We keep coming back to get both our doodles groomed here because they are amazing at what they do! They groom our dogs in under 3 hours and my dogs are always smiling and happy afterwards. I paid $155 for my two dogs for a cut and bath. They did the cut but the dogs did not get a bath. They did not look, smell or feel clean. I brushed them directly after I got home and a lot of fur was coming off. I used a dog wipe on them and it was totally brown. For the sake of your pets, I would not use this place. I tried them years ago and was not impressed. This time I only went because I couldn't get into my regular groomer (says something that I could get into this place at this time). I did complain and was told I could bring the dogs in to be washed "again." The place is dishonest and I would not trust them with my dogs again. I asked for only $40 compensation to cover the self wash I was going to have to do, but was insulted instead. I don't want to risk the health of other dogs so taking time to write this. By the way, I have never given a bad rating before.

We just moved to the area. I called several places and decided to try them. Got my dogs (poodle mixes) in together. Dropped them off and 2.5 hours later I got a call they were done! They looked great and were cut/groomed just as I requested. Easy drop off and pick up right outside the door. Will be bringing my girls back again!

I have been taking my 2 Airedales here since the beginning of the year. I have had them groomed 3 times and every time it has been excellent.

They took very good care of my cat Hoppy. She is long-haired and I hadn't been able to keep up with brushing her like I should and she was matted. She came back with a clean shave except for her tail and looked like a lion! Love it and my kids thought it was hilarious. They both busted out laughing when they saw her. Kari takes good care of my babies! My poodle Zoey is 13 and has had 2 knee surgeries, and a hip surgery! Kari understands this and takes her time , and doesn’t force anything on Zoey that she resists! I highly recommend Kari! Kari is the absolute best! Very quick, and very knowledgeable about grooming! I recommend her to everyone, and would never take my fur babies anywhere else! I would give her 10 stars if it were available!

I've taken my dog there 2 times. First time communication was kind of poor, but they did a really good job with the grooming. This last time communication was really really bad. They didn't do what we asked, and didn't do a good job.

Love this grooming spa! They always do a great job on my Lab and American Eskimo (who needs shaved a few times a year) They have been my go-to groomer for a few years now and it's always easy to get an appointment and they are quick and reasonably priced! My puppydogs seem to love it too :)

I took my cat here and the very sweet groomer added nail covers to my cats nails because I do not want him declawed. She was so kinda and the location is great. Felt very homey when I walked in with him. My cat was very relaxed with her. VERY PLEASED

I take my two dogs here and have been going for a few years now. They give a little discount if you book your next appt when picking up. I have never had an issue. Cuts or baths are always as requested and they smell great afterwards! She even tops them off with a bow for the girls or a tie for the boys!

They do a great job. Our Stella always looks beautiful. Easy to get in.

Just moved to this area of town and needed to have my Yorkie groomed...when I contacted them via website, they responded promptly and in a very personable manner and I was able to get my appointment booked via email quickly. They were also able to get us in within a couple weeks which is very unusual! The business was very clean, the owner is super nice and I LOVED my dogs haircut.

I take both my dogs, Bella (Boston Terrier) and Petey (min-pin mix). The service is always excellent and they are very accommodating on making appointments. My pups are always happy, well groomed and calm when I pick them up. Would highly recommend. ????????

Highly recommend Adorable Animal Designs to get your pet groomed. Typically can get you an appointment within a day or two and offer a slightly discounted rate if you pay cash rather than a check or credit card. My dog always looks and smells so much better after being here for a few hours. They'll continue to be my go to place for grooming my dog and highly recommend you give a try.

This is the best groomer that I have ever taken my 10 year old Shih Tzu to. Everyone was friendly and concerned about our dog. They asked lots of questions and really wanted to know how we wanted the dog groomed. They took time to get to know our dog and made him feel comfortable. They did a super job and he looks like a Shih Tzu not a poodle. The last groomer cut him like a poodle and he was always shaking when we took him there. When I went back to pick our dog up, he acted like he did not want to leave and even sat down while I talked to the owner, Karie. What a wonderful experience!! We will be going back. I highly recommend Adorable Animal Designs.
