Our dogs have been treated, vaccinated, and boarded at Greystone since 1998, and we won’t go anywhere else. The knowledge and professionalism of doctors, techs and administrators have never failed us, through our dogs’ lifetimes. Services are state of the art, and are provided with care for both our pets and ourselves.

Great staff, clean, good doctors for my fur baby.

I’m a new pet owner and I was referred to by the previous owner of my dog to the same place where she first received her puppy vaccines. Not only were we out in less than 30 minutes, the vet technicians and the vet himself were both professional and helpful when we came back for boosters. Safe to say as long as I live in Bowling Green, I’ll be trusting my sweet girl in their very capable hands. Everyone was so friendly and very nice to my energetic puppy; that’s all I could ask for!

Dr. Paxton, and the entire staff at Graystone, from the front lobby to the groomer, are extremely kind to me and my dog, Annie. They all know both of us by name and are very caring and pleasant each time we are there. Annie can be a cantankerous Cocker Spaniel but she seems to love and trust everyone at Graystone.

I took my 17 year old cat to Greystone, after another veterinary doctor basically threw her hands up and said, "I don't know". Dr. Paxton was AMAZING! Within a very few minutes he was telling us things that the other doctor (after two appointments) never mentioned, and his diagnosis seemed spot on for what was going on with my elderly kitty. He was extremely knowledgeable, and really took the time to talk with us and answer all of our questions. I HIGHLY recommend Greystone Pet Hospital and Dr. Paxton!

I have taken my dogs to Greystone since we moved to Bowling Green from Lexington in 2013. They have always taken such great care of my fur babies. They are very professional and knowledgeable with whatever is going on. I always feel good about our visits.

From the moment you walk in the door you and your dog/cat are taken care of. Very friendly staff and doctors. We have Dr. Price and she is wonderful and cares for our dog as much as we do. Highly recommend.

Greystone is our percale facility of choice. The only place we take our fur babies.

We have always been treated great there!!! Our boy was a foster when we first came there. All of the staff took their time with us teaching us about Higdons condition and giving supporting ideas that they thought might help us with him. Greystone is really an amazing place and we can’t say enough about them.

They are a very friendly and take care with my dog well. Everything from her ear infections to her allergies. I will be taking my other animals there for their needs.

Every time I take my dogs . The whole staff is great!. They know my dogs as soon as they walk into the building. They're so good with my doberman who absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed and when i could no longer do it myself, they were my next option and they do a great job . Dr. Paxton has been seeing both of my dogs since they were a couple months old. Great Vet! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I am one of those people you hear about.....always with multiple pets...for my entire life I have had multiple pets....above and beyond the call of duty....Greystone has been my Clinic since 1990! I have always loved the vets at this clinic...Dr. Betty Stevenson, Dr. Consuela Reinhart, Dr. Clyde Beggs, and Dr.Adrienne Price and of course The Outstanding Dr. Matt Paxton.....Well, this clinic and their great doctors and Staff have always helped with my animals....from a completely wild and straight-up feral Mother and her Liter of 5 I rescued off the roof of Raffertys in 2001 to helping me see all of my "Sweet Furever Family" to the other side of the Rainbow Bridge when it's time..... Always respectful....I Love This Clinic and Their Staff.

We love Greystone! I know that no matter what I call with, they are always happy and available to help. Dr Paxton has been awesome with our dog regardless of the need. We were new dog owners and had puppy issues ranging from food problems to surgery and he has been great every step of the way. The techs have been very nice as well. Our dog has bonded to a few of the girls there which makes me feel better about leaving him if I have to. I can’t imagine going anywhere else with our fur baby!

Very sick cherished pet this week that was hospitalized for 2 days...Dr. Paxton spent a great deal of time calling us and keeping us informed on our pups status. My husband’s comment says it all, “amazing that our pet receives more intensive and better care than we receive as people.” Grateful for Dr. Paxton, Dr. Price and staff at Greystone.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone! They are ever so gentle and nice. Very accommodating to work around a time that I needed to be seen. And very professional. I can not wait to board with the clinic, a lot cleaner than were I was before. A LOT CLEANER. Thank you for a great feedback about my dog. And taking very good care of her. Please be gentle with my baby when we board with you! She is my world. But she will quickly love on you when you love on her! Keep up the great work you do for this community GreyStone!

Greystone hospital always available and timely when we show up to an appointment. Belle, my Rat Terrier, does not dread or shake when we approach the vet like she did when in NC. They must be much more reassuring to her and she feels comfortable.

Having discovered a lump under one of my dogs armpit just one day before my move, I did not have time to get him to my vet. I was anxious to take him to the Greystone clinic as soon as possible to have it looked at. Dr. Paxton gave him a very thorough exam . Besides looking at that lump, he discovered that my dog also had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. My regular vet back home had not noticed that broken tooth. I am grateful for the thoroughness and professional way that The Greystone clinic took care of my fur baby. I have gone back several times since my initial visit and have continued to be impressed with Dr. Paxton and the staff at this clinic.

The staff at Greystone will go out of their way to make sure that you and your pets are happy. You can tell that they care very much about the job they do for the Bowling Green community.
