I like everything and everyone at this clinic. I started going here when I moved to Kansas in 2008 and have always been happy with my choice.

They made time for me today when my cat desperately needed help. The Dr and staff were quick, reasonable, educated and straight to the point. Thank you all so much.

Dr Greg and the staff are awesome! He saved on of our dogs from having to have surgery by treating him with injections. An recently saved our others dogs life by removing a 7.7 pound tumor on a Saturday!!! Definitely recommend this vet and clinic!!

Today I took my doggie Dez to see Dr. Reichenberger. It was only his 2nd visit . We had to transfer from Arapahoe because they went out of buisness.I loved that clinic but I think I found a good place for my buddy to go with his skin issues. The lady at the window was so sweet and the doctor was really awesome.Finding a new vetenarian ended up being a blessing. Thanks for everything y'all

Dr. Greg gave our Beagle significant relief from painful arthritis prolonging his happy life. We love that Dr. Greg also loves cats. We took our cat in yesterday and not only examined her , she was returned to us with a glossy coat, he had removed a lot of fur that we didn’t get at home. He is so compassionate and great with pets. The clinic is spotlessly clean. That is a wonderful place, the best we believe for pet care in Wichita and we searched for the best. I also noted over the years he does not do anything without a reason. We have appreciated them through the pandemic. The girls are great at the desk! We trust him with our cats’ lives. And that is a lot of trust.very reasonable prices, they are a great part of our life.

Literally just called to ask if they did walk ins or book by appointment an their next availability, a whole 10 second conversation and the girl acted annoyed an was like "uh friday?????" i responded with "ok thats all I needed to know :)" she was like "yea..mhm" then hung up. Like wow snooty much? Wont go to this business if a call is just alone like this.

I was really excited to use west Wichita pet clinic’s doggy daycare because I work just down the street. I was informed to bring shot records and that he would possibly need another or two and a fecal test. Upon arrival the receptionist looked at my receipts and questioned his bordetella shot which I explained where he got it. Then they took my dog while I stayed in my car parked at the window. The vet then came to the window without introducing himself and immediately started questioning me on that bordetella shot which I misspoke about I had actually administered myself and purchased from his current daycare. But the way the vet approached me, started breading my care and then telling me what was done was illegal made me feel so little.. I’m a new client just looking for an affordable daycare and I left in TEARS. I let them give my dog another bordetella because they said they needed to do which is fine I just don’t like being attacked verbally. Lost a client.

Doctor Greg has been "my" vet for many years. He is great, always explains treatments, etc. Never hurries you & your pet out. The staff is great -- especially Gloria & Carol. Highly recommend.

I trust West Wichita Pet Clinic with my dogs because of the professional care they have given over many years. The drive thru clinic is convenient and dogs enjoy boarding and grooming here too.

The Vet was rude when asked questions post-op about my puppies. Also, a “personal” dog that roams the office approached and BIT my daughter’s puppy! Drew blood! When confronted, the Vet was defensive about it. We will not ever go there again!

On thanksgiving, my dog, a 20lb sheltie, crossed over into a neighbors yard and was attacked by a German shepherd. My dogs fault, I understand, however, when taking her to this clinic, there was only one major bite mark, so he cleaned it, put two staples in it, called it good. When I repeatedly told the entire staff she was thrown around like a rag doll, I knew there was more damage done than what he had remotely touched base on. A week later, she has a massive abscess form from her elbow to her spine where all the skin in between had been infected and died off. When taking her to another vet to find out this information and calling Dr. Greg he told us he did what he could do and to take our problems somewhere else. Not saying I don’t trust his education or abilities, but I would recommend going to get a second opinion or another vet, as I do not believe this situation was handled properly, nor was his professionalism. Pictures will be posted of what Dr.Greg did with his two staples, vs what the other vet had to do to salvage her infection and not get any worse. When he said that was all he could do, and we could take our problems somewhere else, and said he would call the other vet, which he didn’t, I believe he knew he was in the wrong. I knew in my gut not to take her to him on Friday, but she needed to be evaluated, and now I know not to go there ever again.

