Had a cat bit by a raccoon. They scheduled an emergency visit same day, then let me come back every morning for over a week for follow up care. Also, I adopted a rescue dog who had heartworms. He was treated at the shelter, but then Southpaw took care of us through the months of testing and care that follow heartworm treatment. Southpaw has been with us through every stage of life with our pets. They are knowledgeable, accessible, and ethical in a way that I have not experienced with other vets. The care we have gotten here has always been focused on what is in the best interest of the animal. Pricing is clear and direct. They are an excellent team to work with.

I absolutely love Dr. C. She doesn’t try to add on a bunch of testing that you don’t need. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. She is busy but I would rather wait for her to see my fur kids than go elsewhere

My lil guy has always been cared for and treated like one of their own. He is typically is an anxious guy at Veterinary clinics but he has always been comfortable at Southpaw. Would not change vets for anything!!! Love the staff and the overabundance of compassion that they give!

I recently moved into town and it took me a long time to find this vet who is just perfect for my needs. The staff is considerate and helpful, the vet herself is wonderful about offering you multiple options for care. I will be coming here for a very long time.

Dr. C and the staff are great! They treat the pets and pet's owners with compassion, and gentleness. You can ask them anything. Dr. C does not try to sell unnecessary procedures.

Everyone here is amazing! We were treated with care from the moment I called because of my cat urinating blood to the moment we walked out the door at the end. They made an extremely stressful situation better and were able to fit my cat and I in an already booked schedule as an emergency appointment. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. I'm very impressed and will be returning for my pets future needs! On the way out I noticed a candle by the check in area with a sign that said if the candle is lit then someone is saying goodbye to their friend, so please be quiet in the lobby. That really resonated with me and just reinforced what a great place this is.

Very caring ppl! Had to put cat down and they spent alot of time loving on my cat throughout consultation and procedure. Fair price ($80.80) to put cat down along with a nice note on her casket they gave me.

I love the entire staff at Southpaw. I have been bringing my pets to Dr. C for 9 years and have nothing but great experiences. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Her assistant Wendy is equally as fantastic. I drive almost 30 mins because I love them so much!

Dr. C is awesome! So is Ms. Wendy up front. No other place I would rather take my zoo of animals I have at home. They work with you on payments, and will do emergency stuff for your pets. Both my dogs broke off their nails, doc saw them within minutes.
