best service and really care about you and your pets. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Hall was very courteous and spent a great deal of time meeting my dog, Sammy, and answering my questions. Everyone in the reception area was also very friendly. Sammy and I both felt great about finding a wonderful veterinarian in our new hometown!
