Dr. Hatfield was so gracious and kind when she came to put our aging dog to sleep. We called in the morning when we realized his body and mind could no longer carry his spirit, and it needed to be his last day. She accommodated our schedule and came that afternoon. She was gracious and kind and provided just the right amount of information about what she was doing to make us feel at ease yet give us the silence and space to process what was going on. I'm not even sure our dog really realized she was there. It was such a contrast with his fearful experiences in vet offices, and it was the most peaceful end we could have hoped for him. I highly recommend her for that difficult day. She was clearly very knowledgeable about senior dogs also, so I would highly recommend her for senior dog care as well.

I’m not one to normally write reviews but Dr. Hatfield is the best!!! During covid most clinics/doctors won’t come to your home or will allow you to come inside for the passing of your fur baby, but Dr Hatfield was so compassionate and came to our home. She educated us on every step and gave us time to grieve with our fur baby. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do and Im so thankful we had Dr. Hatfield. Thank you so much for everything you did and especially how fast we got his ashes and you dropping them off for us. Also, thank you so much for the sweetest card you mailed us. I couldn’t recommend you enough.

During the COVID-19 pandemic when many vet clinics weren't allowing people inside, Dr. Hatfield let us be with our beloved Leia as she lost her battle with cancer. She explained every step of the procedure, was kind and compassionate, and allowed us to take our time saying goodbye. I'm forever grateful for her.

Dr Hatfield is an extremely intelligent Veterinarian, she shows great compassion and really knows how to educate her patient's owners.

We appreciated the professionalism and fast response. What we most appreciated was her allowing us to grieve during the process the way we needed to grieve. In the darkest hour of our lives she did not make it more stressful in any way. We are thankful she traveled to us and that we didnt have to travel to a hospital or vets office.

Dr. Hatfield was referred to us as a resource to help our beloved pet pass peacefully. We are grateful that we could do this in the comfort of our home instead of stressing our guy out in the vet's office. Dr. Hatfield was kind and gentle and explained everything to us on a most difficult day. We appreciate this more than we can express.
