Dr. VanZandt and Suzanne are the best! I am so thankful that we have such a caring and knowledgeable vet to call when we have any concerns about our dogs. When we feel there is an urgent need, they always find a way to assist. The office is clean and they are always prompt.

They have taken care of our weimaraners for many years. The care we have received from shots to surgeries have been the best a pet parent could ask for.

John at Sunflower Animal Hospital has been our vet for many years. In spite of illnesses and a few accidents, he has helped our dogs and cats live active and healthy lives til their old age. There is no better vet and staff for your pets.

We are new in the area and needed a veterinarian for our new puppy. We could not be more pleased with Dr John Van Zandt. He is very easy to talk to and very informative about our new Morkie and how to best to let him know who's in charge. The woman (Mrs Van Zandt) at the front desk is also very friendly. Dr. John has been our family vet for more than 25 years. Wow. He's treated our one dog, and many feline family members through this time. He's A+++++

Taking lots of precautions in these times. You need to wear a facemask while visiting. I didn't have one, but they did provide me with one. I can see staff cleaning constantly. Great place to have a vet appointment right now.

Doc John is one of the best vets that we have ever used. We live north of the river and drive to Sunflower Animal for all of our pets needs.

The doctor here is great to have a conversation with, keeps up with the latest medical research and recommendations, gives your pet only the needed vaccinations - not going to have your dog boarded? No need for bordetella. Overall a very trustworthy man. I'm very happy to bring my dogs here!
