DON'T HESITATE to take your fur babies or beloved pet here. I was so impressed with the care Dr Oehmke took with our dog. He was very thorough and made sure I understood my options to help our dog. I can't express enough how impressed I was with my overall experience there. EVERYONE at the clinic was very friendly and helpful too.

my sister and i took our bunny in to see dr. oehmke. he was thorough and took our bunny's health as seriously as we do. the whole experience felt very kind and caring. he did a great job of explaining the treatment, what treatments we should expect in the future if the first thing doesn't work, and things we can do to possibly prevent her health problem from happening again. for how many tests we had done, i felt like the price was very fair. it also was the day before christmas eve, and everything got taken care of before the holiday, which was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to spend several days worrying. i cannot say enough good things about our experience. thank you all creatures and dr. oehmke!

My rabbit fell ill and didn’t make it. The staff sent me a letter expressing their sympathies. The small things like that shows good character. They also informed me on as much as they could which shows a lot of experience. I trust to bring my pets here!

Oct 1 2021 Charlie crossed over Rainbow Bridge at age of 14 yearsold. The vets called to check on us. They are truly awesome, kind and loving and so much more.

they got me in to take care of my guinea pigs nails trimmed his nails and was very friend i will be going back their for future service

I took my dog here for a possible heat stroke last week and this was the most compassionate place I've ever been. The doctor was very honest about his prognosis and I appreciated that so much. I received a sympathy card today in the mail and I was just so grateful for everything they did for him in his final moments.

I called All Creatures in a mini panic because my regular vet was out of town. My dog had been acting out of sorts and taken a turn for the worse on a Friday. Kathy received my call and immediately eased my panic. She was so sincere, genuine, warm and reassuring. Even though I was not a current customer, she treated me as though I was, and took my worries as valid. My lil guy was able to be seen that day. Vet Tech Bailey was also outstanding! She was very knowledgeable, personable, sweet as can be and my dog had no fears being with her. Then came Dr. Blick. She took the time to explain everything in detail to me. She answered any questions I had, was thoughtful and very knowledgeable. After dealing with these three magnificent women, I knew I'd be switching vet offices. I also dealt with Sara and Heather (both vet techs) when I had questions. They too were very kind, patient and knowledgeable. This office has the most outstanding customer service. My dog is 13 years old. For the first time going to a vet, he was not nervous. I highly recommend All Creatures!!

They we excellent. We are new to town and our gecko needed a little help. Our regular vet suggested them and they didn't disappoint. Everyone was nice and extremely helpful

I have two dutch shorthair rabbits, and I've been to this office about 7 times total, and I will never ever go to another vet again. Every time I call, a polite person asks me how my rabbits are doing by name and they have a great drop-off emergency service that is easy and convenient even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Sadly one of my rabbits got very sick recently and ended up needing to be euthanized, and throughout the entire process everyone I spoke to was very gentle, kind, and understanding- while being straightforward and honest with me about her condition and the procedures. I'd say about half the staff saw me in tears that week and they all showed me and my husband the utmost respect and professionalism nonetheless. What sealed it for me though, was when after Honey's passing, the office mailed me a handwritten sympathy card, and a few weeks later we received a phone call checking up on us and our other bunny. It feels like the people here really care about us and our animals, and it's more affordable than I expect every time, like less than my co-pay for doctor's appointments sometimes. Anyway I'd recommend All Creatures to anyone who loves any animal. Thank you :)

These guys are so good. I was nervous because my cat gets very anxious and skittish with people she doesn't know and with the covid-19 restrictions I couldn't go in with her. They were so good keeping me informed and answering my questions I highly recommend then for your pet friends as well. Girls ninja kitty will be back.

Polite staff. Doing business during Covid is taxing but they are making it happens pet owners can still get the care and services they need.

I was referred here from our Bunny Rescue. Dr Randy is one of the few vets who treat Bunnies/rabbits. Our Bunsen is always very calm when he sees the techs or Vet, which tells me that they are good people, and understand skiddish bunnies.
