PetMed has always been amazing to Bender and Lilly, and other cats that I've had through the years. Both through the good and the bad times. They are so wonderful.

Have appointment for check up my dog tooth infection,she didn’t even touch her and of course charge 75 for examen plus antibiotics around 90. Which if I transfer to Walmart extra pharmacy will pay around 40. Have my dogs there for years and decide to change vet to professional.

Finally found somewhere that grooms cats but they’re saying they will only groom if my cat has been there before. Was out of town for a couple weeks and now my cat has a couple mats that are growing(don’t think the cat sitter was brushing). She’s unhappy and I just wanted to help but apparently VCA does not care for the well-being of new animals. Did not even care to give a recommendation of where to go. Been looking for a groomer for a couple days now. Thanks a lot. One star, and will never bring an animal to this place. Good luck to all who try

As many of the other reviewers have stated, VCA/Pet Med has changed over the years. I've brought a couple of pets here over the last 10 years. It's literally turned into a place where you check in and sit there, and get sold random checks and procedures off a computer screen. They push hard for payment plans - because they are trying to run a tab... so in other words, predatory attempts at lending is one way to put that.. They don't care much to even listen to what's actually going on. Not much flexibility in schedule, rushed alon with a 5:30PM appointment, yet the appointment didn't actually start until they where ready at 5:40. Its changed. Poor value, and untrustworthy scenario. Going to find more personal veterinary clinic.

My pet and I are new to VCA and they did a wonderful job! They were very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I highly recommend!

In town for the weekend for a wedding with our black lab. Our lab was miserable showing symptoms for ear infection. We took advantage of their walk in clinic and had the best veterinary experience I have had in my life. Our dog normally trembles uncontrollably with anxiety at all vets we’ve gone to but she was totally calm after meeting the nurse and vet! This clinic has the best staff and best energy. 5 Stars, 10/10 highly recommend!

My cat got worms for there clinic and they want to charge me to bring her back in for treatment. Totally unprofessional. My cat is and indoor cat and had no signs of worms until after our visit here last Friday.

First time coming here. I read some reviews before I got here. I always read reviews. The Dr was great very nice and informative. All of the staff was friendly. It was different that they took my pet to another area. All of the vets I have been to they do do the exam and shots in front of you. But everything seem good just odd as I mentioned. It was nice that they do let you come in with your pet. A lot of places are doing drop off and no pet parents allowed inside. I did appreciate that.

Amazing staff Dr Jerome is sooooo nice

Waited in the patient room for over a hour. Never once drew any labs on my dog. Just did imaging that they had to sedate him for. I left after they told me the amount for just that part and went to my normal vet. My dog was severely dehydrated due to a blockage in his intestinal track. They had a doctor just filling in for the holiday shift. He works out of another office in Chattanooga. Definitely gave me bad vibes especially since I work in the medical field. Never again will I go there. It looked nice and I was stressed to leave town and didn’t have time to drive across town to our normal vet but lesson well learned.

Wasn't impressed on their attitude with my animals. Also they forgot to add an appoint I made over the phone so when I showed up in had to wait. Not as good as the VCA in Apache Junction.. guess I shouldn't of expected the same treatment. I'll wait for my Veterinarian to establish her practice in a couple months

Don't buy their puppy insurance it's a scam! I frequently still had to pay out of pocket on top of the monthly payments I was making. Then when I tried to cancel my monthly payments they said I owed them $50... for what?! Completely useless and definitely not the quality I'm used to coming from fairfax virginia. My vet there was so much better.

Dr. Graves & Dr. Fields are great!

Very nice Vet. They come take your dog from the car and bring them back to your car when done. The vet calls you on the phone to talk to you about your dog. COVID safe.

This is our second dog we have brought to PetMed. Our first dog, Brody passed away a year and a half ago. PetMed was wonderful when we had to put him down. Now we have a new puppy, Augustine and we would not trust him to no one else but PetMed. We also signed up for the insurance, CareClub. Thank you for the great service.

The staff at PetMed are wonderful. They treat every pet like their own. I'm thankful to have them as my vet clinic.

I got my first appointment for free! I went during COVID so I had to wait in the car while they looked at my cat, but they took great care of him and brought him back with a smile. The staff were nice and really seemed to care about Deon. I believe they make a special connection with each pet that they care for.

Never went there this time. They helped me get my pets med records while here in Michigan. Love Petmeds

If you're looking for a medical provider for your pet family this is definitely the place to take them..I relocated my family here and this place was recommended and they take care of my two boys all the time...What place also does a call back after your visit???...ill wait...And to include a doctors aftercare consultation....Why choose another place

My first visiting this location. Very friendly staff and Vet. Everything is curbside due to Covid19 but its efficient. They call you while you wait to update on the care being given. I will be going back and recommend if anyone is looking for a new vet.

This place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and the vets will answer any question you have. I just joined the care club with our new puppy, monthly payments are affordable.

The bad reviews on this place are absolutely correct. I went in this place and they refused to see my cat because I wouldn't give them my previous vets records. Why? Because I wanted the doctor there to get a fresh, unbiased, uninfluenced diagnosis on my cat, since my previous vet had misdiagnosed my cat and gave him the wrong medicine twice so far and without any testing at all. I wanted to see for myself if this vet was any better at diagnosis and treatment. After a big argument there, I left. Later that day, I called Petmeds and the young kid who answers the phone at Petmeds is arguing with me that she has to have the records from my previous vet. I said so then you're not going to see my cat then since I'm not going to give you those records. She says no I didn't say that. And I'm like, well what does it mean when you say we have to have the previous vet records then if not just that? I was hung up on at that point. I think what should have happened is the staff should have said Ok, and then let the vet, someone who is in charge and responsible, decide what to do after talking to me. I spoke to the district manager recently about this and he agreed. He also agreed that their response they left earlier to my review on them should be taken down. A response that was worded by a bunch of kids trying to make someone else look bad to cover their irresponsibility. The staff claimed in this previous response to this review that I threatened them and slandered them and my previous vet. They actually said I made these comments: "You do not know what I am capable of..." and "just you wait, you haven't seen what I can do...". There were no threats made to employees there by me or I’m pretty sure that someone would have called the authorities and it would have been on their security camera system for all to see. Probably why the authorities weren’t called, because nothing like this would have been on the video of my visit. As far as my previous vet, that idiot did mis-diagnosed my cat twice and wanted me to come back a third time. Milk you to death at the expense of your pets health over several weeks or months. It took two more vets to go thru that did the exact same thing and the forth vet looked at the cat and diagnosed the problem correctly and it was confirmed thru a skin biopsy. All of the previous vets who saw this same cat were completely wrong in their diagnosis. But this is the kind of people you will be dealing with if you go to Petmeds and a lot of other places. A bunch of kids that are mad that they have to work instead of being on their phones on social media all day and you, the customer, are interrupting them. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The people who work here are always incredibly helpful. My dog had a tick recently and thanks to a phobia I could not remove it myself. Even when they couldn’t initially find the pest, they didn’t give up. They instead allowed me to help them find the it in order to take care of the issue for me, free of charge. Incredible customer service. Especially considering the times we live in.
