Yes, they were totally awesome with our 9 month old Labrador. That to be honest.. is a difficult puppy to deal with!

Friendly staff and great place to leave my dog while out of town for a reasonable price.

It was explained clearly to the staff that my dog needed water frequently as he gets overheated easily. When I picked him up after work he could not drink his water fast enough. He was clearly stressed and I have never seen him ravage his water that way. .I stopped at mc Donald's and he drank 3 large ice waters in no time. In 4 years he has never done this. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the cruelty and negligence of the staff. Never again!!!

Our pup loves this place! We have a mini daschund and had trouble finding other dogs that would tolerate her puppy energy and would be gentle enough with her so we gave puppy Tuesdays a shot. Best decision ever! She made 2 friends immediately and is exhausted by the end of the day. We ultimately decided to buy the stamp book promo they were doing so we can continue to take her after she hits the 9 mo. mark!

Our family cat stayed with Sydey's Pet Resort for 4 days. The staff did an excellent job! I would highly recommend.

The staff is very courteous and caring. They took great care of our fur babies! We will definitely return for any future needs!

I think this is a great place! They kept me updated and seemed to treat my dachshund well while I was gone on vacation, but I believe he got kennel cough from the facility. :(

Our two Danes LOVE coming to Sydney's, a mere mention of it will cause Moose (our oldest) to run around the house beating everything and everyone to death with his happy tail! Bella (our youngest) will start whining when I take the Greenwich exit. They get home and are drained from all the play they get! Like sleep until dinner time and then sleep some more. If I take them to the park they need an hour or so recharge, this lasts for the whole night and most of the next day. Moose is kind of aggressive while on leash, but will walk up to any of the sydney's staff manning the front desk and give them a gentle smooch. Bella doesn't do people normally, and will follow her brother right up to the staff. They know they are safe and well cared for while at Sydney's. If you need a place with great hours for drop off and pick up, is affordable, and will love on your fur-baby while you are at work or out of town, look no further than Sydney's Pet Resort and Spa!

This place is great! Very clean and the furbabies are well taken care of. I have no worries when my babies are there. The staff makes sure they have play time, treats and go out to run around and get cuddles.

Our Bentley has a terrible time with boarding. We brought him to Sydney's and he has been so happy. He is a dog with a lot of health issues and some vision problems and a little cranky sometimes. The staff are very accommodating. They work with him and he is happy to return each time. Thank you to all the staff that care for our pets like they are their own.

Taylor is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I only trust her with my baby, who is actuallyan old lad, as she has issues with her back legs. I know that Taylor truly cares about every pet she encounters (but loves my Pocket a little extra ????)

I have a dog that has a very hard time boarding and Sydney's is the first place I am 100% comfortable boarding her at in the 8 years I've had her. They take great care of our two dogs; we board with them every time we go on vacation.

The facility appeared nice... the staff was friendly pets appeared cared for... but I have not boarded there so once I do I will really get a feel of the facility as a whole

My dog Clifford absolutely LOVES Sydney’s. We have taken him since he was a puppy. Every single member of their team makes me feel like they love Clifford as much as their own doggies. We use several of their services such as daycare, grooming, as well as boarding and have always been very happy with the results. They place the dogs based on size, temperament, and energy levels to ensure a safe and enjoyable play experience for the dogs.

The team here is so much fun, and so kind. They treat my dog like he's one of their own family! He's always so excited to see them, and comes home worn out from a solid day of play! We will be visiting weekly

Sydney's Pet Resort is definitely the best place for your pets when you are not home. I take my puppy for daycare 3 times a week and he comes back home extremely happy! I'm sure he has a lot of fun playing with other dogs and I can see how the staff take great care of the dogs, they are very polite and I love how they greet all dogs when they arrive. It feels like they love each and everyone of them. I've also taken him and my cat for boarding. I'm very happy with Sydney's.. Prices are reasonable.

Our dog Luna loves going to daycare here and we recently had her boarded there while we were out of town. They took great care of her & she’s always excited to hear “daycare” so I know she loves the care & attention she gets.

Our Xander loves Sydney’s Pet Resort!!! They take such great care of him, and I don’t have to worry while I’m at work ????.
