So furious as we found out something happened to our dog while in their care. Called to find out what happened and was told our dog needed to be muzzled to cut his nails and bath. Mind you, our dog had been going here for 6 years, since Dr. Fry. and was never needing to have that done. Professionals now told us he was mistreated there and I am sad yet mad that this has been done. We only wanted honesty and truth about what was done to our dog.

They are excellent! You can really tell they care about your furbabies and want to ensure they healthy and well cared for. Cannot say enough good things!

Brought my animal here on a emergency and she was promptly looked at. The Dr here was very sympathetic and explained things to me in a calming manner. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and want to help. The experience was wonderful and I can tell the people here REALLY care about animals and also care about the safety of their own employees. This is an ethical and compassionate animal clinic. Five stars all around.

I previously worked here and even though we live a bit far away I will always bring my animals here if possible. Dr Dubin truly cares for the animals that come in to her practice. My baby Suka recently had a leg injury and she received post op care at QRAC. She is now recovered and ready to take on the summer! I know some people take issue with annual exams or needing an appointment, honestly these are both so important. There are always more animals receiving care than you see coming through the lobby and Dr Dubin always wants to ensure they are getting the BEST care they possibly can (which of course we all want that for our babies). And annual exams are so important because they determine if animals are truly remaining healthy and can catch things that otherwise may have been overlooked. The health and well being of your animals is always the priority with these decisions.

We are officially finding another vet. I've never been more frustrated with a service provider who, apparently, refuses to fulfill requests. My wife and I were initially prescribed (what we didn't know at the time) pain medication to help calm our 11 year old dog during loud thunderstorms and other instances of high anxiety circumstances. When the next vet saw us for a checkup we were surprised to find out what the pills were and asked for "anxiety medication", which was recommended by a close friend for highly anxious dogs. We were then sold a $40 "calming collar" which only lasts for 1 month. It would seem to reason that we only need prescription drugs for our dog in times of "heightened anxiety". There is no need for a collar of any kind and serves no purpose if there isn't a thunderstorm. We brought this to the attention of the clinic upon our next visit and were told to use "benadryl". If that didn't work, then we could discuss other options. My patience is gone. I'm the customer. I've asked you for a product on 3 separate occasions and I have still yet to be prescribed said product. I didn't ask for pain meds. I didnt ask for a collar. I didnt ask for advice or a "stand in", human, over the counter allergy drug which I no longer use myself due to potential side effects. I asked for anxiety specific medication. I've never experienced anything like this before with vet visits. Don't even get me started on trying to obtain heartworm medication. This will be our last visit.

Such a caring atmosphere with a doctor who genuinely cared! I loved how they walked through procedures and best treatment for my pets. They are also very reasonably priced! Excellent staff and an excellent experience.

I had been taking my dog here for several years, and today they tell me I have to do a complete annual check up, just to get a Bordatella vaccination. I think I know if my dog is in good health or not! I will decide when my dog get's a physical, not being forced into an early exam, just so they can rake in some extra cash. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF BY THIS VET CLINIC

When I lived in Lenexa, this was the only place I would take my cats, and I haven't found a better vet than Dr. Dubin. She obviously cares about every animal in her care and does everything she can to make her services convenient and affordable.

I went here for years and Dr Luke Fry was an amazing Vet. He passed away about a year ago RIP Dr Fry. I had no idea and I stopped by to have my dog checked, I just came from the groomers where I was told to have my dogs ears checked. Dr Luke never had an issue when I stopped by but the new Vet who took over did. She was very unfriendly when I asked why she was upset - because I didnt make an appointment. I love my Dog and matters to me where I take him... sadly this is no longer the place.

My fmaily and I have been coming here for years, they are the best out there and fairly cheap. The Vet always does her best to do the most. Very happy with them and my dog feels comfortable there. Highly recomend!

All the staff here at Quivera Animal Clinic are absolutely wonderful and genuine. Dr. Fry saved my diabetic cat's life! I was given bad information by another vet and it almost killed my cat. He was almost overdosed on insulin. Dr. Fry helped me to understand how to better treat my cat, and now his diabetes is managed without insulin. Also, my dog had a bad allergic reaction last fall and I was able to get him in immediately for treatment. I appreciate everything I have learned and everything the staff has done for us! This is our veterinary clinic for life!

I'm so glad that I found Quivira Road Animal Hospital after moving here from another state. It's easy to tell that all the staff members love animals. I've been taking my two fur babies there for about a year and a half now and don't have any complaints. The prices are reasonable and I've been very happy with the grooming services as well.

Dr. Luke Fry and his entire team are the best! I can't say enough good things about them. I found a stray cat 11 years ago who had 8 kittens. I couldn't find any veterinary clinic who would even talk to me to give me advice until I called Quivira Road Animal Hospital. 11 years, two cats and one dog later I'm still coming here for all my veterinary needs. They are the best. I just had to put one of my cats down and it was done with so much kindness and sympathy from everyone. I'm getting ready to move to a different part of the metro, but no matter how far away I am I will always come back here when it comes to my pets!

Great staff, Great doctors. They've always taken the best care of our pets. When we had to have our elderly cat put down, they gave me the time I needed to say goodbye and collect myself. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

I've been taking my kitty family to Dr. Fry and his awesome clinic staff for over 10 years now. I highly recommend him for all your veterinary needs. He's helped our indoor kitties, rescue kitties and stray/feral kitties too! Dr. Fry has also been critical in complex diagnostic situations and extending the lives of our older kitties over the years. He's THE best!!!!!!

This is the place I will use from now on. The staff is so helpful and free with their time with you. My cat is a feral one and very skittish and needed to be groomed and I thought the only was for that to happen would be with anesthesia. I was wrong. The groomer was able to give my cat all the care needed by just being calm with him. She is exceptional as is all the staff and, is course, Dr. Fry.

I have taken my dogs here since 2008 and I couldn't be happier with the service and care they've received. Appointments are easy to make and the doctors and staff are straightforward and helpful--they know me and my furry loves by name and take care to follow dietary restrictions (my Australian shepherd is allergic to beef) and other specifications. My pets and I go in happy and come out happy. I know I can trust them too with caring for my dogs if I need to board them for any reason. They provide affordable care at excellent quality--I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else, and I will always recommend Dr. Fry & the staff to anyone I know with a four (or maybe even three) legged friend.

I have always dealt with Dr. Fry, so I can only comment on him. I have been taking my pets to him since about 1997 or 1998. That includes lots of cats and one dog. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. He has never rushed me. I don't really know if the prices are "normal" or "average". I've never been shocked by a bill though. I would certainly recommend him without reservation. I can't say that my cats have anything good to say about him though . . . but it isn't personal. They hate all vets. :)
