Petco Liberty, Kansas

Everyone here is nice and they always have what I need.

This is a large pet chain store. Do not expect good service or specialty items. Lights out for those things go to a locally-owned pet store. Or an aquarium store for fish or a dog and cat store or a reptile store or whatever. But if you need something off the shelf and you know what it is the people that work there don't know what it is. But they probably have it.

Customer Service was non-existent. Saw a worker not checking clients out on the floor, but this employee moved away from us as soon as we entered the store. We were looking for one specific thing, and after trying to find it gave up and went elsewhere.

Madi did a wonderful job on my dog Grogu. He looks & smells great, has been really playful since we arrived back home. Thank you.

Love Petco because it's close to my house and convenient.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Easy to locate items I need. The adoptable cats by the door are an added bonus.

Clean and organized store, had what we needed, great staff.

Limited supplies for small animals and staff was not helpful. Couldnt be bothered to answer questions.

Anything for your pet they got it alot off sale priced items.

Bought two beef tracheas for my dogs to chew on and when I opened one... several small black beetles fell out on my lap, the inside was filled with many more. I spoke to the manager and got them exchanged with no trouble only to find the replacements were also full of the same kind of beetles. Just GROSS.

I come here for a number of reasons. To bathe my dog that I had, to get pet toys, to get pet outfits, and I also use vetco. Every time that I've ever been in there everyone has always been very kind and understanding. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with a pet near Liberty.

There is no Royal Canine for small adults almost every time I go there??? They suggested order online. What happened to customer service at the store?

I like shopping at Petco. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a Pals Rewards, Vital Care, and Petco Health Insurance. The price is good on supplies and the discount with Pals Rewards and Vital Care make Petco the best place to shop if you want high quality with deep discounts. The Vetco Vaccine Clinic is good, they text you updates about your appointment, and you can check-in via text. I like to browse their website thru the Petco App and Internet Browser. The Petco Dashboard makes it simple to view and load your rewards, track your purchases, and see when you'll get your 8th bag of dog food free. The App and Website are user friendly. No need to print coupons, just pull up your coupon thru the Petco App and scan it at the register. If you have Vital Care you get your 1st Vaccine $25 off, $10 in store credit per month, and a routine 30% off Grooming discount, plus other perks. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Petco will be my lifetime pet healthcare store since they offer an all-in-one service for all our requirements.

I love the team at the Liberty Petco, especially the manager. We took Ellie Mae in the day we adopted her & then Ripley when we adopted him & everyone always ask about them by name. The manager treats are family like friends not just another customer. I love how Petco as a company has implemented more & better services for customers like the free food loyalty program. It shows you care about customers returning especially since theirs so many options.

Got some dog treats here. Looked at all the little critters for sale. Plenty of cats for sale but no dogs. Very clean and friendly staff.

Petco has all of you petting wants and needs, along with polite welcoming employees.

This is where I take my dog to get groomed every time. The staff is always nice and they are so good to my dog.
