Reasonable stock but some things were missing or picked over or delayed. Lighting in the store was fairly good and it was a clean store. Unlike PetSmart which was fairly dusty and kind of just needs a fresh look

I wont ever go anywhere else! They have everything I need from live food for my Bearded Dragon and any of his pet needs.

The staff working Christmas eve were friendly and just amazing. Great customer service from them both.

Firstly we weren’t greeted when walked in like everyone else was. There was a male who asked if we needed help with anything and I told him I was here for a temporary fish holder, he quickly replied “we don’t have any more” so I said “really” he says yes we haven’t gotten any in. It was very funny that he told me this not even realizing I placed a store pick up order online for this and other items. I was browsing the store because the line was very long, but I quickly realized this place didn’t deserve a cent from me. Yes, I cancelled this order and NO no one from this store ever told me the items I ordered were not in stock. To the guy who lied to me in my face, I hope you don’t cause this company to lose business because you choose to be unprofessional.

Petco"s prices are much more affordable than at Petsmart plus you carry most of the brands of cat food I'm looking for. They have a wide variety of items for all pets from cats, dogs, to birds, fish, and small animal friends. And with PalRewards you can save even more!

Won’t leave their station to help with nothing in a timely manner, and when the finally get to you they have no clue what they are doing or talking about.

Sells hamsters. Does not sell hamster medicine. Go figure. Nice place though.

The hours were not updated. Traveled over 45 min. To get here and the closed at 8. I walked up to the door at 7:59. I cat that can only eat a certain food. With gas at $3.00 a gallon, this did not make me happy.

BEWARE: The store sign says they close at 8pm but Petco app and Google Maps says 9pm. I was LIVID when I got there at 8:15pm and they were already closed. Called the store to double check and let them know. Claimed that they would speak to the manager, but it was likely the manager's idea in the first place.

When I walked in I was not greeted, then when I was looking for a harness for my dog there was no help what so ever and when I found someone they said to look on Amazon or go to Walmart. Also while looking for dog food I had some questions and again no one in site. I switched from petsmarts to petco because of location but I like customer service more than saving gas.

Clean and organized. Store has some missing items due to global supply chain- not their fault. Staff is friendly.

Picked up sand for the fish tank and we used the pick-up option so was super fast and easy.

The most unkind and hostile employee that I have interacted with. The Lady who said she was the Manager was overtly rude to myself and my family and expressed no concern or remorse when I issued a complaint. The rest of the employees did not so much as greet us or offer assistance. I would advise pet owners to support another pet shop that cares about their customers and treats people with respect.

Had to travel to my sister's house with my 5 month old kitten as he wasn't doing very well. I talked to one of the young men working at Petco on Maize Rd. and he was a great in helping me select the products I needed. He also said I could return products if they didn't work. My kitten died so when I returned to Wichita I was able to return some of my products. I highly recommend Petco on Maize Rd.

The groomers did a great job with my dogs

Went in to look at hampsters and everything needed for 1. Spotted Jon working hard got his 150% helpfulness, questions answered, mind reassured, walked us to products needed. Also while checking out my cashier was having a hard time finding my acct. Signed me up for a new one. And also gave us dog treats for out dogs!!! Well done you 2!! Please give them huge kudos and something special!!

Great place nice people who feel the love for all sort of Animal they great selections in pei clothes treats to choose from an a place to get grown-up so I say it got all you look for if you have pets you want the best picks

Everyone was super helpful and accomodating! Brian was the person that helped me while I was in the store. This was the first time I had been in a Petco and it was a positive experience. I will be going back for all my pet needs.

Not bad but the staff is not knowledgeable on the reptiles at all other than that you should be fine finding whatever you need.

They had the flea & tick treatment that I needed when my puppy ended up with fleas on vacation.

Debbie, the groomer cancels every appt, is extremely rude and has overall very poor customer service skills.

Out of stock. Couldn't find what I needed.

Got the entire dog spa treatment and under 2 hrs! They took excellent care of my little furry man.
