They have some nice large parrot food that our bird likes.

This is a great place to shop for your pets wants and needs. They have a selection of safe and healthy brands that are affordable that won't break the bank. Their staff is also very knowledgeable on the products they sell and more. I have not tried their services but I have heard great things about them as well. If you have questions I definitely recommend you call.

I love this place. Always get the cutest and most comfortable hoodies and shirts for my fur baby. The customer service is great. They're so helpful. My pet enjoys the attention.

The staff there is absolutely amazing! They greet me and my dog by name and my dog loves them as well. I feel safe and comfortable with boarding my Bernese Mountain Dog there and they give me daily updates as requested. They feel like family, which is what i love the most!!! I understand wanting to provide affordable vet care. But providing walk-in appoints on top of clients that already have appointments in a 4 hour time frame, is extremely hectic. I witnessed them shove a vaccine into a dog that was whining. It’s very unprofessional and very hectic. I will find a permit vet, as i already should have. But my goodness. Making people wait outside for 3+ hours running they’re car because you’re overwhelmed is not good. They need to reorganize the profession.

The first time we boarded our dog we discussed her feeding issues before making a reservation to make sure they could accommodate her needs. She has no thyroid function, is on special food and cannot be anywhere there is other food available because she will continue to eat due to her condition. They assured us they could handle it. We picked her up and was given several bags of her food because they had her in an area with other dogs’ food available. I talked to them, they were nice about everything and assured me that the staff had been told due to having different shifts. We tried again last weekend and she came home with 2 days of food in bags and about 4 pounds heavier than when we checked her in. She has joint issues and is now struggling to walk. I was hoping they could keep her in her kennel until she and everyone else was fed but guess they couldn’t. We won’t return because this is hard on her. IF you have a dog with any special diet just don’t go. They free feed their food so just be aware before going. If you have a dog without any food issues they are great, but they cannot handle any special instructions.

I'm dumbfounded. They used to be full of all sorts of pets and supplies. I'm sure it's because of covid but, that was my number 1 reason for going. They're always nice and helpful but I had just wanted to take my little man in possibly find a new "baby" for the house. Either way I'll still go here as much as I can.

I was looking to buy some cat toys and I was so pleasantly surprised to stumble into Gupton's! The exterior of the building is definitely a little misleading. They had a great selection at reasonable prices and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back again!
