I love this store but new employees don't care about customer service and always out of our dog food. Frustrating

You have to join their club in order to get the displayed price. The membership is free but it's still annoying. The employees are nice; asking if they can help each time a different employee passed me.

Went here to replace my goldfish that I had for over 10 years. Got two small ones for a good price they even have a14 day return for any reason.

I took my son in here on Saturday after he sold scout popcorn storefront. Alex and Rylee were amazing! My son learned and held all the reptiles and gerbils, etc. Thanks for being so kind and welcoming. We will always use your store in the future when needed. Keep up the good work!

Called in advance about the bath area specifically, just to drive there and find out they don’t have any soap, but they want you to pay $10 for the bath- for only water and a dryer.

They never have towels for the dog wash. I’ve had this happen repeatedly. I showed up today and they do t have the dog wash even open. All they offered me was 20% off my next bath. Doesn’t help. They still won’t have towels.

Love this place!!!!! Variety treats is better than PetSmart or Petco. I don't ever want to go back to Petco!

I really love this location. The employees are incredibly nice and super helpful and I've had zero issues finding what I need (and plenty of things that I don't) for my pet!

As a fed up former employee, here are some things about this store you didnt know: Dont take any advice the store manager gives you on animal care. She doesn't have a clue. - when bringing up issues with way animals were being kept "this is how we've always done it". I was told when i started here that the store manager makes vet appointments for sick animals. I learned that may be the case if the animal manages to survive a treatable illness for a month first (they never did) The owner is too cheap to fix things or bump up supervisors above minimum wage. The washer and dryer consistently sits broken due to lack of mantience. Bring your own towel. Somebody please rescue the beta in the office.

This place is fantastic! There is a self wash dog wash. All the towels, shampoo, etc is provided. You can get a card that is good for 5 washes for like 20 bucks! So worth it. All pet treats/toys/food etc that you would find in PetSmart/PetCo are here but waaaaaaay cheaper.

I started shopping the PSP store in Gladstone, MO and the help is much more attentive than at other stores. They have a great selection of the items I buy for my pups and it just has a great feel. Keep up the work.

We love the dog wash! Everything you could possibly need. Our dog has been experiencing itchy skin, and the dog wash had an oatmeal soap to help with it. Best place to wash your dog!

My first time at Pet Supplies Plus. Atmosphere was pleasant. Isles clearly marked. Super clean store. I like that they have a place I can bring my pet for a wash. Social distancing was a plus. Staff friendly and professional

Per supplies plus is my favorite store to go to for our guinea pigs and dogs. The staff is so friendly and willing to assist anytime.

You are greeted the minute you walk in door. Then, you are asked if they can help you find anything. It is a very nice environment to go into and the store is always clean.

Very reasonable prices. And has a Veteran on duty sometimes and you can bring your pet in there to bath them.

The best pet store in KC, hands down. They always put their customers first and that is very much appreciated! They also deliver so you don’t have to drag the huge bag of food out to your car and then into your house! Thank you!!

Wow wow wow. I have been going here for the u-wash for a long time. I started to love this place more and more as the people were just friendly as all get out. Today sealed the deal. I went to purchase a collar and didn't want to miss out on the sale they had, but unfortunately they didn't have the collar I needed. They hooked me up with the sale price and I was able to receive the collar I wanted at my door. Incredible service, integrity, and personal pride. I'll never go anywhere else.

Need to have more puppy pro plan food as many puppies are born as myself! I went there they had 2 cans and none in the back other than that the prices are great at least .40 cents cheaper anything to help out! Staff is great ????
