Our fur baby has been going to this vet since she was a puppy and now she is almost 10 yrs old. They are extremely considerate and helpful especially when it comes to questions about our pup. Thank you to all the staff here!

Very helpful and friendly people who love animals

Worst vet in Liberty. We boarded our dogs here while we were out of town. Two weeks after we picked them up, one of our dogs began coughing constantly. We took them to see the vet here and they wouldn’t let us inside because he was coughing. They made us stand outside in 100+ degree heat. The vet came outside and told us that they had a bought of kennel cough at the vet at the time our dog was boarded here but they couldn’t bother to call and tell us this. Very unprofessional. This will be the absolute last place to trust your pet with!

This is a great place to take your pet, they are very caring and will do what's best for your pet and you.

Granted we didn't go for a normal check up or anything. We unfortunately had to put our daughter's 14 yr old toy chihuahua down. Goes without saying on how hard it already was. But the Veterinarian (I'm pretty sure her was Lisa) But I'm not too sure, obviously my mind was else where, I can't remember her name. But both of them were so sweet)and her assistant were amazing. Explained everything, very sympathetic. Very caring. This is actually the first vet place that I've personally have been to, & of all things it was to do this. And, still had a good experience. Considering the circumstance. Will definitely go back. In a heart beat.

Best vet I've ever taken any of my pets to. They always answer all my questions and has many great ideas to give if ever find myself struggling with pets behavior.

Staff is attentive, patient, thorough, and understanding

1st time visit with my mother and was surprised pleasantly. They separate the canines from the felines including the waiting areas. Due to covid the facility is still on semi locked down so you cannot go back with your animals which was disappointing but at least the doctors come out and visit with you as needed and spend the time to answer your questions

Very busy clinic! I always felt rushed during appointments and like they didn’t want to take the time to really determine the root cause of issues. Staff was rude when I called because my dog was not getting better and weren’t willing to even offer a follow up appointment (which I would have GLADLY paid for). I had him at dog day care a couple of times and he always came back wet, stinky, and extremely thirsty. The last time I picked him up he was so hot and lethargic like he hadn’t been given water all day. When we got home he drank his water so fast he threw up which has NEVER happened before. I am genuinely concerned about leaving my dog at this clinic and will not be returning.

Dr. Grow is the most caring and loving vet I have ever met. I will never go anywhere else. Above and beyond!!!

Took care of our bobo. He got into the trash and got out the baby wipes and needed some R&D food and he was good to go. They took care of him. They are so nice.

My dog got kennel cough there last weekend. They then made me pay for the medication. They are having a huge outbreak, board your dog at your own risk. Update: I have continued to go to them for the last year and they have been wonderful and the staff is super attentive with my dog. Other then the kennel cough incident I have not had any issues.

The team at VCL is amazing. They always show such care and consideration for my babies. Dr Grow is phenomenal and she has taken care of my babies for years. I trust them with my most treasured family. If you are looking for a personal experience with Vets that really care and work hard to give your pets the best care, call them. Amazing staff and very clean office. All the puppers there for daycare looked happy and were being treated really well. The vet that saw my dog was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. An amazing place to take your fur family!

Loved taking my dogs here until the Dr. Decided she wanted to be rude to me. I didn't know it was an appointment based clinic since I've taken my dogs there a few times no problem. Loved the service and how the prices were great. Then the other day I took my dog back because she wasn't getting better. They came took my dog and I waited. Dr. Comes out sits down and instantly scolded me for not making an appointment. Saying " so first of all I need you to understand that this is an appointment based clinic. I was only able to fit you in quickly because I'm putting a dog down for surgery. This is a busy clinic and I have a lot of appointments to do. I don't have time to do walk ins." It was embarrassing and rude. It wasn't even a polite way to explain to someone oh hey... If it was that big of deal the clerk at the desk could have easily just told me they can't take a walk in and I would have been fine with leaving to take her else were. Because of this experience I will no longer go back to seek care for my fur babies and find some place else. :/ P.s. on top of that while arriving and leaving. The care takers taking dogs out to play were yelling at all the dogs. Super sad and disappointed.

Dr. lori Rohlfing is an amazing and compassionate vet .. you can't go wrong choosing the Veterinary Center of Liberty as your fur friends vet.

They always do right by us and our four leg having family members

Boarded my cat for 12 days over the holidays, leaving specific instructions for her anxiety medications. Instructions were not followed, 20 days worth of wet food for medication dosing was gone - yet I have no idea how long it lasted. I was not contacted about this issue, or any issue with her refusing kibble. They keep no documents about any of the visits- they didn’t even check her weight, not even once! They never called me back regarding my voiced concerns. They are unorganized and their communication is horrible. I will not be using this service again or making any referrals. I will also make sure that our regular vet and groomer all know not to refer them to anyone else!!! ????????

I may try to have them treat me instead of Liberty Hospital if I ever get sick.

Great staff and Vets Are wonderful with senior dogs

I have been taking my dog to The Vet Center of Liberty for over a year now and I have always been pleased with the care she receives there. Dr. Grow, Jessica and the rest of the team are always so kind, understanding, and professional. My dog unfortunately becomes fear aggressive when going to the vet and they still love to see her come in and strive to give the best care possible. I would highly recommend taking your pet here!

Awesome staff! Showed concern and a quick response to my sick kitty! Very professional and keeps you informed on what is going on with your pet.
