They did an excellent job on my wife's two cats! They did an excellent job shaving the one they shaved! Great set of gals, who go above to treat your animals like theres.

I'm a little biased because my daughter works there, but this is a good grooming business that cares for others dogs, like the would their own. They really want the dogs and the owners happy from their pet getting a spa-like experience.

Called them to make an app. for my Multi-Poo, I have never been there before and wanted to try them. They told me that they were booked until August. Really? Do you really stay that busy? That there "other" customers book in advance. So much for making a new customer willing to try out a business.

We took our 13-year-old poodle-terrier mix in after two terrible experiences at a big box store that will remain nameless (rhymes with GetFart). Both times, our girl developed horrible diarrhea and urinary tract infections. And she looked terrible. We tried A Cut Above on the recommendation of a neighbor, and our sweet old dog came home looking five years younger and had no health reactions whatsoever. Staff is calm, kind, and efficient. Thank you!

Lori Young is the best and most knowledgeable schooled groomer in Bowling Green. I know her on a business level as well as a personal level she is a wonderful person who cares deeply about all pets!

My golden doodle came out beautifully groomed rather than looking like a shorn sheep. But best of all, he came out happy and well adjusted rather than frightened which has been my previous experience. The staff obviously love dogs which was evident from the moment I stepped in the door. Much relieved that I have found groomers that both dog and owner enjoy.

I refuse to go to this groomer. Called to ask about services and if there would be any way to just stay with my dog, and the girl on the phone was absolutely rude. She was very condescending without any phone repor. I am not happy!

rules are rules--and the grooming process takes more than a couple of hours--your idea of rudness is misplaced--just because you did not get your way---this is one of the best groomers --if not the best in the area--very knowlegable --and extremly careing about all animals...grow up