The Vet I had been working with for the past 7 years is not taking appropriate COVID precautions therefore I called around to find a Vet that is. I called on Wednesday and was able to have her seen on Friday. This clinic was very safe with COVID precautions. They were friendly and the Vet spoke with me for several minutes about the follow up. I now have a NEW AWESOME Vet - West Wichita Pet Clinic is Outstanding.

The vet is EXTREMELY rude. We had just a few questions about our puppy after the appointment and he was very dismissive and diminished the value of our concern. On the way out the “clinic dog” the dog which belongs to the vet ATTACKED our puppy drawing blood. He then became very defensive and hurried to get us on our way after he yelled at us in the parking lot for his mistake. We will NEVER be doing business here again.

Ok so there is a few things i need to point out here, im a veteran and my service dog xena is a pure blood german shepherd, we had to house her here for a month while we found a new home for the family cause of a illegal eviction, and the staff was nice and professional, xena had ALL of her shots updated and nails trimmed, everything looked great, bill wasnt bad, BUT....when i dropped her off, she was healthy, energetic, and muscular. Now, shes skin and bones and she has no energy, she lays down and doesnt move, ive had her for along time and shes NEVER acted this way, she always plays with the kids and been super energetic, now its like shes almost lifeless. Like she wasnt cared for well and just locked away for a month and not cared for, played with or fed well like i was promised she would be! Come Tuesday after this places opens back up from the holiday weekend, there better be some good explanations for this, or its going to get bad! I didnt fight in Afghan so a member of my family could be mistreated here back home

This place has cared for all my pets..very kind, and knowledgable. They go above and beyond. Always pleasant and willing to fit you in if you have an emergency or are just worried. They have even stayed open a little later to see my dog because I was very concerned

I would rate this place 0 stars. The staff here Is extremely rude. Especially "Carol". I'm never returning back. Get your service else where. Then doctor richenburger or whatever his name is, pretty careless. They just make you pay more money than what you're expected to pay. We paid for my dog's cut then when he came out, the doctor came out & said we need to update his shots. In order for us to GET OUR OWN DOG BACK we HAD to pay for his shots there when we have our OWN vet that we take him to. Totally unimpressed with this place. Take your money somewhere else, this place doesn't deserve to service your pets.

The DR here is great, and does some awesome work. When I got my dog fixed here, the scar was not even half the size of the scar on my other dog we had previously got fixed elsewhere. My clumsy dog broke open her stitches and the DR was quick to re-stitch her the very next morning. I would recommend this place to everybody! They also offer Doggy Day Camp, and grooming. They do it all!

We've had a lot of experience with other clinics, both directly and indirectly through friends and family, and are so glad we are with Dr. Greg and his staff! Whenever we come in, or see someone else come in, everyone is always greeted as though there is nothing more important in their day. They are definitely there for your pets and do all they can with your pets best interest in mind. We have two dogs, one is 12yrs, and hates to leave her comfort zone for anything, (home) but actually calms down when we get there. Our 2yr old comes to day camp every week, and knows when it's her day, and gets upset when she has to miss the day for some reason. We have used every service they have to offer, and have no reservations with any of it. Thank you Dr. and your staff!!!

We used this clinic to board our two dogs for a little over a week. The vet was kind and the staff was sweet. They were very informative and helpful and the vet was very attentive to our dogs. Our larger dog had an on-going problematic ear problem that I mentioned to the staff, just a precaustion to his sensitivity to it sometimes or possible over itching. It was a huge relief to have the actual vet call me and discuss his yeast infection and possible skin allergies by phone, personally.

Dr. Greg and his team are wonderful to work with. I have taken all my dogs to this clinic for several years. I appreciate the thoroughness he takes to make sure my dogs have a safe and healthy experience when I board them there for the day or a week. Although some people may think the list of requirements for boarding are too much, I appreciate the fact that all dogs must have current vaccinations and specific fecal tests completed prior to boarding. I know my dogs will come home healthy and safe!

Came in late on a Sunday to treat our dog who had been seen at the Wichita Emergency Hospital with poor results. Don't yet know outcome for our dog but Dr. Greg went out of his way to treat our dog.
