I had such a great experience here. Dr. Summers and the nurse that assisted her did such a good job with my rabbit. My bunny is usually very nervous and jumpy at the vet but they did such a great job with her and kept her calm. I was so pleased to find a vet that is skilled with rabbits as they are a bit tricky sometimes health wise. I can't wait to tell my friends that own rabbits as well about Dr. Summers!

Have been coming here for about two years now. We can not recommend it enough. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgable. The team always takes excellent care of our girl, are always communicative and transparent about everything. They really care about your pet, we wouldn’t take our pup anywhere else.

I could not ask for a better team to save my dogs life. From the office front staff to the vets and vet techs I am forever grateful. They removed a large cancer mass from my dogs abdomen and she is a few weeks post op and doing very well. If you are looking for a great team to take care of your fur babies…. Choose this place!!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The Dr.s were fantastic. Our particular reason for a visit had a less than favorable out come. However, they were very professional, understanding and did a wonderful job explaining all of our options.

Do not go here. Premium price without premium service. They couldn’t care less about the terrible job they did on spaying my Aussie ($700). Charged to see her $150 two days later after complications from the incision bleeding. Office manager is horrible and completely non empathetic (there’s a word for that). Same day wanted to charge again (another $150) for changing the dressing. I finally went to Walmart and dressed it myself to try and address bleeding. Doctor literally walked in with my girl bleeding on the floor and went to the computer to ask what color the blood was. I said ‘it’s on your floor if you turn around’. I honestly couldn’t believe it. They prescribed 1/4 the amount of pain medication her weight indicated after surgery according to my second opinion vet. I looked it up online and even google said it was wrong. My second option vet quadrupled the pain Med. She also couldn’t believe that antibiotics were started so late after apparent infection. Also wrong antibiotic. They told me they were going to to another procedure on her ‘while she was under’ that I’d never heard of also. On the day I dropped her off! Unacceptable. Butchers.

Everyone is very friendly and they take great care of your pet. A little pricey, but the service is wonderful. The only thing I really didn't like was the pushing of certain shots and flea and tick meds. I am capable of getting some of these necessary things at Tractor Supply and doing it myself. Otherwise very happy.

I always get the best care for my fur babies at Prairie Ridge!!!! They are very upfront and are all about preventative care. So glad I take them there :)

My Griffin has no complaints so I am happy. He doesn't pay the bills so he has no complaints about the price. Prairie Ridge really is an amazing place to take your pet. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities is always spotless.

The staff stayed over hours to see my sick African Grey parrot, Artemis, when no one else would. They were super sweet and patient with him.

First of all, the staff here are great. However, we are frustrated with the continued nickel-and-dime approach of their business model. Some treatment plans are all-inclusive, which would include any follow-up visits or tests and some are not. Not to mention their pricing is some of the highest in west Wichita. They do take great care of our doodles but their costs are usually more than double of their competitors for the exact same treatments. We are going to look elsewhere as we simply can't justify the increased costs and the ongoing follow-up fees.

Love everyone who works at Prairie Ridge! So friendly and welcoming and the hospital seems to have everything you could ever need. It makes me feel good to know that my baby will receive quality care!

We LOVE Prairie Ridge! Everyone is SO friendly, caring and the environment is clean and inviting! They check in on us after visits, to make sure our girl is doing well and to see if we need anything and they are great about sending reminders! We highly recommend!

Prairie Ridge is the best! They have created such a good environment that makes you feel like part of the family. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! They have always been so helpful and honest when it's come to our pet's care. We have been going there pretty much since Dr. Summers opened the place and she has done such an amazing job building the clinic to where it is today. I couldn't recommend them more!

Staff was very friendly and professional. They were very loving to my nervous puppy. Only reason I didnt give a 5 was I did the drop off service and didnt meet the Dr. personally. He did call me with all the updates and options and was also very pleasant over the phone.

Everything has always been great. My Great Dane likes to give me a heart attack once a month lately it seems and everyone at Prairie Ridge makes me feel much better every time we have an emergency. And most of all Blakley loves everyone too!

They worked my turtle into their already filled schedule. I love that they were not judgemental. Just informative. I had made some changes to his tank over the years and his decline was so gradual that I didn't notice until he seemed ill. They reminded me of some things that I needed to do for his environment. Within 24 hours of his visit, I saw changes. Within 2 weeks he had regained strength and energy. Now, he is back to normal and interacting with me like he did when he was young. I am so grateful for their help. Highly recommend.
