Great care for my dog

We love paw-a-day! We feel as if the dogs safety is the top priority to them which we appreciate so much. Our boy always gets so excited the second we pull into the parking lot!

Went away for a weekend left my Shichon here. Very friendly and she loved it, I think.

My grandpup, Sadie, has a wonderful time at Paw-a-Day. She is a Catahoula mix and very active. Her best friend is Tulip, a Bassett Hound (I think!). We are so happy that Sadie has such a good environment to socialize with other doggies!

Love this place! They take care of your pepper as if they were their own!

Staff was friendly and prices were the same as a human over night stay

The New Years Day hours were not updated on their Facebook page, nor were any post made about the hours for New Years Day. I had boarded my furbaby there for a bit over a week because I had to have a major surgery during the holidays. Well, because there were no post made, no email, nothing via social media or online communication stating the hours changed (yet they showed as normal 7am-7pm) I decided to go pick up my furchild... well no one was there not even one vehicle besides mine was there, so I was concerned because they claim to be staffed at least 24 hours for the fur babies; that is the reason I even continued using them for so many years (Yes, I was a long time client before they opened the daycare location) Anyway, I reached out to the owner via Facebook because we were connected “friends” .... and I stated my concerns and that I wanted to pick up my furchild because I was concerned about her care. Well... the owner refused, belittled me in a very disturbing manner stating “I need help” ... that I ruined her new year and couldn’t comprehend, called the police on me for setting in my vehicle in their parking lot while messaging her about my furchild that was inside the building. Also, I had to get a stand by (have a police officer present) to pick up my furchild the next morning and of course I still paid for such sleepover suite/daycare services.

We love taking our pup to Paw-A-Day! We've been bringing her here for years. They always take the best care of our pup, constantly post pictures and videos, and offer excellent services. The value is good and we feel safe letting her stay. I always recommend Paw-A-Day Inn.

This place is the best animal boarding in the area! Super friendly staff always takes care of our pup. Doggy daycare is awesome and the daily pictures are a bonus. Definitely recommend the birthday party package as well.

The staff seem genuinely invested in the happiness of the pets. When I called to book our dogs stay they kept referring to her as "the baby" which made me chuckle but also happy. They posted pictures of the dogs daily which was great. Helped ease our minds that she was doing all right while we were away. And when we called to let them knew we were going to be late getting her the lady on the phone already knew which dog I was talking about and gave me updates. So again really invested in the animals. Also absolutely love their amenities. Makes you feel like your animal is at a sleep over or staying with family.

I called to inquire about taking my dog here and she refers to my dog as a it.. so I decided not to take her here since she is not an object.

Our dog HATES being boarded. We've moved quite a few times and never found a place we've loved as much as paw-a-day! Our dog is not sad or anxious when we drop him off which is such a relief! We love seeing his pictures while we're traveling and they even have themed "pawties" for pets during holidays. Makes leaving your loved one a little easier !

Dropped our dog Ruby and she stayed here 5 days. She loves it and gets so excited when we get there. She’s able to play with other dogs inside and outside. She gets lots of needed exercise. It great for a full or half day also.

This is a great place for your fur baby to stay while you're away. If they like playing with other dogs, they're gonna have a great time! The pricing is so affordable and the staff is so nice. I would recommend it to anyone I know!

Our Grayson always has a great time when he goes to Paw-A-Day! We would not think of taking him anywhere else. They are awesome and our boy loves it there.

I was completely new to the Bowling Green part of Kentucky (originally from TN area) and trust very few people with my two fur babies, Dusty and Gizmo. But the owners and the staff at Paw-A-Day Inn settled my fears and major anxiety by answering my endless amount of questions via phone. My dogs are so excited to go to daycare a few days a week and they absolutely love it there. The owners and staff are incredibly nice and go above and beyond to make sure all of their animals staying at their facility are very well taken care of. I am so thankful for Paw-A-Day-Inn!

I couldn't be happier with the care provided for our young cat. We came home from our first trip away from him afraid we might find a shaking, flea ridden, smelly bag of skinny fur. Instead we had a happy, rambunctious, clean and plump fur baby. The staff are personable and caring. I'd give them and the facility 10 stars if I could.

Friendly staff who have an obvious passion for what they are doing. My pup has a great time and always comes home happy and worn out so I know she's getting exercise. They post daily pics to FB so I can see what she was up to, which is neat. They are staffed 24 hours so I wish they had extended hours.
