My puppy was very sick. All the other vets turned us away and said she would die. Dr. Deb helped us save my sweet furbaby and she is now 11 years old I will not use another vet.

This place used to be good but not anymore. I made an appointment to get my 5 month old puppy neutered and they told me to cut his food off at 7pm the night before and bring him in by 9am. Upon bringing him in I was informed that they would not do the surgery until 1pm. When I asked why he had to be there for four hours and why I couldn't bring him back later I got the response "well, he still has to fast"... ok??? Asking again why I couldn't just bring him by at noon or even 11:30, I was told "the vet has something personal to attend to, and we have other surgeries". I don't get what that has to do with this, if they won't operate on him until after 1pm, then why does he need to be there for four hours?? --Anyone that has a puppy or a baby knows you can't just cut off their food for 12 hours for no good reason. My puppy throws up bile if I don't feed him before bed, and yes I was up with him at 2am because he was throwing up bile with bits of grass and sticks he had snuck because he was hungry..he doesn't usually throw up even when he eats stuff like that... I knew he was suffering but thought it was for the best and soon he would be under anesthesia... And here they tell me he must stay there for FOUR MORE HOURS hungry and thinking I had abandoned him before he gets knocked out. This is NOT MY CAR, this is my BABY! I was told if I came back a different day I could bring him in closer to 1 next time (what???) I had taken off all weekend to spend with him after his surgery but I was so angry I just took him and left, and I'm glad I did. I went to Fur Family animal hospital, and they told me to cut off his food at midnight and had his surgery done by 11am, and even called me to let me know he was done and doing ok. They even took a cute pic of him when I took him in for his bloodwork the week before and sent it to me (a first visit pic). I am very happy to have switched and know that he is in good hands now,. It's nice to have a vet that will actually treat him like my family and not an object. This was not the first strike for konza btw, do not recommend if you care about your dog

They have taken good care of Molly. But We tried to get a hold of them for an emergency. One of Molly's puppies was having seizures on a Sunday called the emergency number and still after 3 days no response. We ended up taking the puppy to KSU she got great care albeit we paid well for it. Why have an emergency number if you ignore it? I understand not being able to take all cases or needing time off. If so put it on the voice mail hey we are not accepting emergencies... please call... Not even a follow up call the next day to me sounds like lack of caring for our pets.

We brought a abandoned kitten to the clinic 4 weeks ago. He was only 4-6 weeks old with severe injuries to the head. After the help from Kong’s he is looking great and will be a welcomed addition to our home! Thank you ladies!you are awesome

My cat is my baby. And I trusted Konza with her for a lions cut because he fur had become unmanageable and she wasn’t letting us brush her anymore. When I went to drop her off I told the vet tech that she was a little nervous and to please sedate her (since it’s included in the $45 fee for the cut) and be gentle and kind to her. I’m sure they’re busy, but the vet tech who came to get her was extremely standoffish and didn’t listen to a thing I said. She grabbed the carrier from me angrily and just walked inside and said she’d call when my cat was ready for pickup. Upon going to pick her up, I was handed a $110 bill. I was charged (in addition to what I agreed to) for a $40 exam. Which i asked about and the girl said it was standard since I hadn’t taken my cat there yet. Fine. No biggie. But when I ask about the exam I got bland answers like, “she’s fine” “there was nothing” “she’s good”. Which tell me nothing. She has an issue with chewing on her skin and when I asked the tech about it she avoided answering my question. So exactly what was the $40 fee for it up can’t tell me anything about your findings? My cat is absolutely traumatized. And is now limping (R front paw) and she didn’t have a limp until I dropped her off there. Not only do I think they refused to sedate her... I think they were rough with her and considered her “just a job” rather than someone’s family. I will not be going back. Spare your pets the traumatic experience.
