Dr. Schumacher is the best. She’s very empathetic and cares about her patients. My Mom and I have been taking our dogs to her for years now and we recently just euthanized our oldest, Dexter, today. She made it so much more peaceful for us. Thank you Dr. Schumacher. From the bottom of mine and my Mom's heart, thank you. You handled Dexter with such care for that I can't thank you enough.

We've been going to Mill Creek Animal Hospital for 13 years now. Dr. Church has been our vet when we had a cat and now with our dogs. He is always professional yet friendly and available.

Mill Creek Animal Hospital is clean, organized, and well staffed! Dr. Schumacher is AMAZING. We have been bringing our two dogs to her for many years. Her bedside manner is always warm and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian for my Chow Chow and Staffy!

Can not say this enough but they are amazing. Friendly but professional. Answered EVERY question I asked even that off the wall ones because was panicking. Got me in even though it was short notice. Takes great care of our fur kids

Dr. Church and the techs take very good care of our three cats. They always answer our questions and take all that we say seriously. I will not take our cats, anywhere else. The are the very best!

I feel hustled. I took my pet to the vet for heart worm and flea and tick protection. Paid 104 bucks for Proheart 6 based on their recommendation only to find out that’s just for heart worms. So he needs to go back again to get shot for fleas and ticks. Also, brought up a couple of concerns, one of which I feel should have been addressed in his previous checkup which was just a few days earlier, and was dismissed as just old age by a tech. Over the course of a week, I’ve spent 300 bucks, just to have all my actual concerns go unaddressed. Kinda impersonal. Gonna look for a smaller outfit that maybe is a little more personal. That’s a well-oiled machine they’ve setup, but when it’s your older pet, sometimes you want a more personal touch and not a machine.

Dr. Church is amazing. I recently adopted a puppy and brought him in to be examined and set up for shots and all that good stuff. Everyone is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, always super quick. Count VonChomp loves going to the vet! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my animals!

Very good at what they do. I always feel comfortable bringing my dog here. They go above and beyond. They always have a good customer service.

We took our saint bernard in for fear of bloat and they managed to squeeze us in right away and super last minute. Dr. Schumacher was amazing with him and unfortunately we had to transfer him to the emergency vet for bloat where he passed away. I was surprised to receive a letter in the mail from Dr Schumacher where she extended her condolences for our loss. We just moved here and just the fact that she met him that one and only time and still sent us a letter letting us know she was thinking of us during this tragic time offers comfort to us that she truly cares about the animals that come in. Thank you so much.

My dog had a tick on her and I didn't find it until very early on a Saturday morning. I pulled it off but was afraid the head was still on her. I called my own vet (that advertises Saturday hours) and it was closed, I called 3 other vets (Also said they had Saturday hours) and they were also closed for the day. I don't believe it's a holiday weekend so I was starting to get more worried that she'd have to wait until the week. I called Mill Creek and the lady was so kind on the phone! She said to come right now and they'd look at the bite. When I got there they were clearly busy but after checking in I was the second person they called back and the tech took care of evening in less than 5 minutes. After a stressful morning of worrying, this was such an unexpected blessing! Thank you Mill Creek! I'll definitely share this story with my pet-owning friends!

I originally started going here because they were the closest vet to me. I have since moved across town and still continue to go here because they are so amazing with my pet, who can be difficult at times. I highly recommend this place.

The entire staff goes out of their way to make us feel welcome. I've never had a poor experience with them, and we've been taking our pets to them for over 10 years now.

Who knew a few booster shots would cost over $400?

They care deeply about my dogs and always give the best service.

Over priced they tried to charge me 775$ to remove a cyst from my sog.... a cyst. It costs less to fix.

Dr. Schumacher is the best! She takes her time, is thorough, and answers all your questions. They always have your pet’s best interest at heart. Staff is all pleasant, professional, and caring. I highly recommend this animal clinic. My most recent visit 3/29/2021.

Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Dr Church is very good with my very vocal cat but most importantly the cat isn't freaked out for two days after going to the vet.

Mill Creek is a great place to take my dogs - they're attentive and treat them both with thorough care. The vets are responsive to questions and take time to explain things so you understand. Highly recommend.

I went here for the first time today after being referred by my neighbor. This was the first time my dog and I were able to go in to a vet clinic together, as he is 100% a COVID puppy and our last vet (now retired) would not let me come into the building with him (which I understand, but it was hard for him). The customer service is great and friendly. My dog was a bit over stimulated (in a friendly way) as he had not been around many other people and animals, but the staff were great and helpful. Very patient with me trying to get him on the scale. Allison is very friendly and responsive. She helped me out over the phone and has been great at helping me get all set up there (e.g., getting appointments and records from my retired vet). I love love love that they have an app I can use. So far so good!

We have been going to Mill Creek Animal Clinic for more than twenty years. We have always loved our time at the vet! Everyone is so kind and gentle with our cats. The veterinarians take the time to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns with our cats. We would not consider going anywhere else!

Several years ago we began looking for a vet that would work and give the necessary patience for our large rot Chunk. We found our vet Dr. Neek, he is amazing and extremely patient despite chunks size and demeanor towards the vet. I am sad to see him go but understand and know that the vet whom picks up his patients will also be the same as he is. We will not take our animals anywhere else.
