Such a wonderful place to take your pets. The most knowledgeable and kindest Doctors and staff. I highly recommend them!

I was treated very poorly by a staff member who didn't want to service me when I followed the instructions given to me by another employee. I wouldn't trust them to do you right.

NO HUMANS ALLOWED, PERIOD! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! First visit would rate a 5... So tried a second appointment... Doesn't matter that my dog had a grand mal seizure at the Humane Society two weeks ago and the attending vet says most likely stress-induced and that an owner should be present at all exams, (barely got the "my dog had a grand mal seizure" out when got the 'no humans allowed' response). I guess the 'concern for my pet's well-being' is because they were willing to give me a number for a mobile vet. Since the visit to the Humane Society, my dog has kept me in sight. Human hospitals are allowing others in with patients and other businesses are opening, Parkway, if you truly have a concern for our pets well-being, it IS time to change your "policy"!

I met these lovely people in one of the most painful moments in my life. I was at work when my Ms. Lady cat got hit by a car. My poor sister in law brought her to Parkway Animal Hospital in a panic because she was hurt so badly. When I arrived, I was an emotional mess but everyone there was so kind. They were all very professional as well as full of information and choices for me. I ended up having to put my beautiful girl down but the staff was so compassionate. They did everything they possibly could to make her as comfortable as possible. They even sent my family a signed card with her paw print. Your animals will be treated with the best care at Parkway. They really go above and beyond. ❤❤❤

I was a customer for about 10 years. Front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Top Notch. Prices reasonable. Usually able to get appointments quickly. Vets are friendly, compassionate and good with large dogs. Recommend this place for routine needs like shots and checkups, "minor" surgeries (excise lumps), teeth cleaning, or even euthanasia. For most things you do at the vet's, they're great. However, if your animal develops a serious condition/disease, all they can offer is pain management. I know options for animals are often limited, but for serious health issues, suggest a better equipped facility like BluePearl in OP, KS. Parkway is more of a clinic than hospital, with only 2 small exam rooms, but with that in mind it's a nice, clean place in a convenient location. They are trustworthy in my experience.

I was so happy with my first experience here. The vet was incredibly helpful, and took the time to get to know my cat and explain several recommendations, even outside of the primary reason for the visit. They are also priced better than several other local vets!

The doctor's and staff are very good and very kind. I see Doug McAllister wonderful guy and great with my 4 legged baby's. If you are looking for a vet you can't go wrong with Partway Animal Hospital... wonderful place!!!!

By far the best around. The staff are awesome! I wish I would have found this clinic when I first moved to KC but glad we finally did. Knowledgeable, very obviously caring, and the doctors and techs take their time to really have a conversation about history, visits, issues, and treatments.

They are an amazing veterinary clinic! They cared for both of my very large dogs up until the end. They were amazing through the loss of both my boys as well. Its rare to find this kind of care anymore.

One of the best vets I've ever had. They pay close attention to my boys (a cattle dog and Australian Shepherd), they're always available to help, fit into a tight schedule, accommodate me and explain everything in an easy to understand way. 10/10

Everyone here was very nice. They took great care of my little guy. I got an appt. very last minute which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this office.

Took my pup to see Dr. McAllister for the first time this week. He is amazing. Very patient, took time to explain everything I could possibly need to know, and really seems to genuinely care about his patients.

I have been taking my dogs to Parkway since they opened. I had tried several other clinics before them but none compared and they now have a client for life. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff, just a great place to take your pets.
