She shaved my dogs face so close you can see her skin and didn't trim the hair on her legs. Not professional at all.

This is a great place to take your fur baby to be groomed.My baby is always looking good after his visit.Been going there for years.My other baby went to the same place.Very nice people.

My dog had seizures and they are the only ones I trust with her! She’s never had one seizure while there and they do such a wonderful job with her groom and bath.

Almost three weeks "out" for our appointment. ???? ???? I would have given a rating of five stars, but I was disappointed that my Cockers ears were not cut the same length and I didn't like that my dogs toenails were not clean cut this time. The tool used must have been dull, as her nails were actually splintered and stringy.

They are the best groomers around! i take my goldendoodles here and they are so nice and always have my dogs smelling and looking so good! 10/10 recommend

I heard about Heavenly Pets through a serious animal lover and, when I took my three dogs there, they lived up to their great reputation. They treated my boys very well and they look so handsome! ???? The woman who was working the curbside interactions with customers was very friendly and helpful even in the pouring rain!

They are adhering to Covid guidelines with masks and locked doors as they come get your pet and you pay at the door. My only concern is your receipt does Not show what services were indeed done. Also, a $1 surcharge is added to your bill for paying with a card.

They will muzzle my difficult dog and she always looks fresh and cute. I've heard they use a lot of natural products. My girl seems less stressed here than her previous place at a chain pet store.

The Ladies are simply AMAZING! I took my puppy in for his first cut and I admit I was worried about placing my baby boy in their care for a few hours. But the reviews I read put me at ease. I asked for a puppy cut which can vary by groomers a bit. So I was thrilled when Sky asked questions on my view of a puppy cut. He was ready on time an looks fantastic. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them and their services!!! We have found our go to groomer and will absolutely be back!!!!

Fantastic! We have a Wire Fox Terrier which can be quite a handful to groom and Heavenly Pets staff was excellent. Great service at a great price!
