My boy got his first time groom outside of the home. He came home happy and smelling great. The shop was clean, smelled nice and was homey. By homey, I mean more like a home than a shop. I paid way less than I thought I would for what I received! I will be going back.

My dog was so soft after I got him and his nails were trimmed just how I like them. Most places don’t do a great job at trimming my dogs nails cause he gets nervous but they got them all perfectly trimmed!

Wonderful staff, and the groomers take the time to know your dog and treat them just like their own.

Scheduled for my dog to get a bath and her nails cut and they exceeded my expectations! I even called beforehand to get an estimate on how much the session would cost. Royal Heirs Pet Spa is my new go to for my dog!

You need to call at least a month ahead to reserve your spot. Customer service will answer all your questions. It's not too pricey also.

Took my puppy here for her first grooming (4 month old standard poodle) and they did phenomenal. My puppy came out gorgeous and happy. I love the bandana and bows they gave her!! The staff was super friendly and very comforting when my dog excitedly peed upon entering.. They answered all my questions and reassured me that my dog would be taken care of. When I picked her up, they told me that she did whine and bark a bit after I left, but she handled being around other dogs very well (she hasn’t been socialized very much). When taken back to get washed, the had her in a kennel and they told me she was barking while enclosed - she does this at home as well, and did not surprise me. I added before and after pictures.

Royal Heirs takes such good care of our cocker spaniels, Princeton & Teddy.

My dog loves Polly. He looks so proud when I walk in, to pick him up. All the dogs are so beautiful that I have seen, when I walk in the spa. Everyone is so friendly to me.

My baby Gracie was so happy and looked amazing! Very inexpensive and high quality service. Great staff! We will be going there permanently!

It took them 3 hours to groom my dog when he is short haired golden doodle. When I picked him up & got home I noticed they shaved off all his whiskers & only his right front & back leg were groomed and his left side was still scruffy. His nails were not buffed the employee told me the asphalt will buff his nails when he walks...which is unacceptable. My dog is having a allergic reaction to the soap they used as well & he smelled half washed. Mind you, this is my first time taking him to this spa. I was very detailed as to what I needed groomed on my dog & it was not listened too. I am truly disappointed after seeing such good reviews.

You can see them grooming the dogs when you walk in and I’ve never seen them be impatient or mean to any dogs. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with them.

We could NOT be happier with our experience at this spa. Even though we were 10 minutes late for our appointment, the lovely ladies at Royal Heirs were still willing to take care of our Cocoa. They double-checked our info and after getting the specifics of what we needed done for our puppy, went straight to work caring for her. The best part was picking her up after her appointment because boy oh boy did she look GOOD. And not only that, but she really seemed to bond with the ladies who cleaned her up. You can really tell that they not take pride in their job, but truly love animals and take care of each one as we if they were their own. I was also pleased with how reasonably priced they were compared to the TLC they showed to our baby. We’ve definitely paid WAY more for much less quality in the past. If you’re looking for a new groomers or even shopping around, *PLEASE* give them a call! You and your baby will not be disappointed :)

This place does an amazing job with keeping your dog calm and not afraid while getting the job done quickly and thoroughly. Ive recommended this place to ALOT of people!
