Nice and very clean. Very professional and Dr. Lacy really cares. Takes time with each customer and explains everything.

I used to love this vet. There was a mix up, supposedly. We ended Ted's ashes...buy miscommunication meant we never got a paw print or our fur babies ashes. Granted. Dr wiped the $300 bill clean. As she should.... memories are priceless. That's something we never can get back. We had this kitty since I was in 8th grade. The front office guy, doesn't listen. I quit going here. Same with Banfield. (They lie about health issues with your pet to collect money).

My girlfriend called on more than one occasion to have our dog looked at. Thinking something was not right with him. She was told that they could not see him for several weeks. As if my girlfriend was over exaggerating the situation. Long story short. Our dog was taken to the emergency pet hospital. Were he spent 3 days and 2 nights under their care. I will without question not recommend Sweet briar to any pet owner. As I will also be looking for a new veterinarian. One that will make time to see my pets. NO MATTER WHAT.

I first started going here a couple years back when a good friend told me they were amazing with difficult dogs, and they absolutely were. I had to take my dog in today to put her to sleep and I could absolutely not suggest a better place! They have been amazing with every animal I have taken there. My dog had issues at the last vet and would have to be muzzled and sedated, not at Sweetbriar! These gals are topnotch and I definitely recommend for dogs and cats!

Some of the reviews i read where disturbing but i went anyway because our vet retired and we had been the the previous vet at sweetbriar but it is a new dr too! Well i had an appointment on 5/14 well it was the worst experience of any of our visits to any Veterinarians since we started fostering dogs in the 90’! Im not giving my dogs another vaccine just a month after they received said vaccine just because this dr believes no one but him/her done idk him/her because i was never going to meet or see the dr, I thought the horror story i read about a dog dragged on the floor in there was just because of covid but hey now anyone can get a vaccine now, and i wonder if that dr just doesnt believe in vaccines because we have given our dogs the 5 way vaccine for dogs since the mid 90’s and none of them have ever gotten a disease covered by them injections we gave them that we bought form reputable places. There is more but i was so shocked and sick of it It took me all this time to do this review!

I've not taken my furbaby yet but I am happy with the staff and being informative answering my questions.

I appreciate your response. However, the service you explained was not given to us. I assure you. Specifically the ill treatment of my elderly dog when she first entered your building. I won't go back and forth with this. We simply won't be back.

I have a 13 year old Golden Retriever. Last Friday, I noticed a problem with her left eye. Her regular Vet could not get her in that day, so I called Sweetbriar and they were able to get her in that afternoon. We had previous wonderful experience with them when Dr. Burford was the main Vet, so I felt good about sending her there. A short time later, I was called with a diagnosis and was told she had a tumor under her eyelid. I inquired about options and was given 3. 2 of them were surgery and I chose one of the surgery options. I asked for price and was given a cost sheet of 201.00. I agreed to that and scheduled surgery for this morning. When I arrived, a young woman came out to get my baby. We, together, got her out of the car. She walked her in and I then started putting my seatbelt on and prepared to leave. I looked up and saw Jessie laying down on the their floor. Saw the girl trying to get her up. She is 13 and afraid of hard surface floors. That's obvious. Instead of summoning help to get this 13 year old dog to where she needs to go, she decided to pull on her leash and yanking her, sliding her across the floor. I called the number and said that I was watching this from my car and that I was coming in to get my dog. She said no I will help her. I watched them carry her and then I went home. When I arrived at 4:30 to pick her up, a man came out to give us the medication and the bill. He never went over the medications with us and the bill was 136.00 higher than we had been quoted. They said it was because of pre blood work prior to anesthesia. Hmmmmm. That's not normal procedure? Since when isnt blood work prior to surgery not usual procedure? I paid the bill and took my girl home. I will NEVER be back. They need to do some serious training of staff before they allow another animal through the doors.

We like Dr Diebold a lot, but since last summer we have not been happy with the vet techs and assistants. There have been too many mistakes, especially with our dogs' medication, and there has been more frustration than satisfaction. We are forced to look for a new vet clinic as the ongoing issues and mistakes from the staff are not acceptable anymore. We are disappointed.

My 22 yr old kitty was having dental issues and eating became a chore for her and my usual vet retired. I was referred to Sweetbriar as they were accepting new pts. The staff there are absolutely wonderful and I felt so much better after just a short conversation with them. Dr. Diebold fixed my kitty right up! I was thinking the worst and making plans in my head but after some bloodwork and 5 teeth removed, she’s done a 180!!! The surgery was only 2 days ago and Kitty just finished her 2nd bowl of meaty fixins!! Lol she may be trying to gain all her weight back. I’m just like “wow” and I can’t thank Dr Diebold enough. She’s definitely the “cats meow!”

I switched from pet haven to sweet briar solely based on the friendliness and care that exhumed from the staff. They are very informative and happy to answer any questions.

I found a lost pit in the middle of the night kept her until morning brought her in hoping to find her humans and the lady working there was amazing! Checked her tags & her chip got in touch with her mom to come get her. Nice professional staff. Will take my pets here from now on.

We took our cat there for years after these girls took over they just care about money not the pets. Our cat always screamed from the time she went in and was nervous for days after she was scared . They would smirk and laugh when we told them the meds they had her on made the kitty sick. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE AGAIN IF YOU LOVE THEM. If I could give them no stars I would PLEASE CHANGE VETS FAST DO NOT PAY ANY MORE MONEY TO THEM.

I took my pets here for 5 years but have now switched to a new vet. The prices here have skyrocketed since the original owner retired. Scheduling is several weeks out. At annual exams, they require tests and vaccines without explaining what is necessary versus optional.

Dr. Lacey Diebold has always answered all our questions and concerns and treated our cocker spaniel Gypsy with love and care. We wanted a vet close to home and we are glad we found Sweetbriar. The staff is great too.

This was our first time using this veterinarian, the staff was very friendly and helpful, at this time with covid-19 you can't go in the office with your pet, I felt that was a downside, but the staff made our big baby feel safe and it was a positive experience for him, when it was all done he made new friends and I won't worry so much when we go back. I gave four stars only because I didn't get to see what was happening and to personally get to meet a new veterinarian, once I'm able to make a better assessment for myself I will adjust how I rate them and update my review, but if you ask buddy he loved them, his tail never stopped wagging
