Love coming to see Dr. Kopp, Dr. Pennington and staff. Everyone is so loving, caring and helpful. They always take care of my fur babies!

I brought my dog Tanner here for the first time and it was very easy to make an appointment. Everybody was very friendly and professional. Looking forward to making this our permanent vet!

Dr. Kop and all of the techs and front office associates were AMAZING!!!!! They went above and beyond to help our 3 dogs. He was straight forward and willing to sit there as long as it took to answer questions and help the family feel at ease. I will never go to another clinic. Very compassionate and caring. Figures out way to help your beloved furbabies! Most down to earth and honest office ever!!! You have our business for life!!

This Veterinary is the worst. Mr. Logan Kopp and his staff were very rude and unprofessional and NOT passionate about providing services to my sick dog. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS FACILITY. I Will NEVER go there nor would I recommend anyone to use their services!!!

Don't take walk in's when your pet is sick. Especially knowing they are closed the next day! Disappointed to say the least! I get that it was an hour and half before closing. I pray my pup isn't deathly ill, and can wait till the morning to go to another vet that actually cares! They did not refer me to any other clinic. Just said they wont see her today. The front girl was nice enough to ask the vet if he could fit her in. but the vet said nope. This is the 2nd time I've tried to get in. the first time i couldn't get scheduled in a reasonable allotted time. (Update) My Pet is doing well now and was able to get her in at another vet.

Have been taking my German shepherd to Priest Lake Vet Clinic for 4 + years. They are compassionate and caring. They have provided the best care I could ask for.

5 stars as it was first time as my sister’s rabbit went well but with the loss of a bird I can’t blame them as they did what they could and treated him but he couldn’t make it as he was sick for a while and it was sad to lose a newcomer while the rest of my birds are doing well. Great experience and nice that others did their best to take care of pets

I brought my hamster Vada in yesterday morning for a drop off visit due to her suddenly becoming sick. Dr. Kopp and his staff did everything they could. We stuck with a small procedure & pain meds but this morning I had to bring her back in as it seemed like she was telling me it was time to say goodbye. I had another exam to explore all of my options but we felt that it was time. They didn’t rush me into anything and allowed me all of the time I needed to say goodbye. They supplied us with water, a heating pad, and some food for her to nibble on. I truly believe she was comfortable in those last few sweet moments. I don’t believe in angels but Dr. Kopp and his tech Kyle are as close as it gets. In the future when I’m ready to open my heart to a new pet I’ll be coming back. ❤️

Drove two and a half hours one way for them to cancel 10 minutes before our appointment. This place is unprofessional unreliable and don't give two cents about your animal.

They really care for your pets as if they were their own. Definitely recommend them if you live in the nashville area for many types of animals! They have helped my cats and hedgehog.

Honestly one of the better vet experiences I've had in Nashville. Knowledgeable and patient. Be patient and kind with your vet staff, they do a lot for you and your loved ones.

I love this vet! They’ve always taken great care of my chameleon and my parrot Tiki! They are very affordable too. On my birthday they sent me a 25$ off gift certificate!

Some people are in the business because they care! DR. VAN PENNINGTON is not one of those people. I just traveled 2.5 hours one way to have my bird checked. About 15 minutes before my appointment. We get a call he's not going to be in the office. They also charged us a 1/2 of care for my bird last time when it was only sitting in the office with us, just another way to make money for being lazy. It's a constant problem him always gone. I understand being burned out but also responsibility comes into play with drive and passion for your career.

We take all of our pups here & the staff are so welcoming. They care so much about all our pups and mailed us a “Welcome” card ☺️

I cannot thank this team enough for everything they have done for my sugar glider! He needed surgery to remove a gland and they did not hesitate to get him treated. They have been amazing and gone above and beyond. After this experience, we'll be using them for all 6 of our pets from now on. Seriously, they rock!

I can't say enough good things about this place. My rabbit became deathly ill suddenly on a Friday afternoon. My vet wouldn't see us because they were closing. I called around desperately to so many places and no one would see us. This veterinary hospital was also going to close soon but they took compassion on me and said to bring him over, even though I was almost an hour away. They were able to provide a diagnosis and care and I think saved my bunny's life. I am forever grateful for kindness and true dedication to their work.

Needed a vet while passing through this town. They were very good with my dog and Dr Kopp was awesome.

My partner and I just recently bought our 6 week old Dobby and it was time for his first Vet visit. We are fortunate to have found a Vet service not far from where we live and decided to go with Priest Lake Veterinary Hospital. As soon as we walked in, we were instantly greeted with a smile. Our sign in and registration process was quick and easy and we were seen right away. The professionalism and the “home feel” was above and beyond. They were very patient and also very kind, as they answered all of our questions. I am so glad that we chose Dr. Kopp and Priest Lake. We know Dobby is going to be taken care of here. I highly recommend!
